Great family place. Pools are awesome and staff is friendly.

This family friendly option for lodging ready for the Ocean City Bridge is a great place to stay. The swimming pool and playground was so much fun for our kids. Thanks for wonderful time!

This place is very nice for families, indoor/outdoor pools, arcade, restaurant on site, but my room had flies, not one or two, more like 10-15 cause I kept killing them and more would appear, other than that it s a great place for a weekend get away

It was our first time there and it was perfect. They had so much to offer. They had swimming, mini golf, splash pads, basketball courts, fire pits and more. They even shuttled you to the beach and boardwalk. It was clean and staff was incredibly friendly. And did i mention totally affordable. I loved it there and will return again.

On the negative side, ceilings are not well insulated for noise reduction; you can hear upstairs neighbor. Also, they need blackout curtains; outside lights are bright and they have only blinds.

We just came home today from a 5 night stay for our yearly softball tournament. We booked 12 rooms. We have stayed on the property for the last 4 years as a team. We had always been happy until this visit. Most of our rooms were located in the Carolina building back across from the indoor pool. Every room in that building had flies something terrible. We also all sat together at the picnic area off the side of the building in the parking lot and received some sort of flea bites. The whole team is still
itching terribly and that was 3 nights ago that they took place. Most complained about the rooms being dirty and moldy and these were supposed to be the new rooms well that was a joke. The bathrooms in all the rooms were so outdated and old and shabby looking plus definitely not the cleanest. Thankfully we travel smart and brought all our own cleaning supplies since we had one issue last year and each family was able to clean their room as best as we could. One family lost power in their room,the only room in the hotel and nobody that works there could figure out why. The front desk staff was nice and extremely helpful. However the night maintenance crew that was around was as sketchy and most of the guests that we saw. This used to be such a good family resort to stay in with families and feel safe. Definitely not the case anymore. The mask wearing and extra Covid precautions were total bullcrap. Nobody at any area beside the front desk wore a mask. Not employees or guests.Not to mention the pools were both way way way over their limit by many many people.One of our families said their carpet was so disgusting they spend as little time as possible there. Two of our team rooms didn t have working refrigerators. I don t mind the people hanging late at night especially if they aren t loud. But it s like at 10:00 the whole place gets very very very suspect. Multiple times people were sitting right out front of our building smoking weed and the one maintained man walked by atleast 3 times and didn t say a word. This place has gone down hill and is an extremely big waste of money. And we will be notifying the tournament director to check things out at this hotel before adding them to as an option. Disgusting and disappointed and our absolute last visit.

Nice resort overall, other than the fact that our electronic door handle for our room stopped working the first night and wouldn't recognize any keys including security's (mind you we had just been in the room 2 hours beforehand with no issues). We then had to wait 2 hours for the "maintenance man" who wasn't even on site to get there and Jimmy the door open. All the while my diabetic girlfriend needed her insulin which was in the refrigerator in the room. Probably will not be coming back here again.

Great family oriented place! Rooms were spacious enough and clean. 3 pools, puttputt, movies, basketball, etc. Lots of activities for the kids. The Pavilion was awesome for family cookout and get together. Close to Beach, Boardwalk and Outlets.

FSK is located inland, but only a few minutes drive Ocean City Beach. They provide free shuttle busses to and from the beach. There are two outdoor water areas, and an indoor pool. There is a small arcade. The cottages are nice, with new appliances. The hot water gets HOT! Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a small movie theater area, and show family friendly movies. The pool areas also have food, drinks, and adult beverages.

It was awesome and I got Starbucks but the pool was the best and the arcade game area was the second best and I love when I saw the movie party here it was cool and about a bear

My husband and I thought this was the cutest resort so we stopped to get some info for future trips!!! It's really cute, quaint and family oriented!! The rooms look like tiny houses! Very nostalgic!!!

Outdated, dark...bathroom was dirty (urine on toliet seat) & coffee maker- just eww. Loads of carpenter bees near mini golf course. Walls sooo thin, you could hear the neighbors conversation. VERY loud neighbors...playing music and screaming outside our door until 11p! Couldn't get out of there quick enough! Left 1 day early & they refunded our $ for that one night...but should have refunded for entire trip. Wont be back.

A great vacation spot, not only conveniently located near shops and restaurants and the boardwalk but its a clean and family friendly resort! Rooms are comfortable and clean and staff was amazing. Pool area was a hit for all the family and again was very clean! We will deff be visiting again!

We thought it would be great for the kids but it was super crowded. At night the light outside our room kept us up since the blinds don't block light well at all. The restaurants were incredibly expensive for what they were also. I think my wife and I just have our preference though. She grew up in the area and her family still lives in Berlin so we always go to visit them. If you've not visited Ocean City before it is a great place!

Pros: good location. Did not mind being away from the main drag. Amenities and activities were nice. Pools great. Great for families with kids. Service was great. Maintenance was great. Kitchen in room a big plus.

Cons: far from clean. Mold in bathroom. We we're lucky they replaced our towels. Nothing was wiped down each day. No new sheets, ever. Small cut on finger caused blood on sheets and they were still not changed. They didn't replace ANYTHING that was used (i.e. plastic drinking cups). Forgot to give us wash cloths some days. Didn't even clean the room another day. Refrigerator really bad odor.

In conclusion, i would come again with the notion knowing it was NOT going to be clean.

This resort is the best for families!! Don't want to go to the beach? Stay here and play. They have miniature golf, basketball courts, a playground, drive in movies, pool bar that serves food, a diner, volleyball nets, indoor water park, outdoor water park, and pool. Going to the beach but don't want to walk? They have a shuttle! My family comes here every year for the 4th of July holiday! You will live it here. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Great place to visit with the kids! Clean and the kids love all the outdoors pools,splash park, indoor pool, mini golf,ECT. You can't beat the price and experience!

Wonderful experience, as it has been for the 14 years I've been staying there!

Full kitchen in rooms. Full size fridge. Comfortable rooms. AC is very cold! Beds are on the smaller size but still comfortable. Tiki bar is great. Get the refillable tiki cup and enjoy $6 drinks for your entire trip. Bar staff is very friendly.
Easy check in. Braclet keys are a nice addition. Pools are good for the kids.
Price is very reasonable compared to hotels on the island.
We will return again next year.
We were with a softball team for USSSA Nationals. 11 families. Did their best to keep us together.

We usually go here every August for out annual family staycation, but unfortunately will never again . While the room are much improved the clientele is much to he desired. From next door guest smoking weed by your hotel door to playing music loud way into 11pm 12 am.. the following day is was no better. the next door guest getting drunk with domestic violence.. the pool were over packed and mini golf course has run its course literally.. its falling apart and there is no urgency to fix anything. Now you might think hey there is always no person who is upset etc etc., but understand we have gone there a long time, years in fact and dont just judge easily. This place WAS wonderful but has spiraled down the toliet. Be the judge for yourselves if you want. We will be stay elsewhere.. it is what it is

10 min drive from beach, close to restaurants, good parking, plenty of activities around for when you're bored of the beach.

Glad I found this mini family resort. Kids and adults enjoyed it. Food at outdoor pool was really good. Try pork and beef brisket taco, one of the best around and decent prices. Lots of activities for kids.

Staff is excellent... pool experience was nice they need some updates but over all good. All rules should apply to all guests not a select few.

Love this place cant wait to go bad..Beds are so comfortable..

Staff is friendly, the pools are great for kids, and the price is right. While the rooms are clean, they are outdated and feel cheap. If you prefer to spend your vacation having fun with money in your pocket, and you aren't a Fancy Nancy obsessed with thread count, this place if great.

One of our favorite places to stay! Children & parents enjoy it just the same....and car stays parked! Great employees and wonderful amenities! My children get so excited when we visit!

Writing this review as I listen to the family in the room next door banter with their child sounding like they are in the room with us. In fact, it always feels like they re right outside our window but they re actually in their room. The walls are thinner than paper thin , not sure if there s anything thinner than that lol. If you re expecting anything beyond decent at best , don t hold your breath. Rooms are older. If you get a room number ending in 11, ask for a change. Your right between an end room and directly in front of where people walk out to the parking lot. And the windows don t lock. Staff is very friendly though so I added a star. I ve actually got my eye on a cozy room at the Holiday Inn down 50 instead of staying at FSK tomorrow night as scheduled. Just sayin lol

This place was great even in the pandemic. The staff was very polite and friendly. There was plenty of things to keep the kids occupied. The pools and spraygrounds were just what the dr ordered. Not to far from the beach if that is what you wanted.

This is the perfect resort ! Everything is right there the pool , the bar the drinks are great! ! They redid the rooms so it wasn t out dated! I will be back with my family !

We come here every year in Dec for a weekend and we love it! The rooms are nice, it's not your top quality hotel but the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The indoor pool is great and offers great hours! Ample parking for vehicles! Free WiFi and some great activities offered during the weekend. Also a top place on our list to stay!

Everything was going great here. Very friendly staff. All the amenities are great. Only problem is some guess dont respect others around. Now is not the time too have your kids running an yelling in your room. This madness have been going on since after 8pm. I called the front desk an spoke too a gentleman very well mannered. He said he would send someone while waiting for someone too come speak too them the noise seemed more intense.

Water park's were nice. Wasn't too happy with the bathroom. Tub was clogged and ceiling had mold on it. In all it was ok, but not worth what we paid.

Ridiculously loud neighbors. Took two calls to the office and over an hour to get some peace and quiet...that lasted all of 30 mins. Was kept up till 2am. Last time we will be staying here!

To much money for the condition and how small it is. And won't give cheaper prices for monthly stay customers. SMH

It's a really nice place, has everything right there on the property and not that far from the beach
The only complaints I do have...
Is they need quite shutting doors cause your neighbors just letting the doors SLAM shut @ ALL hours isn't that relaxing!
And the bathrooms could be a little bit bigger.

Our family of four says here annually in the winter. We have yet to be disappointed. Sure every place in OC has its quirks, but the staff is great and accomadating, the rooms and pools are clean, and there is still plenty to do in downtown OC during the winter time!

The rooms were nice. Staff was friendly. The kids enjoyed their weekend. Only negative things were, I broke my hand, fell up the steps lol and an altercation between some guest occured very early Sunday morning. Police and staff handled it well. Was told by staff this doesn't occur often and apologized. Overall a good stay!

Check in was easy and front desk was nice Lots of awesome amenities we got a room with a kitchen and it's fully.stocked (silverware flatware cups pots and pans cooking utensils) room could be repainted but I'm not here.for the paint the activities they have are awesome pirates coveand indoor pool for rainy days is awesome with a two year old! Roo. Big enough to fit my pack and play for baby!! They also Have a movie night on the weekend and I think that's so cool!!!

The staff were all very friendly. The life guard joked around with the children. The drinks we're so good. The room was small and very basic but everything else was fantastic! My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

I was disappointed that housekeeping did not offer clean towels nor did anyone get our trash out or leave extra bags to empty trash in. Other then that my kids loved it.

Love this place it's a bit shabby but it's so kid friendly and the staff is so wonderful!

We love staying at FSK. We stay at least once a year. We stayed in the Carolina building which is nice because it it right across from the building that the pool is in. The only complaint that I have is that when they remodeled the rooms, they removed the blackout curtains. It is very bright outside of the rooms all night long and there is no way to darken the rooms.

the lodge is not updated. outlets didn't work, no elevator, had to carry luggage up 2 flights. tub was slow draining the coffee maker was old and moldy , could've better spent the money 3 nights almost 700

the place was nice. lake was small but enjoyable. there was a nice outdoor pool and the indoor pool was nice but always humid. the rooms had 2 beds microwave and a mini fridge that had lots of capacity. the housekeeper changed the sheets and the keycard is not a card but rather a bracelet. there was a 32 tv with HDMI with a dvd player. bathroom was nice. medicine cabinet shower sink and toilet. i have some drone shots of the property and the lake.

Rooms left much to be desired, but for the price, I would say this resort is much worth it. Microwave, fridge, and cable tv in the room with a DVD player. We visited in the off-season and they had nightly movies in the family lounge with blockbuster movies including Moana and Instant Family. Indoor pool had lots of options for children and a nice (and economical!) tiki bar for the adults :)

Very family friendly with many activities for the kids even in the off season. We loved the indoor pool and the outdoor play areas. Tanger Outlets is directly across the street so there is also great shopping in the area. The resort is not too far from the boardwalk and beaches. The staff here is great and although the front desk was not open in Thansgiving Day, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. This is my first time staying at rhis resort but it will definitely not be my last.

This is a great place to stay, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. This place has a nice indoor pool that serves food, drinks, and alcoholic drinks. They also have a beautiful outdoor pool with mini golf. I will be staying here from now on.
