I went to a venue and had my vehicle valet parked. Upon its return this was damage to my door that was not previously there. I filed a police report on the spot, took photos and spoke with the site supervisor who instructed me to call the home office on the next business day. We spoke with Terrey, the owner, told him about the damage to the vehicle. We provided him with the documentation and he agreed to pay for the damage. We took the vehicle to J&M collision, who works with First Class Valet, for the repairs. Terry paid for the damages and rental car. Although, I could not prove valet was responsible for the damages, Terrey took me for my word!!! He was extremely professional, and collaborative. Immediate and constant communication. He was very honorable, took accountability for the damage without giving us a hassle!!! Wow! Made an unfortunate situation into a positive experience and outcome. Thank you!
