Family fun place. Outlets across the street. Royal Farmers walking distance and less then 5 mins from Ocean city inlet.

Always a great time. Family fun. Movies, pool and snack shack ;)

Absolutely love this place. They are very accommodating and great place if you have children. Recommend this place you wont regret it. Plus rooms are cozy a.c works perfectly and bathrooms are spacious for the size A+++

Awful experience. We understood with covid there would be differences from years past. But our 5 night stay last week, became a 3 night stay for many reasons. Some of which I now read from other reveiwers. Wish I had read the recent reviews before we went. Very rough crowd now stays here. Will not go back. It's not a place to bring children.

Kinda load at night but get place to go if you have kids

My family and I have been going to this resort for 7 years and never even thought about going somewhere else. It has everything you could want in a beach resort. Even though it s not located directly on the beach or boardwalk there is a free shuttle service that runs every 5-10 minutes. The pools are so great for every age but the indoor pool and spray ground are mostly dedicated to smaller kids. The food is great at the pools and dinner. I have nothing bad to say, it s honestly the best family resort in ocean city.

Super family friendly. One thing too improve is pool water has to much chlorine witch affected on my older son who has mild asthma.

Close to the beach but not too close. Spacious, well maintained resort. Beach shuttle service is a huge plus. Park your car and leave it. Rely on shuttle service and City Transit. It will save you $$, parking gets expensive, and driving gets agrevating. So much fun for whole family!

OMG!!!, Where do I start I went online to book a room, 10 mins later I decided I'm not going to stay there. Called to cancel, the receptionist on the phone kept saying omg, I can't get it to cancel, then she said hold on. After holding about 20 mins the front desk manager gets on the phone and said we charge your credit card 2 times, but your money will be back on your card by morning. Then Icalled this morning to get my money back on my card. I have spent my entire day talking to people at this hotel. It was easy for them take it 2x. This has been really hard.

My money still is Not back in my account. Don't use your credit card and make sure they don't double bill your card. It's been a nightmare

Great place to stay with children. My child is non verbal, autistic, and loves swimming pools! Staff was very understanding and helpful. Room was generously sized and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were memory foam posturepedic, a/c got the room as cold as you could stand it, nice sized bathroom with a line to hang up wet clothes over the bathtub/shower. Room was clean. This place is awesome. It has a water spray park(a ship that has various water nozzles and such), a swimming pool(with a bar for food and drinks/alcohol), a park to play around in, a small fishing pond, generous parking and shuttle service to one block off of the boardwalk. Pizza tugos is within a half a mile, and I highly recommend it. I have to say, I was a bit hesitant to stay here being that it wasn't within walking distance from the boardwalk, but I have to say, I was impressed! And will come back to stay again! If you dont have children, or are elderly, this may not be the place for you since there are a lot of children and it may not be the quietest place to stay. If youre a parent, and need a place to stay that will keep your kids wanting more...this is your best bet for the money, hands down!

Something for everyone adult bar,mini golf , basketball court,outdoor water park ,indoor outdoor pools excellent stay for the family,rooms were clean ,staff was friendly,iove it ,we try to book every year

It's a good family resort for those who want ocean city night life but dont wanna deal with the young kids or noise

Very pleasant staff, a quiet and great location. We Just got back from a one night weekend stay during off season. The staff let us check in early at 1 pm. It was a ranining day. Being able to chill at the resort and using their indoor pool, it was wonderful. The room is smaller than I thought, but it is clean and very comfortable. All the staff we came across were super pleasant and courterous. Starbucks and two diners were right next to the resort. The outlet stores are right across from the resort. Took less than 5 mins drive to get to the beach. Overall, the location is really convenient. Our family of three had a great time staying here. We'll definitely return for our future beach trip. Thank you for making our stay so much enjoyable.

It's a really great place for families with lots to do, both at the resort and around it. The pools and splash pad were a blast for our kids. We were a bit cramped in the room with our 4 kids, and the bathroom was really small. We found it difficult to find places to hang wet towels and swim suits after going to the pool or beach. The food at the resort wasn't very good and was way overpriced, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby, both chains and local places. The staff at the resort are all very friendly. Overall we had a very good time, especially the kids. They didn't want to leave.

We love this place! We have been going for 10 consecutive years. They have a lot of great things for children, like an outdoor pool (with a bar for adults, and food you can purchase right there), an indoor pool that has limited adult beverages and snacks as well. It is pretty difficult to find chairs poolside, but if you go on top of the pirate ship, it is usually pretty empty and quiet. We haven't used the splash grounds for quite a while, but it was awesome when we did! It has this big pirate ship that sprays water and has slides for smaller children, and snow cones! Seriously, if you have young kids, this should be your number one choice when going to ocean City!

Very nice old fashioned motel/resort. The kids loved the pool and mini golf. Rooms were a little loud, but everything was pretty quiet from 10pm to 7am.

The amenities are nice and really great for OC MD for family friendly environment. However, the rooms are very dark with poor lighting and smell bad, the water pressure is like someone spitting on you, hard to get soap out as a result. The rooms really need work and I would be willing to spend more to stay there when they get a facelift some day. Be warned - we had to pay extra when we learned the Main Lodge doesn't have an elevator and since my husband is handicapped we needed a first floor room in another building which "costs more" too bad they couldn't eat $20 for a veteran...

The arcade and pool are amazing for little kids great rate as well

Our family of 5 has stayed at FSK Resort twice. The place is great. Clean great rooms and pools (3 pools!!) They have all the amenities you could ask for. My one issue is that there is a $1.50/day charge for the safe in the room. You can decline this at checkout, but was never told until after I left. It just seemed shady and was not appreciated. Love that place, but don't think I'll be back. Also, the free internet was extremely hard to use. And being as I was supposed to be working while there, it was quite an issue. Please boost your signal!!!!

Nice place for kids. The rooms need to be cleaner and add more lighting to walk ways at night. Friendly staff and shuttle to beach is a great bonus

Have been going here fir over 15 years ...awsome ocean resort .....miss the deep end swimming pool they filled in ...but still a great family place n lots for ppl of all ages to enjoy !!!!

Great for the kids. Fun for the adults just the same. Year round entertanment.

Pros: Kids loved all the pools and splash pad.
Food prepared at pool was good and made fresh. Shuttle is a nice ammenity. Nice location away from downtown OC. Close to outlet shopping, restaurants, assateague and berlin.
Cons: Room was "newly renovated" but bathroom in room was not new. Old shower, shower head had little to no water pressure.
Looked dingey and old.
Housekeeping was to come after 3 nights and they never came even after requested.
Very loud at night. Wild neighbors on our floor. Called front desk at 12am and security had to speak to the other guests 2x and threaten calling the police if they didnt quiet down. Finally got quiet around 130am.
Management did give us a discount for the trouble after requesting it. Security needs to step it up with enforcing quiet time at night.
No towels at pool, said they ran out.
Understaffed, maybe due to covid.

The stay was ok but we wont be back. Its a one and done for us. Thankfully the kids enjoyed themselves but my husband and I werent thrilled and were happy to leave. We tried to spend as little time inside the room as possible.

Great place when you have kids. Indoor and outdoor pools both with bar. Movie nights, small putt putt golf course. Basketball net, shuttles to take you across the bridge and drop you off at the boardwalk.

Great for families. Friendly service. Several pools for everyone. Mini golf, sand volleyball court, small basketball court, arcade and their own restaurant open for breakfast and lunch(?). Didn't try lunch, but breakfast was good. Fresh hot doughnuts are great, potatoes not so much. Rooms are decent, clean and we'll appointed. Nice kitchenette. Included shuttle to the Boardwalk. I think it's a bit over-priced, but I can't say the value isn't there. And I hear there are better rates if you look. My family always enjoys our stay.

Came here many years ago. Good job. Liked my visit. Extensive grounds, some amenities, bungalow type feel of the rooms.

Im conflicted with this review. The staff was nice and the water park was as advertised, the kids had fun! BUT, rooms were poorly remodeled and we could hear every squeek in the rooms near ours. Then the beds, a sign in the room claimed temporpedic but it sure didn't feel like one. All the bedding was of a thread count less than cheese cloth. So rough that you get rug burn shifting in what sleep is possible. A small amount of attention to the creature comforts would go a long way.

Great for families with young kids. No frill rooms that are a little old in design. The resort and staff were great. Resort is also kept very clean.

Currently here, we arrived yesterday and I am appalled. The word resort needs to be removed from the name. By no means is this a resort, our room was dirty and I mean you could see the dust. Rooms are small and outdated far from luxurious not even half way descent. Housekeeping does not come in until 9am!!! What kind of mess is that? Then they come and bring us 2 wash clothes for 6 guests. Please believe all the bad reviews you see here, don t give them the benefit of the doubt! Almost forgot to mention at this resort if you are only staying two days they don t come clean your room.

Great place to keep the kids occupied and adults too.

It was nice and clean and a lot to do for the kids.but I stayed cause it was late in December and I didn't want to drive because I was tired.i say this because 87 dollars for off season rates is to hi.everyone else is charging 45 dollars a night this time of year.but like I said I was tired so I took.it.drop your off season rates you might get more people

The family resort is a wonderful place. I come here every year for a family vacation and it has never been a disappointment. I highly recommend this resort.

Great place for families, affordable, tons of things right here for kids to do, food place on site open til 2pm, more food sold poolside with longer hours. Sits back with park like atmosphere. Yet close to restaurants, shopping & all Ocean City has to offer. We loved our stay & will definitely come back.

Rooms were a little outdated BUT they were comfortable and big. They had temperpedic mattresses and a kitchen to cook in. Parking was a little tight but everyone managed. It was close to shopping and restaurants, the beach was a close 7 min ride. Over all it was a great stay

Great family hotel. Indoor pool geared towards kids with water level mostly below 3.5 feet. Also had a great outdoor pool with a splash pad. Hotel shows movies in a small theater room at night. Even with all these amenities, the price was about the same or cheaper than nice hotels in the area. My wife and I both mentioned that we would not want to stay anywhere else in Ocean City.

The price went up and they charged for items they didnt charge for the previous years.

This was our first time staying at this resort as we usually stay on the boardwalk. This year after doing some research as we are very picky we decided to give this a whirl! It was wonderful and we loved it! The entire resort was clean and very family friendly. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well. The amenities with the different pools, arcade, mini golf, the park were perfect for our younger children especially on those rainy days you do not expect! All the amenities were perfect as well for an alternative after you have been at the beach for the day! We were very happy with our stay and plan to stay here again!

Our room was spacious and clean. Very kid friendly..our kids stuck to both the indoor & outdoor pools. Pool side bar & snack bar was convient . It was not over crowded since due to the pandemic the indoor pool which is huge was limited to 50ppl

Affordable, clean, great customer service and best of all tons of activities for the family right there!

What a great family place!! Every single employee has a smile and is so nice. This is an older place but very clean. We went as a big sports group and let our kids move freely through the resort. Prices for food and store items were fantastic! This was our second year in a row. Super pleased and hope to return next year!!

Pros- Friendly staff (for my 2 brief interactions), GREAT pools (even with a partial closure due to Covid-19), nostalgia factor, free shuttle, decent wifi,

Cons- This place definitely needs updated. In our room there were drill and nail holes in some of the the walls that should have been filled, the paint was all scratched up and chipped on our bathroom door, the room smelled musty, the walls are VERY thin, doors aren't sealed (aside from being able to see through the sides of the door where there should be some weather stripping, my neighbor sat on the front area between our rooms while he smoked and the cigarette smoke was coming right into our room even with the doors and windows shut). There were a bunch of little bugs/ants/tiny spiders in our bathroom along the baseboard area, as well as 2 or 3 ants on the nightstand and one of the beds. The remote for the tv worked sporadically and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken.

Overall I can certainly see why this place is so popular. There is definitely a nostalgic feel and the pools are GREAT. To be honest, the pools kind of made up for everything else that was lacking. For me, this was a quick one night trip so I would say it was worth the money but I definitely wouldn't pay the higher, in season rates and I probably will opt to stay somewhere else next time. As an oc frequent, I was definitely disappointed after finally visiting this resort. Hopefully the owners do some major updating soon and not cheap band aid fixes because the potential is most definitely there.

I love this place, the all family enjoy it, we spent a perfect time in there actually we planing and go back in the summer.

The room is very small, the bathroom so small that when I put on my draws my balls touch the wall, Not much to do at this resort, not much to entertain people with, the pool is filled with little kids, the pool only goes to 4 feet. You also don t get as good as food as u payed for the food. Overall this resort might be a 2/10. This is a very honest review on the resort, just trying it o help you guys improve.

The beds were comfy. Staff was rude at the pool. The video game lounge was cramped and most did not work. Bathrooms are small and layed out weird. Stayed as a quick winter getaway. Would not stay again.

Had a great time! Reasonably priced for a family of four w an overnight stay, access to swimming, arcade and movies and a free pizza! Yay!!
