Had a horrible experience here. Went in to buy a bike I saw online. Loved it in person, made a deal on it (which wasn't much of a deal, they only came down $200, but then added dealer fees on it so in the end I was agreeing to pay $200 more than they had it advertised online for), i put a $5000 deposit down with the agreement they would have the bike ready for pickup and we would finish paperwork in 2 days and I would pay the remaining balance. I was then called the next day and told a customer bumped the bike and damaged it. I immediately asked so did the bike get knocked over? I was told no. Went in the next morning to see the damage, mind you this is the day I was supposed to be picking the bike up, and boy was I surprised. The bike definitely went down and went down hard. They agreed to replace all the damaged chrome pieces, but were not willing to fix the damaged tank. I said if your not going to fix it then you need to take off $500 because repainting that tank won't be cheap. They only offered to take off $150-200... I then said just give me my money back, and which point I was told I would have to wait until my check cleared there bank next week. I then had to drive back out there again the following Tuesday and show them my bank account showing the check has cleared in order to get them to cut me a check back. I would never reccomend them to anyone. Not good business in my opinion

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them. They turned an oil change and rear brake repair into an $1100.00 repair bill. The markup on parts was 31% and labor was $110.00 an hour. They had my bike 3 weeks, put 86 miles on it, there was oil on my spotless engine and they threatened me with storage charges the first day after it quit raining that they were open.

Last week I walked into Freedom Cycles and was greeted by associate Caleb. I test rode 2 bikes and decided on a new one instead. He and finance worked very hard to get me into my new 2020 GSX S750. I love the bike and my experience was outstanding. This is my 4th purchase since 1984 from this family owned store. You will not regret spending your money there.

Lucky there isnt a no star choice. I called about my 4 wheeler and got cut off before I even got to my question because " that isnt a mavhine I would work on". It's a 250 mojave. It might be old but partz are still made for it and it runs good ... All I wanted was the carb cleaned. After hearing that I know I wont be letting them work on any other bike I have... And I have quite a few. Poooooor service department. Never been treated rudely by a "service" department like this.

Purchasing a motorcycle from Freedom Cycles has easily been one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Casey, Maggie, and Caleb were able to answer every question I had and at no point did I feel pressured into buying something that I wasn't interested in. Very reasonable prices and no BS! Look to them for ALL of your power sport needs!

First off I do not like to do this sort of thing, but I feel there is no other way to get my point across. I contacted Freedom yesterday morning to inquire about a 2016 ZX6R and was told that the bike was available. So I say ok I am going to put in a credit application. Now I could pay cash for the bike, but I decided to just go ahead and try to finance it because I don't have very many open accounts on my credit. I put in the credit application and wait. I called back in maybe 3 or 4 times trying to figure out what is going on and pretty much was told nothing. So I go in to speak to them that night. I was told I was turned down and they had left me a voicemail. I am still waiting for that voicemail to show up on my phone. Ok no big deal. Told them I'd pay cash for the bike, but they were closing and the banks were closed so I just called back the next morning. Come to find out they took a deposit on the bike the day that I was trying to purchase it and I was never informed of this. Once again I was angry, but it happens. So they tell me oh yea we will sell you a 2019 of the same bike for only 600 more! At this point I called my bank and just arranged financing with them which was no problem all I needed was a purchase proposal. Waited a while and called back. They said oh yea we are putting the numbers together. So I waited three more hours and nothing. Moral of the story is that I threw myself at them to buy a bike, but apparently they don't need to sell anything because I was 100 percent ready to buy (in cash or otherwise) and gave them a second chance. In my opinion it is simple laziness that caused all of this. I am not going to mention anyone's name, but I believe this is an issue that needs to be corrected. I have sense purchased a bike from another dealer today.

We were greeted after wondering around for a minute. The guys that we talked to were very friendly and helpful. Also there are some pretty sweet motorcycles and accessories here.
