Outstanding Customer Service! I recently needed a wedding band at very short notice due to another jewellers letting me down with less than 2 weeks to go until my wedding.

I was staying in Chester overnight for work, leaving the following evening. I went in to the shop after walking by many other chain store jewellers that had nothing exciting to offer in their windows. I quickly found a wedding band very similar to the design I had originally chosen at another jewellers, but it was in white gold, and I needed it in platinum.

Mesut- the shop manager assured me that he could have it re-set in platinum on site at the shop within 24 hours ready for me to collect the next day. Having being let down several times beofre and with so little room for error I was a little sceptical, but I need not have been. Sure enough I got a call at 3pm the next day to say it was ready for collection. However, I was really late finishing work and I could not get away before the shop closed on Friday night. Fortunately we had anticipated this and Mesut arranged to wait for me until 6.30pm so that I had my ring that evening rather than have to stay over another night in a hotel!.

I was absolutely amazed at this high level of customer service; all the staff were so friendly and accommodating and went way above and beyond what you would normally expect! My ring is absolutely beautiful and just as I had hoped for, and more importantly it was ready in time for my wedding day! The price was also slightly less than what I was originally paying elsewhere.

I have bought a very expensive engagement ring from Lotus Diamonds, whilst the ring was in the shop, my ring was taken out of the country, resized, the main stone was cracked, I was told a number of lies, my original ring was never returned More

Do not use these people. I bought wedding rings off them for my Wife and me. When we picked them up, they had made them up as a different design. It was so upsetting and dreadful . they sent them back and re made. But they also came back as nothing like we ordered. They basically said accept these or not and that was 2 days before our wedding. They offered me discount on future purchases. Dreadful experience. I will never go back to these people ever again.

my personnel experience was excellent,
me and my partner went there and found a engagement ring, wasn't cheap but well worth it for quality, service was excellent, ring was re-sized within same day!
Would recommend to anyone.
