Purchased a clay bar from the accessories division in June of 2020 from Tony Nicholas just started using the product of January 2021 and the clay bar was sticking to the packaging making it difficult to use the product. Will not do business with this company any longer to cheap to replace it and very rude staff over the phone blaming me for the product I bought from them I will be getting in contact with Distinctive Details

Where to begin?

Where to begin?

We used them for over a year as they supplied the home we purchased. Since being acquired by Mirabito things have been worsening. We were on autopay, but somehow during the acquisition and merging of systems our information was lost and autopay cancelled. They never called, or tried to communicate with is about the acquisition until we owed two months worth of fuel. Upon calling them to see what was going on we were informed of the loss of our payment information and contract. We immediately paid what we owed from our last fill and I asked if they can come fill us because we use propane for both heating and hot water and we have a newborn in our home so both are necessary. They would not be able to fill us, and they thought we were trying to stretch our supply - where they got this I have no idea. I called another fuel supply company who came out within an hour to swap tanks and fill us. Upon this they found two things - 1 the tanks were too close to our kitchen window, and 2 - they had a 1/2 line going into a 3/4 line which fed the house. How these things were missed during our inspection bothers me, but the fact that the new company found them immediately reassured me I made the right decision to switch.

Customer service was subpar, from their inability to find our account, to the lack of empathy they showed when they were the ones who stopped delivering. Will NOT be switching back due to the poor customer service, and lack of professionalism.

Quick service

Quick service
Fixed the issue
But price was very high for the circuit board ( high mark up on it)
Would use them again but reccomend negotiating the price properly first and making sure you are assertive about estimate prior to work being done so right price can be negotiated

Two bad experiences. One, I call them to get a quote on a leaking pipe. The guy comes and quotes out $1500. Call another company and job complete for $300. Second, I ask for a boiler tune-up and specifically ask to verify unit is venting properly. They arrive and spend nearly two hours in the basement. The boiler is never turned on, a CO meter is never used, the unit is not vacuumed out of dust, rust, spider webs, etc., and a part is replaced that I had already replaced six months prior. So I paid for absolutely nothing. I would call somebody else if I were you. This deal was less than shady if you ask me. Will never, never, ever call them again.

Asked if they would use the $266.90 I had in my account To fill my oil and George tells me to go to heap. It's not worth them coming out unless I get a minimum of 160 gallons. Lmao~ I have many receipts that they didn't deliver 160 gallons. He said that's cause it was cold out. I guess 22 degrees is warm to him~ smh~ gonna pay the difference to get my fill. And I'm done with the company. They won't get another heap grant from me~ money Hungary oil company~ not out to satisfy their customers at all...

Dealing with these guys has been really unpleasant. The Carrier A/C system that they installed failed after three years. When I called them to fix it last May they stood me up once (after I had taken off work to wait for them) and then on the second attempt they called me at 4PM to say they weren't coming. I basically had to plead with the guy to come look at the system, which did happen at the very end of the day. And they did install a replacement evaporator under warranty. Seven months later I received a statement for something like $100 plus seven months worth of finance charges for the first visit that, apparently, the technician was supposed to take payment for on the spot. (The first guy never asked for payment, and I paid their bill on the subsequent visit to install the replacement part.) Not only did they not bother to send me a bill, I can't even get anyone to talk to me about what happened. The "customer service" rep insisted that he didn't know anything and couldn't help. So I was directed to someone in service who so far has refused to return my calls. They're acting like I simply refused to pay a bill or something. Seriously? Over $100? How can I pay if they don't notify me that I owe something?

Whatever. I've sent them a check so that I can wash my hands of it and take my business elsewhere.

For the second time this year, Polsinello has refused to make a delivery on time, resulting in my home being without heat on the coldest days of the year. The customer service has been less than impressive when I have called to have an emergency delivery. Then I get charged for an emergency delivery. We have also had problems with how they installed our propane tanks (using the wrong tubing to run from the propane tanks outside to the furnace inside) and with the process of fixing said problem. They also don't consistently leave the invoices/bills in the same place, so I never know where to look or if they've come. If you have propane, try and find another company. Polsinello isn't worth it.
