I would honestly rate lower but I know theres potential for better customer service. I just left freedom cycle. I was about to spend over 500 dollars when a guy came to the desk and basically talked me out of all of it. The young lady helping me was doing a fine job without him. The guy proceeded to tell me that 1 tooth less on a front sprocket is the same as 3 teeth less on the sprocket in the rear. So he recommended that I get a 1 tooth smaller front sprocket(which they dont carry) instead of the 3 tooth smaller in the rear(which they DO carry.) So instead of buying a sprocket and a chain and a motorcycle stand, I bought nothing because I couldnt get someone to actually help me. I will be ordering my parts directly from manufacturer.
