We recently used First Class Valet Inc and I can say without a doubt it was the best decision we made for a very important night! Our cater had recommended this company and not ever hiring a valet company before, I was nervous about the whole situation. It unfortunately rained, but the polite gentlemen that worked the wedding handle the guest exceptionally well. Thank you First Class Valet for making our night stress free!

This valet experience I had with first class was exceptional. I use to use 4 star valet and they were unable to do our annual company summer outing so we called first class valet. I had no idea how terrible 4 star valet was until I used first class valet and the owner Terrey even worked the event. Now they are my new valet service forever.
I would like to thank you guys for the incredible service you give me every year. My wife couldn t be happier with how our guests are treated, getting bags out of peoples vehicles for them and helping out with wheelchairs. First Class Valet worked the wedding I attended this past weekend at Tower 900 in Eastern Market.
Only one driver drove my car since I retrieved it myself and an item was missing. I specifically hid it because I worked valet for a long time and I know how the industry works- things are stolen, cars are damaged and they probably won t tell you unless it s too obvious to miss. I never valet due to this but I was running late and valeting was more convenient. I tore my car apart multiple times before leaving the venue just to give this company the benefit of the doubt. I also did the same thing at home, inside and out.
I spoke with the GM, Adam, and he said he would speak to both the driver, Noah, and supervisor, Moe, and call me back that day. He never did. I called him Monday morning and he directed me to call their office to fill out an incident report. I did that but instead the owner, Terry, spoke to me and was very unprofessional. He wouldn t reimburse me or work with me in any way. He said the driver told him that he didn t do it so that was the good enough for him. Terrible customer service. This company is insured for things like this. Just an uncaring businessman. Don t use this company unless you want your guests stolen from. I m filing a police report and letting Tower 900 know what kind of company they hired.

First class valet worked a private event I attended/organized and they were not only super professional and affordable but very nice and easy to work with. I did a good amount of research on other valet providers and First Class Valet has the best options and competitive pricing. They were always available to answer questions and make sure our needs were taken care of before the event. At the actual event they were efficient, timely and managed to make sure all went smoothly. I actually had clients that mentioned they were impressed with our valet service and asked to have their information for future business. Whether you are throwing a huge event or small private function First Class Valet is the perfect addition. I would absolutely use them again!

Horrible service. They scratched my new car and took zero responsibility. I spoke to the supposed supervisor, and owner/manager and they all denied any wrong doing. I wouldn't hire them to service a gathering nor would I ever allow them to park my car again. If you have to hire a valet service, make a 2nd choice as opposed to this 1st class rubbish!
Do NOT use this Valet Company. Worst service and experience I have had in a very long time. No courtesy to the customer, I waited 25 minutes to receive my car and never was offered an apology or a refund. Your better off parking your own vehicle.
I recently used First Class Valet for my daughter's wedding ceremony at our family estate in Auburn Hills. I am pleased to say that I could not have been more satisfied with their services. Before I called their office in Troy, I wasn't certain if I was comfortable trusting them with the safety of our friend's and family's vehicles. By the time I was off the phone with the office manage, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I would have no regrets with my decision. Our conversation only took about 5 minutes, and I can honestly say the office staff couldn't have been more professional, precise and courteous. In under 2 hours, they sent someone to plan the parking setup; everything was mapped out for me within minutes! The event went smoother than I could have imagined, and I was blown away by how efficient, kind and professional their attendants are. I would recommend First Class to anyone looking for a company you can fully trust from start to finish, and I WILL be using their services again.

I used this company yesterday after going thru 2 other valet parking services in the past and I must say I won't ever use any other service then first class valet. I was looking for a valet service for my daughters birthday at our residence in Rochester hills Mi , i came across this wonderful company on Google they were located based out of Troy Mi. Iv spoke with an office manager about my venue she was precise with every question I ask about valet service because Iv never requested this service before , due to my parking situation in my subdivision First class Valet had there field manager set up a walk threw with to discuss over view parking , after all was said and done valet arrived five days after it was booked. They arrive a half hour early to set up service i was really impressed about there presentation and performance they even helped our guest with gifts being carried inside our home,over all the service was a success , i would definitely recommend this service to any one including myself for future venues at my home.

Very Professional and prompt I have been dealing with first class Valet for many years now and I will continue as long as the service stays the way it is thank you guys.
I went to a venue and had my vehicle valet parked. Upon its return this was damage to my door that was not previously there. I filed a police report on the spot, took photos and spoke with the site supervisor who instructed me to call the home office on the next business day. We spoke with Terrey, the owner, told him about the damage to the vehicle. We provided him with the documentation and he agreed to pay for the damage. We took the vehicle to J&M collision, who works with First Class Valet, for the repairs. Terry paid for the damages and rental car. Although, I could not prove valet was responsible for the damages, Terrey took me for my word!!! He was extremely professional, and collaborative. Immediate and constant communication. He was very honorable, took accountability for the damage without giving us a hassle!!! Wow! Made an unfortunate situation into a positive experience and outcome. Thank you!
Probably the worst Valet Company in Michigan. They have no curtiosy to the elderly, very rude and classless. And when I tried calling the owner he was extremely rude and disrespectful. More like "Worst Class Valet"!
