I came into to buy tires for my 2008 GSXR 600 I had planed on buying some Michelin pilot powers and while talking with Jacob seen that a set of the Michelin pilot 3ct would give me a better riding experience for not that much more cost went with the upgrade. Jacob was knowledgeable and also helped set me up with customer rewards points and helped me find a OEM decal I have been looking for, for my GSXR. The decal was a bit expensive and just in a light heartedness I said maybe a Christmas gift down the road and Jacob was able to show me that your venue also offered a wish list that my wife could access down the road to see what I have liked in your store. great over all experience thank you and expect future customers from my recommendations.

The people at Freedom Cycles are the best in the business. There is not a better shop in town to purchase anything from bikes and quads to watercraft. Parts department is WORLD CLASS. If you are ever in the market for a new toy or need some parts for your old toy, take a look at Freedom. You will not find a better shop or better people anywhere.

Just bought my first Gold Wing. I was treated with care. Ryan, Maggie, and Caleb really spent time with me explaining everything. I was not a quick by not really knowing what to choose so they allowed me the time and provided the support for me to work through it.

Maggie is amazing . She is very courteous , her people skills go above and beyond ... not only does she know her job inside and out ...she knows everyone else's as well . Everyone else ... however polite ...not exactly on top of their game ... Bike was to be 110 % ready ( quote from salesman ) . My husband was there from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm . It is hard to be mad because everyone was so damn nice , but six hours ... ( Really)

I was very surprised by how friendly and helpful all the staff was. I m a new rider and had an insane amount of questions about bikes, helmets and other items they had available in their store. All of the staff was welcoming and made it a place that I will definitely come to if I need anything. The specific crew that helped me are Reggie in sales (thanks for all of the scooter info!) , Lizzy in parts (thanks for all of the time you spent discussing helmets, parts, and all the recommendations you gave!), finally, Maddie and
Maggie In financing (thank you for all the thorough explanations of the paperwork!) I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new ride, parts or just some general knowledge questions about anything!

Took my bike in for inspection and new tires, they called me about 2 hrs after dropping it off and said the brake light was staying on all the time, and it was going to be a $150 diagnostic fee too find out why. I told them dont do anything I'll come pick it up. I get there and they charged me 30 bucks (half of what they wanted to charge but I argued it down to 30)to tell me my brake light was staying on. I do not reccomend this shop for any work. I have heard terrible things about them now I know first hand.mMy brother also had a poor experience with them, told them to replace a part and they tried to charge him a 100 bucks for a diagnostic fee???? He got the inspection done, new rear brakes, brought it home, and rear tire was low. Valve stem was leaking and they didn't even check the pressure or notice that it was leaking but passed it for inspection. After negotiating he convinced them to reduce the diagnostic fee down to 30, total BS, he also says he will never use that shop again. Riders beware, avoid this place if you can.

Made a trip out to Freedom Cycles with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for. Tyler in sales helped me find a great deal on a slightly older model and Jo in financing was wonderful to work with while doing loads of paperwork. I'd definitely recommend stopping by! They've got a huge selection and all the other staff I ran in to were friendly.

I have called 3 times now, twice to buy parts and once to ask a mechanic a question. Called 15 minutes before they closed to see if they had a part in stock and was told that their computers were already shut down and could call back on the next business day. Called to ask a mechanic a quick question about a buggy that I bought from them and they told me that they couldn't answer anything over the phone, that I needed to bring it to them to work on. I bought 2 buggys from them! I will never buy from them again.

These cats have the best range in the whole Kansas City area when it comes to motorcycles. It is always a good shot to visit and see if they got what you need.

Still not impressed with parts counter etiquette, first impression should provide desire to assist with obtaining correct parts at best price. After initial request for oil and fluids, conversation warmed but still associate gives signals of a rushed experience.
