Love it love it. Great friendly staff, my kids love it I just wish the hours for the pool would be a little bit longer and the diner will stay open a little bit longer but everything is great.

Great place to stay for families. Plenty of options if there is bad weather.

Clean rooms, great staff, fantastic tempurpedic beds, 1 mile from the beach and free shuttles to the beach every 20 mins had fantastic time will def be back again

We love this place. Kids enjoy indoors and outdoors activity. Super clean and delicious food. Close to the outlets or I should say you can cross the street and you will be shopping deals at the outlet. Free mini golf for kids for free. Indoor and outdoor pool.

Nice place but the bed had old period stains on it and the other place has mascara smudged on it and the bathroom had pubic hair in it

Clean facility, hard working employees, themed pools and splash pad, well kept putt-putt, nice playground, small order & pick up restaurant and bar with lots of strong drinks to choose from.

Always friendly staff. Our rooms have always been clean. Our family of 5 has grown up so the rooms are too small for us and we stay in the cabins. The indoor heated pool were all the rage when the kids were young. Now it's the bus to Somerset street and the Boardwalk. But they still like it, and so do we.

very nice place for family but old rooms and not comfy bed

I have taken my kids here every year for the last ten years and even as they turn the corner into their teens, they absolutely love it. This place has charm, very helpful staff, and lots of extras to enjoy!

Don't let the outside fool you. This is a huge property with tons to do for family members of all ages. Clean and renovated facilities minutes from the beach.

THE BATHROOM WAS DISGUSTING, RUST AND LIME EVERYWHERE. I WENT TO SHOWER AND THERE WAS A BARRETT IN THE TUB, FRUIT FLIES KEPT FLYING EVERYWHERE. I BOOKED A TWO NIGHT STAY WE CHECKED OUT IN ONE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Love the 3 Star resort! One of the best I've been too. Staff are really nice and rooms are clean. Everyone one there is friendly. I give it a 5 star rating.

Great family friendly resort. Our little one did not want to leave. We love the pools and splash area. Our kids preferred to stay at the resort instead of beach. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that the rooms are a bit dated. Could use some refresh.

-The room was gross. Toilet wasn t cleaned and the shower had large dust bunnies in the top corners.
-Had to call the front desk 3 nights in a row for fights happening outside in the parking lot between 11:30pm and 1:30am! This is supposed to be a family resort!
-The walls are paper thin too so you have to keep the AC unit going to drown out the noise and fights from outside!
-House keeping was done every 3 nights which is gross. We had to throw out our own trash.
-Our room was straight across from the pool so I wish we could have had a more private room. Between all the kids running up and down outside our room and all of the domestic disputes happening at night time.
-Really enjoyed the indoor pool and out door pool though.

Perfect for young families. Indoor pool for the kids and outlet shopping across the street for mummy!

This is one of the best if not the best family friendly hotel in all of Ocean City. If it had the beach and boardwalk you wouldn't have to ever leave. The hospitality of Jim and Ann Marie and all the staff you already feel like you don't want to leave. It's a must for every family.

This is my second year here for Jeep week. It is clean, quiet and very family friendly and affordable. Love the pool, gulf and other on site avlctivities they have, plus the shuttle is great to get you back and forth from OC!

Nice place to have a family vacation. The people who run the place are very nice and accommodating. The indoor pool was fun too.

Beds are comfortable and clean. Theres a playground outside without a swing set. And an outdoor and indoor pool. Good for kids.snowcone place closed -1 star

We stayed in a Ranch room in Francis Scott Key Resort, which offered sleeping for 4 with a bath, microwave, mini fridge, and cable TV. It was a bit small, though, for our portable crib, and I would probably go for a larger room next stay. Beyond that, though, everything about our stay was enjoyable. The service was very good, and the staff was very family oriented. The amenities were amazing and included an indoor water park, an outdoor pool, an outdoor water play area for younger children, a playground, a movie theater with free nightly family movies, a volleyball net, picnic area and benches throughout, and even a pond stocked with fish. The only thing not included was breakfast, but we ate at the onsite Route 50 Diner, which had a 1950's feel. It has very good food for breakfast and lunch (the funnel cake donuts were amazing!) at affordable prices. The resort is only a 2-3 minute drive to Downtown Ocean City, and the resort even offers free shuttle service to the boardwalk and beach area. If you like shopping, it's also located directly across the street to Tanger Outlets, which has countless discount name brand stores. If you have a family and are planning on staying in Ocean City, I highly recommend Francis Scott Key Resort.

Great family resort mins away from everything,staff and owners are friendly, caring and always quick to assist. Place is clean and we'll kept..it's our favorite vacation

This place is worth it just for the pools, and hot tubs! Also loved the bar by the pool. Everything is kept up nice. The rooms are in need of updating, but for the price we were happy.

First time and definitely wworth the money and some. Excellent place to take the family. Pleasant comfortable and the bed oh my gosh I need one in my own room. Wish I could afford to go every weekend.

Good place to spend some days with the family but .... 3 stars just because of the staff, they are the best, friendly, helpful, simply the best... Rooms are a bit noisy, looks like due to poor insulation I was able to ear the people on the room above me talking imagine when kids playing on the room but the good thing is the rooms are very clean.... also the pool on a resort with way to many restrictions, no coolers, no food, no drinks, no nothing from outside , only what they have to offer on the bar, I was on vacation so I love to seat by the pool with my magazine and my DD coffee and I couldn't get in the pool area because I have an outside drink. Also my 9 yo son couldn't play on the pool with his own little ball, he can only play with some pink beach balls offered at the pool by the resort. Also the pool is only 4.5 ft high ..... if they take all the restrictions on the pool I might go with 4 stars .....

Great experience for everyone! Wish the new outdoor pool had a baby pool and better seating. Otherwise always a great stay for the family! This is our 3rd year in a row going!

Really awesome family friendly resort in Ocean City. Tons of great activities for kids/family, all included in the cost of your stay. Far enough away from the boardwalk area do you don't have to worry about drunks, but close enough where you could easily drive. They also offer a boardwalk shuttle which is nice. Would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing family resort. They have a 50 recliner family movie room that they play free movies, with free popcorn on the weekends. The food is very good at the bar as well as the breakfast restaurant. The inside pool even has lots of little beach balls for the kids to play with

I have to say, our second time here, and did not disappoint. We did a little bit of a different style vacation than normal this year to keep costs down. I was unsure of how I would like it, I usually go all out. The difference with this years vacation was to stay closer (driveable), we rented one of the new cottages with an upstairs loft, and cooked most of our meals there. So glad we did! The resort is awesome with pools and spray ground for our 3 & 5 year olds. Playground, mini golf, plenty of space to ride their scooters. Movies to borrow each night for free. Drinks and food on the property, with so many great places to go out to. We always do the Bonfire buffet and Decatur Diner. It s a must!! BBQ grill right out back of our cabin. It was just so awesome. So spacious, kids upstairs. This is the way to vacation, have space, and keep your budget down. Great way to vacation in Ocean City. Thanks FSK.

This place is the best quaint little Family Resort ...The Staff is super friendly, their rooms are Super Clean . Their Public Restrooms are Very clean.. Very close to the Beach 10 minute ride via your vehicle or their transportation!!! We love it and will recommend to everyone!!!

We had a great two night stay in the lodge area of FSK Family Resort. My child loved the outdoor water park and indoor pool. The room was two double beds, a mini fridge and a tv. Basic but comfortable.

Second time here, best family vacation spot we've been to. Very pricey when leaving the resort to eat but worth it.

I love this place because the children have a great time and the laid back atmosphere is perfect for vacation. It's located close enough to restaurants, bars, shopping and to the ocean. The shuttle is reliable and efficient. The staff is great and friendly. They really show they care when one has a problem. There's basketball, beach volleyball, mini golf, of course swimming...indoor and outdoor.... This place is great for families with children of all ages. We visit annually. They could stand to clean the carpets more often as the rooms are sort of damp.

We came during a hurricane so we didn't get to enjoy all of the activities, unfortunately. The resort has a nice water play area for kids and a great outdoor pool. The rooms could use some updating and the diner in the lobby is quite bland. Overall it was an ok stay but we had better experiences at other family resorts/waterparks.

A little dated, but perfect for a family get away. Lots of fun activities for families. Close to the Ocean City boardwalk, free shuttle, and close to delicious restaurants & the Tanger Outlets.

The perks of staying here are awesome. Indoor and outdoor pools, splash zone, mini golf, 8pm family movies.

Too many people at the pool. Parents do not remind the children to keep there distance from one another. Life guards are supervising

Rooms are kind of average but the one i was in had a kitchen so thats cool, had heat and a/c great, my card reader actually had to get changed so that sucks and it has 2 pools near the houses, nice outdoor are to bbq but there are a ton of flies in that area, boardwalk is accessable by shuttle, breakfast in the diner was actually pretty good

Fun for the whole family. Location, location, location! Even when it rains the family can swim at the indoor pool. Definitely will stay again. Room clean. Staff friendly. Ya gotta try it if you haven't already!

We travel from North Carolina to stay here and have stayed here about 5 times now. Rooms are clean and nice size and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The little indoor kids pool is awesome.

Second time we stayed here. This place is great clean lots of family fun to be had. We will be back!

We had a great time in this resort. The staff is very friendly and the place itself is really nice. The pools are pretty and inviting.
I was happy that there wasn't a lot of people, that made social distancing very easy.
The beach boardwalk is super close, is less than 10 min.
The resort offers a free shuttle, we didn't ride it but like I said is a very easy drive.
The only negative I have; the room could use some TLC and to have a deep cleaning.
Over all, the place is great and will definitely come back.

Very family oriented, but they dont forget that adults are part of the family too. They had an incredible indoor pool, and it has a tiki bar. And very good service. Definitely will be returning.

As far as family resorts go, this one served us well. Super friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The only complaint would be that the hot tubs closed early, and the outdoor one could be hotter. But all in all, very happy we stayed here.

My son loved the pools and Donna makes great frozen drinks for the adults ;)

We had BED BUGS!!!!! They gave us another room and it was a clicking noise all night long from the heater! I will never ever ever ever come here again! Save your money and go someplace nice with your family!

Fun place for the family to go to in the dull months of winter. Staff was great. Good location close to shopping and dining. The kids liked the indoor pool. This place could have gotten 4 or 5 stars if the room were brought up to present standards. Drab brown colors, room was a little dirty and had a very small TV for a resort. Great amenities, just REALLY need to update the accommodations.

This hotel is perfect for families with small children.
