I recently used First Class Valet for my daughter's wedding ceremony at our family estate in Auburn Hills. I am pleased to say that I could not have been more satisfied with their services. Before I called their office in Troy, I wasn't certain if I was comfortable trusting them with the safety of our friend's and family's vehicles. By the time I was off the phone with the office manage, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I would have no regrets with my decision. Our conversation only took about 5 minutes, and I can honestly say the office staff couldn't have been more professional, precise and courteous. In under 2 hours, they sent someone to plan the parking setup; everything was mapped out for me within minutes! The event went smoother than I could have imagined, and I was blown away by how efficient, kind and professional their attendants are. I would recommend First Class to anyone looking for a company you can fully trust from start to finish, and I WILL be using their services again.
