catastrophic after sales service, internal chaos, reminder received, even though I paid bill, broken products. never again!

The products are great, but I am very disappointed with the customer service. We had to complain about a defective item. It took several emails until I finally received the address for the return. In the end, I even stayed on postage and packaging costs. I can not recommend it.
Very disappointed!! I advise against ordering furniture from Tchibo, as everything arrives in stages, which is very bad for a piece of furniture. How should you assemble a piece of furniture if the remaining parts are missing ??? !!! In the worst case, you sit twice on the return costs !!
The products may be good. The service after the purchase, however, is not, and the company also works with an unreliable package deliverer.

Very poor customer care. Have ordered garden lounger and this came incomplete. The three missing pillows were claimed three times and then only covers were supplied. Larger orders are always incomplete and cannot be redelivered ...... Has happened to me twice. Customer service is in Germany and not very cooperative.
Missing parts in an order of this size should always be possible. Don't buy a car with three wheels.
Then told me on the phone that I am not an isolated case with these missing pillows. You know about the problem. Unfortunately not a satisfactory solution for me and I have no understanding for that. Think about whether I should not pass this on to the balance, observer or K-tip. maybe there are even more dissatisfied customers from Switzerland?
Very, very bad customer service! Really the lowest I've ever seen! Please stay away from this company! After this was denied, we debited the amount twice via credit card for an order. Afterwards: nobody knew, nobody felt responsible for it! Call customer service: cheeky, unprofessional, and simply without the desire to help the customer! If we had listened to the many recessions we read here. But maybe it will help the next people! True, what is written here about Tchibo! Unfortunately!!
I find the products really practical and the range very versatile.
