Extremely unsatisfied with this company. Spent approx. $5k closer to $10k with this IT company for the top of the line phone system Avaya. When my office hired them they were explained exactly what we were looking for there project manager Philip assured me that it could be done. We spent 7 months waiting on them to finish the system. After I fired them I hired another IT team to look at there work. I found out that they sold me a 2,000 piece of equipment that I did not need and am not using at all. I am complete unsatisfied with there work and the mess they have left for my law firm to clean up. Additionally, when i fired them the canceled my license with my phone company so that I couldn't receive calls. My manager just spoke to there collections lady Crystal who called asking for payment on a payment due invoice of $1,400.00. I have complained but obviously they could care less because they only reason they call me is to ask about payment for equipment and services that were not preformed correctly. I have filed a complaint with Ayava since the companies who sell their equipment are "authorized dealers", perhaps they will reject them because they certainly should not be handling complex Avaya accounts/equipment.
