Good place to spend some days with the family but .... 3 stars just because of the staff, they are the best, friendly, helpful, simply the best... Rooms are a bit noisy, looks like due to poor insulation I was able to ear the people on the room above me talking imagine when kids playing on the room but the good thing is the rooms are very clean.... also the pool on a resort with way to many restrictions, no coolers, no food, no drinks, no nothing from outside , only what they have to offer on the bar, I was on vacation so I love to seat by the pool with my magazine and my DD coffee and I couldn't get in the pool area because I have an outside drink. Also my 9 yo son couldn't play on the pool with his own little ball, he can only play with some pink beach balls offered at the pool by the resort. Also the pool is only 4.5 ft high ..... if they take all the restrictions on the pool I might go with 4 stars .....
