OMG!!!, Where do I start I went online to book a room, 10 mins later I decided I'm not going to stay there. Called to cancel, the receptionist on the phone kept saying omg, I can't get it to cancel, then she said hold on. After holding about 20 mins the front desk manager gets on the phone and said we charge your credit card 2 times, but your money will be back on your card by morning. Then Icalled this morning to get my money back on my card. I have spent my entire day talking to people at this hotel. It was easy for them take it 2x. This has been really hard.

My money still is Not back in my account. Don't use your credit card and make sure they don't double bill your card. It's been a nightmare
