This agency is sensational, guides are very helpful and fluent in Portuguese.

Very small room. No tea and coffee facilities available in the room.

Eifel tower is simply fantabulous to watch at night

We went with PARISCityVISION for an all day trip to Mont St Michele. Met at the office and redeemed our vouchers, got the equipment needed and maps and loaded on the bus. Long drive, but bus was comfortable, guide and drivers were great. One stop on the way up and back to get food and take a break. Timing was laid out well to allow for enough time to explore the abbey. Great trip.

This a tour company that should be ashamed of themselves. We booked originally on 8/14 only to have the company cancel on us two weeks later. We tried booking again to no avail. If we knew originally that there was no availability on 8/14 we would have booked with other companies who still had "real" availability. Now we're struck between a rock and a hard place. This would have never happneed if this was a US company. Shame on ParisVision.

We bought tickets for disney for takeoff and the agency was them, when I went to change the ticket I was met by a blonde lady, very friendly, tried to understand me in Portuguese and sold me their transfer to the park, since the subway was in strike, we paid 47 euros, for 2 adults and 1 child, the trip was perfect, the guide was brazilian, all well directed and organized, on the way back, we were in the parking lot waiting for the bus at the meeting point in the cold when the bus arrived at At this time a crowd rushed in, with no one to organize, our bus was number 5 but none had the identification to know which one was 5. I found it disorganized in this regard, as I saw other buses from other companies parked in advance, so the People coming to the rendezvous could already get in, and not stay in the cold 2 degrees as we were.

Really bad customer service. Not only do they not honor their partners tickets, but they claim it s not their problem. And refuse to contact their own partner.

That s contrary to the idea of a physical agency, since for most attractions (Louvre, Orsay etc.) you can anyway buy the tickets online cheaper.

My friend and I purchased the Dinner at the Eiffel Tower, Seine Cruise and Moulin Rouge tour in March 2018. Unfortunately, this was a horrible experience for me and my friend. We traveled to Paris for her birthday and this was suppose to be the highlight of our trip. We had to take a cab across the city just to pick up the tickets ($30). The only bus service provided was to the Eiffel Tower for dinner. We realized that the cruise was not being offered for the night we selected, which was very deceiving from the advertisement. We had to sit at large tables with the other tour members instead of our own individuals seats at dinner. The menu was pre-fixe and only offered one option for food (chicken). Then, the worst part of all, our tour guide sped off to the bus that was suppose to take us to the Moulin Rouge and he left us at the Eiffel Tower. We had to take a $40 cab ride to the show and had the worst seats in the house. I would NOT recommend this experience to anyone. We have been contacting this company non-stop for our promised refund with no response. Stay away!

The service is good. They domain really good the languages that you use.

Tour of Versailles was wonderful. Audio Guide for louvre was limited but good.

On time and in complete comfort. I would definitely recommend to use this company for a great Paris experience.

Took the Normandy D-Day Beaches Standard day tour. Excellent experience. Organized and enjoyable from start to finish. Tour guide (Florence) was lovely: so informed and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed hearing everything she had to say for each stop. There is so much to see on a day tour of the Normandy landings and ParisCityVision does a terrific job getting everyone out there and back in such a limited time. This tour visits these stops: Caen museum, Pointe-du-Hoc, Omaha Beach, US Memorial Cemetery, Port Winston, and Juno Beach - along the way, taking you through through the villages on the coast. Absolutely recommended!

Very disappointed ... we are given an appointment to retrieve the audio guide to finally queue 30 minutes. .. too little content, explanations about the works and very little listening point. Value for money uninteresting. In addition, one of the audio guides was buzzing. Pity

Absolutely awful service and tour company. The your guides leave you stranded and disappear, and when you try and raise queries with Paris City Vision they ignore your emails. They start late and finish early, and are expensive for what you get. Book elsewhere.

We did the Louvre Masterpiece tour and it was absolutely worth every dollar we spent on it. Our guide, Stephanie was awesome. the biggest bonus for doing this tour was being able to skip the line to get in the museum. Easily saved us 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
The other nice thing is that because the museum is massive, it helps you maximize your time in there. Highly recommend this tour to anyone.

We booked four tours with ParisCityVision in advance: Paris Illuminations Tour (Paris at Night), Skip the Line Lourve, Skip the Line Eiffel Tower, Paris City Tour along with the Seine River Cruise Tour (3 tours in one) and the Paris Hop On - Hop Off bus. Making online reservations was easy as was "checking in" at the Rue des Pyramides office. The tours left on time and were just right, not too long and not too short. Buses were nice, clean and air conditioned! We were late for the Skip the Line Louvre due to traffic and lack of taxis and were afraid we would lose our money but the guide allowed us to join the next tour! The skip the line tickets were absolutely worth it as the lines to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre were very, very long. We walked right in with no standing in line!

Hello, from the Var as a tourist, as a couple, we booked Cruise on the Seyne and show at the Moulin Rouge.
We were well received, the meeting point clear, our guide detailed all the benefits.
The bus escorted us to the front of the hotel (intramural but not in the center).
This is a very conclusive first experience. All for 298 . Correct.

Travel agency in France where service is poor. We were there to exchange tickets to visit the Louvre museum. The staff speaks only French, English, Chinese, Japanese and French. They do not make any effort to work in Portuguese. If you complain .. they treat you poorly and raise the tone of voice. It was the only travel agency in which I saw queues for service in France. Many agencies in Brazil work with it, so it seems to be the most popular, generating volume of people, queues, hassles and discomfort.
It is sad that you pay dearly for a dream trip with high expectations in a more developed country and be poorly attended, especially when they see that you are Brazilian.
Do not recommend !!!
If your travel agency quotes this name: Paris city vision ... Ask to change.

Never ask for the hotel transfer, they get you 30min late, and when you get into the real bus is already full.

Don't ever use this company. We paid over $500 to go on a day tour to the palace of Versailles and emailed them our pick up address as onstru ted and returned their email but they did not pick us up from the hotel and even refused to refund us the money we paid for the tour. Theives use any other company but not this.

The organization was present, we were well received but no explanation in French, you preferred favored foreign languages.

Dreary place with a long queue of visitors collecting tickets. Looks chaotic and shabby. Beware booking though TripAdvisor for things as you may have to find this place first and endure the line. The address on the voucher is of an abandoned office two blocks away so be sure to let Google Maps find this for you.

An hour in line to pick up a ticket that has already been purchased over the internet is an absolute disregard for tourists. I do not recommend this company at all, it will be the first and last time (I'm still in line to get the ticket !!!!)

We did the small group tour to Normandy and it was fantastic. Our guide was knowledgeable and efficient. When she heard we are Canadian she altered the tour to include Junobeach where the Canadian forces landed. She was so kind. The lunch was five star and adapted to celiac to make it gluten free.

I used this company to buy tickets to Paris Disneyland they had a cab pick me up and drop me off at my hotel which was included in the price. The pickup service was fabulous because it took the stress of trying to get to the park being a tourist and all. The ride was air-conditioned and they had USB ports to charge your devices. For drivers were friendly and everything ran on time. Unfortunately you needed to make sure you made it back on time or you would get left.

catastrophic organization. Wrong information passed and the hotline did not work either. not recommendable. Rather zero stars than one. Standing in the Louvre without a working ticket and already through the security check -> Your answer later: "Well not our problem"

Scam on the subject audio guide for the visit of the Louvre Audio guides that are only pale copies of those of the Louvre plan too complicated to use even the guides of the Louvre ny have understood they took pity and gave me their plan !! I paid for something that hardly gave me a shame !!

Good attention in general and they have all the excursions you need to visit Paris.

The 2 tours I could participate in (City Tour and Cruise + Versailles Tour) were very well organized, the comments were interesting and the audio guide option for the visit of Versailles was very practical: I was able to visit the site in my pace and especially in autonomy. I recommend !

we booked a full day tour(09/08/19) of Paris attractions day tour with lunch at eiffel tower and seine river cruise worth EUR 517..on the day of the tour we all met at the office and the first point of the attraction was Louvre museum and the moment we enter in louvre we 3 and there was another family of 03 members missed the group..we called up minimum 10-11 times in paris city vision office but they were not helpful to contact the tour leader we took taxi 2-3 times to reach the points where the group will be ..but no luck they need to understand as a tourist you are new to city..i had a local number to reach but the guide was not interested to give even a miss call to reach her. finally we took our taxi to reach paris city vision office and given our feed back they said you can get a refund and request us to write to viator but after receiving todays email we realised they just make you fool...please request to all not to book their tours..

Booked a Palace of Versailles and Gardens half- day trip. We were rushed through the Palace in under an hour in a not-so-small group of about 25 people and then were left with only 45 minutes to tour the gardens on our own. For $88 per person, this tour was inadequate and disorganized.

Terrible! The only thing they are good at is time to sell. Then you can tell that the aid is over. I went for an excursion in Giverny (Normandy city) and despite the paper with information they distributed saying it was to be at the parking place at 17:15 I arrived at 17h and were already gone !!!! The other day, I would go for a visit to the Eiffel Tower and then go to the airport. When I got there I had to be looking for a place to leave the suitcase because there is nowhere to store and cannot go on the bus. Bottom line: If you have a choice, don't invent rides with them!

Lavalle Village Shuttle. Advance reservations on the Internet, starting at 9:30 and returning at 4 o'clock. I think it's a good time to shop in Lavalle.

Excellent ... they adapt to all languages and try to be in all the details. The beautiful guide very nice, the drivers also always a very nice deal and very friendly office people.

Nice excursion to Mont Saint Michel. Thanks to Naty our guide for his profesionalism, his support and the relevance of his comments. The reception is very efficient at the agency even if the wait, during the tourist season is obviously long. In the bus there are usb and wifi sockets. Very appreciated with the 5 hour drive. Regarding the on-site restaurant nothing to say. An elegant setting and careful, hearty cuisine. Thank you for this great experience!

Very mean stitch. We had booked over the internet a visit to the Eiffel Tower. The tickets we booked were "Ticket Eiffel Tower 3rd Floor - Priority Access (code: TEA3CN)" The start date was 19:45. After arriving at PARISCityVISION we were informed, that now only the included shipping on the Seine takes place and access to the Eiffel Tower is only possible at 22:30. We complained that we did not want to make the boat until the following day and the Eiffel Tower, as booked at 19:45. Because exactly because of the time we had booked these tickets. Lapidare Answer "You can navigate when you want, but the tower they come only at 22:30 clock" ... Conclusion: It is lured on the Internet with attractive times for the Eiffel Tower which turned out to be but fake! For the handsome price of 219, - EUR (3 persons) we would have 22:30 clock also on the official Eiffel Tower homepage still get tickets and that for 1/3 of the price called by PARIScityVISON.

So all I have to say is ... NEVER again PARIScityVISION. Rip off and fake promises ....

Another excursion, a few days later, led me to visit, partly on foot and partly by "boatbus", the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame.
Well conceived and organized. Congratulations to our Nati guide. Seen the bare essentials without worry. Had a great lunch at the Tour restaurant.
In both cases it was money well spent.

Tour guide almost had the group run over... twice! Bus ride was nice tho with comfortable seats, quirky but amusing audio commentary in English. Seats were very comfortable with USB charging ports

Quality / Price ratio of the service well below expectations. They are unprofessional. Not recommended. Chaotic organization. Uncontrol of queues and attention shifts. Apathetic and disorganized attention. Having an online reservation for the visit of the Louvre Museum they had us waiting for an hour at the counter telling us that they did not have it in their terminal, it finally turned out that they had no idea how to handle the reservation computer program, they did not even apologize . Another day they had a failure in the computer server, which can happen to anyone, but the wrong thing was that they did not inform the more than 50 people who were waiting to be treated, when they decided to do it it was chaos, access to the bus For the visit that was parked outside waiting it was chaotic and disorderly, those who were the last in the queue got on first and logically arrived later than those in the first rows, which could have been directed by the guides who were there. A disaster on the part of the organizers and considering the high prices of the service. Nothing recommended and unfortunate service.

Don t book any trip you are just throwing away money. Absolutely no concern for customer after they have your money and they hide behind there no refund policy.

1 of 3 couples who lost $300 euros on a tour. They will offer to book you another tour and then hit you up for another couple of hundred.

Despite a very good reception in the premises of ParisCityyVISION, during the visit of the Louvre we quickly realize that the plan provided is incomprehensible, including with the help of the museum guards who finally give us the official plans to help us locate us. The audio guides on loan reveal little information. It turns out to be quite painful to use. I recommend the use of the museum's audio guides which are actually used during the visit. By buying the tickets on the museum website you will save at least 3 euros per ticket .... I strongly advise against !!!!!

Went on the beaches of Normandy tour. Very informative tour and the stops are great. It is hard to see everything because all the sites are spaced out but we went to 3 beaches and the museum in Caen. Loved the lunch at the Caen museum. Only had three dislikes for this tour. First was the timing at Caen museum wasn't enough to see everything and we only had 30 minutes at Juno beach, so we couldn't visit the Juno museum and being Canadian that was important for me. Second was the tour guide would fill you with lots on info on the way to each site but when you arrive he stays at the bus, I figured he would come down and explain things on site with a kind of guided tour. Third was on the site when we booked it said specifically you go to gold and juno beach but on the bus ride there our guide said one of the two will be visited. Luckily we had a few other Canadians on the bus so we all yelled JUNO!! and in the end we got to stop at Juno. Overall the tour was an amazing life changing experience and if you are into ww2 then this is right up your alley. Like I said before because everything is spaced out far you only get roughly 30 minutes to see each stop but I do understand why since its 3hrs there 3hrs back. The tour guide we had spoke English very well se we had no problems. Guess it's hit or miss for the guides.

I booked for "skip the line" tour. They made us queue up for almost an hour.

Stay away from this agency. They sent us a confirmation email with the wrong pickup time! We tried to call them several times, nobody answered. They promised a partial refund for the trouble, that didn't happen.

Initially we order tickets to visit the Louvre on the internet (very simple). We arrive in Paris, we find the sign and surprise there is a huge crowd piled up inside (it was pass tickets). Yes we did not queue at the Louvre but we did it for an hour in a building of 12m2. So ticket for 11:30 -) entrance to the Louvre at 12:45. To flee this false site

Scam money! Don't buy the Paris Museum Pass here. It is 9 more expensive than the normal price. If you buy it elsewhere, remember to check the price. The official price is 62 ! It's impossible for them to refund the money

We did an excursion to the Palace of Versailles and it was very good, the guide treated us very well and explained the history of each room we visited. Very good

The worst cruise on the Siene river .. lack of information about what this cruise really was is astonishing... departed late .. packed hundreds of people on board and just at the end when the Eiffel tower lights up the dock and block your view behind building.. horrible.. dont waste your money

We hired with them a tour of the city of one hour, more or less, with entrance to the Eiffel Tower and lunch at Restaurant 58 on the first floor of the Tower and cruise on the Seine for an hour that is taken on the jetty in front of the Eiffel Tower. Liliana, our guide a charm and helped us schedule the rest of days. I recommend it.

We did the all day Normandy Tour. The bus was decent, the stops were pretty good but the tour guide was not good. We took the tour that was supposed to be English but the tour guides accent was so bad we got nothing out of that...could only understand about 1/3 of what she was saying. For the money we spent on this tour, that part alone makes me not recommend this tour.
