This provider is a crook !!!!!! He is the direct "bank" of the clinic of hope in Tunisia. If you are performing surgery in Tunisia or elsewhere, do not especially make bank transfers !!!!!!!! I'm still waiting to be reimbursed 700 euros. They give themselves as an excuse "we are having problems making transfers" ... ON THE OTHER HAND TO RECEIVE MONEY, EVERYTHING WORKS !!!!!!!! Nothing short of terribe ! b Completely incompetent staff at customer services, no communication. Booked through Expedia who in all fairness did what they could to help but understandably can't control all aspects of their sub-contractors. Booked through them guided tour in Louvre museum. We turned up at point given in voucher, phone number gioven in voucher didn't work. Staff at the museum, recepotion etc has been sending us from one place to another. There was no phone call on my number (despite their number given was wrong, no email, nothing. When I called them they said they could book me some date in future (of course not within our short stay) and keep the money for 6 months ??? then what ?? Person by the name of Alehandra in their customer services bounced me back to expedia for refund. I must mention place name was Carroussel ????? (place where paris city vision wanted us to turn up) Yes we did carroussel but around few receptions and museum entry end ended up going back home cause everyone was helping us to move in circle. PLEASE don't bother to book through anything with them. Please red M F review as well. I must say thisw trip was pre-booked 20th wedding anniversary present and staff in customer services could even squeeze say sorry (did it with pain on my request). I have not spoken to a more incompetent person in last few months. As M F said if you want to book activities while going to Paris, stay clear of that company. Otherwise you risk the same.

We are on our honeymoon and were so excited to go to Versailles, it was the only tour we pre booked to ensure we d be able to go. We purchased our tickets through their website months in advance, received confirmation, the tickets were paid. In preparation we found baggage storage as we had a late evening flight to catch and it s our last day in Paris. The ticket confirmation listed the departure address, only for us to arrive with no one there. We called, only to be on hold with their automated system. We decided to try the other Paris City Vision location in hopes that the bus was running behind schedule and we d still be able to go. The disappointment continued as we were asked to wait 10 minutes and then 30 minutes later had to request assistance again, they offered rebooking but again, we could not do this due to our flight. The manager offered the least expensive, shortest Paris city tour and a refund. I requested the lunch cruise due to the added inconvenience of paying to have our bags held, our proof of departure confirmation which was deceiving, and not being able to rebook our Versailles tour and was met with rudeness, lack of empathy and responsibility. Her attitude added salt to the wound.
Do not give this company your business! They are predatory and deceitful with horrible customer service. I feel cheated of an experience I have waited years to see and saved to fly here.
We were not even the only people this happened to, at that very time we were at the office another couple we met told us they had paid and confirmed their trip to Normandy weeks ago only to have to their booking be lost .
This company provides ZERO customer service. Tried to reach them to reschedule I trip I booked and no one answered the phone for over 20 calls across two days!! Try whenever possible to book direct!
We booked the "Guided tours of Notre Dame Cathedral and the Notre Dame towers" for July 13th. Being an overly cautious person, I actually sent TWO emails to confirm our tour before leaving for Paris. Each time, the office confirmed the tour time. In fact, I specifically asked about cancellation from their end (e.g., what if there is bad weather, or the tour guide gets sick, etc.), and here is their reply "the tour is not cancelled and it there is any change in circumstance until its starting time, our team will contact you."
On July 13th, we arrived at 8:30 as instructed, waited for 45 minutes until 9:15. The tour guide never showed up. No one ever told us anything. Calls to the main office were unanswered. Finally a lady who can speak French called for us, and told us there is no guide. Her English was limited so we still don t know what happened.
At minimum, the company could send us an email or text that morning to tell us that the tour was canceled. That would save us from waiting in vain. Instead, we were just waiting and waiting! Big waste of our precious time in Paris.
Now, five days after our supposed "tour" time, I already sent 3 emails, with no answers. Calls to their office were met with answer machine asking us to call during business hour. With the time zone difference, I found it impossible to catch them during their supposed business hour.
We were staying in Paris and took a tour to Normandy. It made for a long day but the guide and ease of travel made it worthwhile. I would use the company again for a tour.
The prices are normal for such buses. The routes well chosen. The music that was played between the information was a bit annoying. There are certainly some more modern French songs. But that's a matter of taste.
Excellent tour to Monet's Garden, only problem was the lack of consideration for disabled people. I had a lot of problems getting around the narrow paths and up and down steps.

Everything smoothly. Just a few steps from the Louvre. We ordered and paid for our audio guide and tickets online. Audioguide 60, - deposit ... there was against receipt back again. Went very fast. Also several switches have been open. Very well.
We did a day trip with Reims in the Champagne region with PARIScityVISION and it was amazing! They went out of their way to make sure the tour was perfect. We were picked up from our hotel by our guide, Trong, and from the very start were given amazing information on the history of the buildings in Paris. Trong was a wonderful guide with so much knowledge to pass on. The trip to Champagne was everything you could wish for. We saw vineyards of the big names in Champagne - Bollinger, Moet, etc - and did a tour through the cellars of Tattinger. We also did a tour of one of the smaller boutique producers called Jean-Claude Mouzon. They supply grapes to the big names and make champagne themselves too. Their champagne tasted so so good. Trong knew I was a fan of modern history so managed to fit in a tour of the Surrender Museum where the Germans surrendered to the Allies. Trong also took us to the Reims Cathedral and a local market. At every stage he was able to inject a bit of history and understanding into whatever we were seeing. Would definitely recommend you go on a tour with these guys!
We purchased an all day Giverny bus tour including lunch, coffee, pastry, garden, House, and Impressionist Museum. The lunch was excellent-3 courses, and we loved Giverny. The museum only has one Monet which was not his best and an exhibition of Rousel whom we were not acquainted. The gift shop however was very good! We felt the half day would have been too rushed but it could have been done two hours shorter. That not being an option we were satisfied. We went on a Friday, no cruise ships in town so it wasn t overly crowded. Having transportation was so helpful. Our bus did have a toilet but it wasn t mentioned. The audio tour was good. The tour hosts could have helped passengers off the bus!
Despite the kindness of the guides and employees, unfortunately overall the experience was below expectations. The Italian language was present only in the audioguide, fortunately with English, but it was probably better specified before. The closed bus tour does not allow you to fully appreciate the city (better the ones discovered) and the only support of an audio guide makes it a bit impersonal. The organization of the visit to the Eiffel Tower left a lot to be desired, it seemed a bit improvised and then it was reduced to a simple accompaniment to the entrance. The nice boat tour but practically this agency just buys tickets and gives you minimal support. Perhaps it is more suitable for the elderly.
Although he is French, he speaks Chinese in a frightening way. Even if he wants to go to the toilet, you can change it to a toilet you may be interested in sightseeing in different countries. It is mainly free.
The transport (bus) was comfortable and inc free wifi, the only problem was with the guide. She wasn't really very informative during the trip or when giving suggestions on where to go for lunch during free time.
When tours say leave from the Louvre Pyramid it really means thr city bus tour area at 2 rue des prymaides. Go inside city tour office to check in and get tickets. Ticket has bus # then stand in line for that number. Went well
The amount of the benefit is not justified. It comes down to transportation from point A (agency) to point B (accommodation), from a "depot" to the Montmartre restaurant without comment on the site. The meal is very ordinary. The positive points in the driver's sympathy and the musical entertainment in the restaurant ..... In short, activity to avoid !!!!
We did two tours with Paris city vision, the first was a one day tour of all the major sights in Paris with included lunch on the Eiffel tower which was fabulous. Took us to see all the major famous works in the Louvre including the Mona Lisa. The second tour was all day 7am-9pm Normandy tour. We saw and learned a lot. Had an issue with a our paid hotel pick up and drop off for this tour but they sorted it right out. The sights at Normandy were dramatic and the American cemetery was a sight to see. Skip the lunch at Normandy, the salad bar and dessert was good be the entree was awful and we aren't picky people. Dominique was our guide for both tours and she was really wonderful. We had a great time!
A good travel agency with a guided tour of Chinese can go to his official website to order a day tour. The price is more expensive than other travel agencies, but there is no way, only he has a Chinese group. And very close to the Louvre, want to go to the Louvre but don't know what to watch, you can participate in its two-hour Chinese group, great!
I don t typically leave bad reviews- here is my first: Please try to avoid getting any tours by this agency - please use another agency( this company works with Viator - company that sold us the tour online in the US). Please choose a different agency. We picked a private English speaking tour to st Michel which we were told was a 2.5-3 hrs away. Well, the drive was 5 hrs long each way . They grouped us with another Spanish tour ( nothing against them), so the tour guide had to repeat everything twice in 2 different languages!
On top of that our tour guide was not nice at all(to put it very nicely). First thing in the morning 7:00 am , She basically welcomed us in the morning by yelling at us, saying that our e-vouchers were not good enough- I had to actually take a step back and say please calm down and tell us what we can do!
Overall, they will ruin the experience for you- please don t go with them!
This company is an utterly disorganized mess. They cluster a dozen tours for check-in at their tiny office with no lines and no signage, leaving 300 people to mob the doors at 6:30am. Then they have no staff and only vague signage outside, leaving everyone to once again huddle together in a giant cluster hoping to figure out what bus to get on. There are numerous much better and more competent tour companies in Paris. Don't bother with anything from this one.
Terrible customer service. The staff doesn't have any manners whatsoever. Instead of being helpful, they go out of their way to be rude and unhelpful. They charge for everything but give wrong or incomplete tickets.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the guide that was offered to my group. It's unprofessional at all. I now have to build my own team so as not to disappoint those who trust me.
I thought I had to go through the city hall of Paris, and if I had given up on this day because it was a time when I couldn't tour individually, I could only enter this shop. There is an entrance on the left-hand side with the city hall facing the front. Good taste products are lined up, but a little expensive. It is convenient because there is a guide booklet, a map of Paris, and a flyer of the event.
Bus was 45minutes late to pick up from Disneyland Paris, all its travellers who were all by that s stage completely drained and freezing out in the cold, with no seating available. No notice, leaving us all confused and not sure if our bus was even coming or not. Bus driver didn t even apologise or have any remorse. When told we ve been waiting almost an hour, he still didn t care. Sat right behind driver on way back and he was on his phone the whole way back, texting and calling etc. Ruined the whole good day we had. Did not feel safe in the vehicle. Would not recommend.
We bought tickets for the Louvre with priority entry and audio guide, but in the audio provided by the company, only 35 works had comments. The museum itself has audio guide of all the works and I saw no advantage in buying with this company. We received bad service at the ticket window and had to go back in 3 hours to return the audio guide. It was disappointing!
Tres decus cette apres midi..Moulin Rouge trip Pick up at our hotel Citadines at 7.30 pm.Next pick up was late...I can understand that that was not his fault ..The driver should have told me he was going to make a long trip to get drop off at the end of the night.I would have appreciated this and took a cab home;instead he told me i organise the trip..Monsieur not You.. .je ne suis pas un idiot Monsieur (at you back) The trip which is about 4.8km equivalent to 13 mins lasted more than 45 mins....shame on you....
Very good excursion that takes you to visit Paris at night then takes you to the Lido, at the end of the presentation he picks you up and takes you back to your hotel, we were lucky that the person who was looking for us, called Jose, knows not only architecture, but history and life itself in Paris. Very good . In reference to the LIDO, we found the show, the costumes, the choreographies of the MOULIN ROUGE, which we visited last year, to be superior to that of the LIDO, which we saw on May 1 of this year
We had some trouble with confirming our reservation that we made online. The staff could not find the tickets for Louvre museum After much discussion with the staff, the manager placed us with an upgraded guided tour. The manager and the staff was friendly Overall experience was quiet stressful but worked out in the end
Our Euro Express tour company told us in error to arrive for the 2 pm tour. We were actually booked on the 11:15 tour. Paris city vision went out of their way to accommodate us. It was a wonderful experience.
Super organized agency, with many guides available in several languages. The purchase on the website was very simple and safe. If you have a few days in Paris, I recommend buying the City Tour by bus that passes through the main tourist points of the city with the arrival point at the Tower. Comfortable, clean bus and free headphones. Tour with audio available in several languages. It was worth it!
I don t think the tour we took was worth it. Make sure that the places your seeing aren t a bunch of places you will end up walking to and seeing for yourself after anyway. We payed to drive around on a bus apparently lol waste of time. Some of the workers were pretty nice though.
Very unfriendly team, it is absolutely not good for Paris that these people get in contact with tourists. You will realise that tourists are not welcome on this place. Better you book everything on the internet. They are not able to support you they only treat you like s....
My husband and I purchased 2 separate tours through our travel agent. The Eiffle Tower tour and the river cruise. We spend $30 in taxi fees to meet at the location just to be told we weren't on the list. We came with our printed prepaid tickets and still were refused. Second day we waited over an hour for driver, who never showed. We sat patiently waiting while everyone went touring except us. Over $300 completely wasted.
Do not book with this company. It s service like this that fuels stories of terrible customer service in Paris. We had a tour booked for Giverny and Versailles and the night before the tour the company sends an email that said the tour is cancelled because Monet s garden is closed for the Tour de France. Now, I understand the reason for the cancellation, however the Tour de France is not a spur of the moment event. There is lots of planning that goes into it and they should ve told us earlier than the night before that it was cancelled. But anyways, that s not why we were very displeased with this company. In the email it gave the reason for the tour being cancelled and it said that to discuss options we could call the phone number or go to their office near the Louvre. We tried phoning the number a few times and got no answer so we went to their office. Since the tour was supposed to be the next day, we wanted to know if the Versailles part of the tour was still being offered or if there were other options. The person at the office was very rude to us. He tried to tell me there was nothing he could do because we didn t book through them which we did. I tried to show him the booking confirmation and the cancellation that both are through their company but he refused to listen and was acting like we were the biggest inconvenience. He finally listened that I booked through them, then proceeded to tell me that they can t do anything at the office, I have to phone the number. So I ask him if that s the case, then why did the email tell me I could come to the office to discuss options? He was trying to make me feel stupid for even being there. I asked him why we got the cancellation so late when they have known for a while that the Tour de France was going there. He responded that we were lucky we got notified ahead of time. Most people show up at the time of their tour to find it s been cancelled. I tried to see if they were still going to do the Versailles part of the tour and he said no, the whole thing is cancelled. I asked if there were any other options and he said no. So I asked for a refund and he said he couldn t give one to me, I would have to call the phone number, which I understand, but I asked for an email from them saying that they were going to refund it as I wanted something in writing after hearing a few bad stories about them not giving refunds and he refused. We were there for about an hour and got no help at all. I would highly recommend against booking with this company because their workers just don t care at all about your experience.
It has several options of tours, somewhat accessible (in relation to some tours offered by other agencies in hotel brochures). It is important to remember that the vast majority of tours leave the agency and leave early.
We booked a tour to the louvre, Eiffel Tower and cathedral of Norte Dame. Our tour guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend. This was our first trip to Paris.
I bought 3 Paris Museum Pass from CityVsion through Expedia.ca. Tried to visit Versailles Palace on Tuesday Dec 31, 2019. After letting everyone lining up in front of the gate for 2 hours, at 11am or so the palace said they decided they weren't going to open on that day in solidarity with French protesters. Through Expedia.ca, CityVision denied refund due to "the museum is not affected by the protest".
Booked two tours through Booking com, the trip to Versailles was shorter than stated, a shame - but okay. The bus tour with the subsequent Seine trip was a disaster. The bus had no German language channel, the English one could not understand it. At the ship, we were informed (the bus continued) that there was no space available and that we should wait over 1 hour in 5 degrees and pouring rain. Trip canceled there. Reimbursed for the boat tour. We were rejected because we started the bus ride. Just a shame, never again with this organizer!
Hard to get ahold of, bad customer service and they lose reservations,
We booked a private tour to Versailles in April for our May honeymoon. We received an email with our confirmation for (may 21st) along with the pick up and departure location and the time of departure (8:00am) . When we arrived May 21st at 7:30am no one was present. We started trying to call the phone lines and after 35 min gave up and called an Uber to take us to their main office.
When we arrived they said they had no record of us even though we had a booking confirmation number, tickets, and our account had been charged. They told us to wait 5-10 minutes while they sorted it out. 30 min later no one had come to speak with us and we had to go to the desk to restart inquiry. It's our honeymoon and we had to leave Paris that day at 4:45pm for Barcelona. We informed them of all the transportation and bag storage costs we had to pay to line up our morning in Versailles as well as the now 5 hour gap in our day and all they offered us was a refund and one of their cheap boat tours (which we had already done days ago) they were in a hurry to get rid of us also. I'm sure the tour is nice, but we won't be able to find out now and they did not seem to care about their mistake. There was another couple in dealing with the same issue with a trip they booked to Normandy and they stood outside waiting for their transport as well, tried calling, and also had to Uber to the main office to sort it out.
