Food prepared at pool was good and made fresh. Shuttle is a nice ammenity. Nice location away from downtown OC. Close to outlet shopping, restaurants, assateague and berlin.
Cons: Room was "newly renovated" but bathroom in room was not new. Old shower, shower head had little to no water pressure.
Looked dingey and old.
Housekeeping was to come after 3 nights and they never came even after requested.
Very loud at night. Wild neighbors on our floor. Called front desk at 12am and security had to speak to the other guests 2x and threaten calling the police if they didnt quiet down. Finally got quiet around 130am.
Management did give us a discount for the trouble after requesting it. Security needs to step it up with enforcing quiet time at night.
No towels at pool, said they ran out.
Understaffed, maybe due to covid.

The stay was ok but we wont be back. Its a one and done for us. Thankfully the kids enjoyed themselves but my husband and I werent thrilled and were happy to leave. We tried to spend as little time inside the room as possible.
