was seriously low-balled on a trade in offer; insultingly low-balled. then they turn around and jack their prices up well above book. I get you're a "business", but there's a point when your prices and attempts at sucking every last possible dollar out of the customer becomes a blatant rip off. especially a several time returning customer. so much for loyalty these days.

on top of that, they have the balls to mention "price doesn't include dealer reconditioning fee". take a look around the used bikes - not a damn thing has been "reconditioned". rusted chains, black motor oil, old brake fluid, dirty bikes. one bike literally had the front of it smothered in dead bugs. shady ripoff artists. no more loyalty from me. that's for sure.
