So a couple months ago i ordered a jim dandy. They forgot my banana. Like seriously. How?! So i give them another chance and order a jim dandy again today and guess what they forgot. They literally gave me one scoop of ice cream. Like wow.

Everytime I go to this Friendly's they are either ...

Everytime I go to this Friendly's they are either rood, loud, non professional, or they forget half my order. It's a dam shame since I've ate at Friendly's since I was a kid. Even my grandfather brought my father there. Any who they usually mess up my order or forget to give me my drink, sauces etc. Ice cream takes them almost as long as a food order to make. In the restaurant world 15min wait times for hot food is normal. It will be dead and they will take that long to make an ice cream. The staff is not professional what so ever. I should not know what waitress is screwing who and hear profanity and music with swearing played loud from the kitchen as I sit there waiting with my son for ice cream. Not only that the staff will bad mouth one another in front of the customers. Hopefully they straighten out their act or maybe just carpet fire and try again. I guess corporate friendlyFr cares now only about pushing their products and real estate, not serving the public and perserving an American tradition.

Very sad we go into friendlys where my son loves and Armani said they closed the grill 15 mins early. As we were there 20 minutes earlier waiting for her to finish up laughing with staff members not on the clock in a booth.. Very unprofessional.

Very slow service. Brought our ice cream to the wrong table. Haf to flag down another waitress so our bill vsn be paid and then my credit card eas brought to the wrong table. Very disappointing

The food was great. My daughter ordered the BLT with fries and I ordered the BBQ burger with onion rings. When the food came, I only had 4 onion rings. That upset me a little because the onion rings are an up charge. However, the server saw my dismay quickly and got the manager, who comped me a complete side of additional onion rings. She told me that my original order should have had more and apologized. Overall, great food and service. Everyone makes mistakes but it is how you handle and recover from them that makes all the difference.

I made an order using grub hub. They didn t give me one of my orders. They messed up another order. When attempting to call, they re line was busy. Very poor service. It s no wonder most of their locations are going out of business.

It didn't bode well when we walked in and no one e...

It didn't bode well when we walked in and no one even looked at us for several minutes.
Then when we finally were seated the waitress brought only my boyfriend his drink (which was warm, by the way). Then we were given no utensils. We had to ask for them. We also had to ask for my soup (which was cold) and napkins. It was a party atmosphere in the back. And our waitress seated a gaggle of giddy girls by our table. Definitely the worst Friendlys experience EVER.

The managers here need to take charge of their employees. There is enough staff working that I shouldn t have to wait 15 minutes to be greeted. I only gave this place a 3 star cus Friendlies has a warm spot in my heart.

After an epic fail at the EL location, we came to ...

After an epic fail at the EL location, we came to the Boston Road Friendly s right next to the factory. The first thing I noticed is that the building was properly air conditioned and hadn t been neglected. We were seated within a minute and within the next minute had a server come over. A few minutes later she took our order. She also provided us with a high chair for my toddler which I appreciated. Drinks arrived another minute later. This all happened faster than I was seated at the other location. The food was brought out to us about 5 minutes later. Everything was made right, no complaints at all. Angela is our server and she was very nice, checked in regularly, and made a great dining experience. I think the manager (black shirt) is the one that delivered our food and she was very pleasant. The whole experience was a 10/10. Nothing could ve gone better.

Our waitress Dawna seemed off of it. Our input seemed to fall on deaf ears. She seemed drunk and we waiting 15 for just water. I'm sure it would've been better if we had another waiter/tress but the food was good.
