We have arrived late to the meeting point and logically you were already gone but you have not been able to call me on my phone to see what happened to us, nor leave the 5 tickets in your office or a phone to contact the guide. On your phone Skip an answering machine that gives no solution. After being all week with you you have disappointed us, it cost you nothing to get in touch with us.

I took the Giverny and Auvers-sur-Oise day trip and had a great time. Chris was an excellent guide: he spoke English well, was funny, and had a genuine passion for Impressionist art. At Giverny he made sure we had time to see the garden, house, and the on-site Impressionist museum (by the way, tour guides are not allowed to take groups into the house, so don't expect a guided tour of it, but you're free to go through on your own). Lunch at the old mill was excellent. Auvers-sur-Oise was particularly interesting as you get to see buildings that are instantly recognizable from Van Gogh's paintings, including the famous church. I would definitely take this tour again (especially Giverny, where the garden changes by the week). Merci bien, Chris.
I do have a suggestion for the company: I would have liked more time at each location so perhaps you could start offering a full day at Giverny and a separate trip to Auvers-sur-Oise?
Pass reserved for the Louvre by phone for a Tuesday. On site we learn that the museum is closed on Tuesdays, and booking mail never received. Postponement of the visit to the following day for 10am. On site we learn that the reservation is still not ok, the day before they did not check our names yet we had insisted having already had a problem with the name. Postponement of the visit at the beginning of the afternoon. Time use and for consolation 2 tickets to the museum d'orsay worth 28 euros while we spent 80 euros at home ... It feels rolled ...
We waited in line at PARISCityVISION for 30 minutes to pick up line-jumper tickets to the Louvre, which saved us from having to wait in a 30-minute line at the entrance to the Louvre. We should have simply gone straight to the Louvre rather than take the extra time (and $$) to go to PCV and then to the Louvre.
It wasn't cool. Our bus guide cursed us because we were 10 minutes late. Detail: this delay was due to a shuttle that was very full and we had to wait for the next one. She made it look like we were running late because of us and talked about it on the bus's sound system. Ridiculous!
We took advantage of great weather in January and visited Mont Saint Michelle. PARISCityVISION was the tour provider. Phenominal. A long day - 8 hours driving + 6 hours lunch plus tour = a full day. Tour guide was great.
You can visit the Louvre for 3x less, why bother booking this? That was my thought during the tour. You book online but have to queue in the agency to exchange your online reservation for a voucher. You stay in the same queue as people who will be deciding which tour to take. Guess what? You end up queuing for ages even though you booked online. The tour was late, it said skip-the-line but you actually had to queue for 1h15min in the security gate (due to Louvre, ok). The actual tour guide was a nice lady but the tour itself only covered 5 masterpieces - for a 3h tour it was highly underwhelming. The worst part was that the group ticket doesn't allow you to leave and re-enter areas. The individual ticket - the one which costs 3x less allows you to! It was super frustrating to be in a guided tour, pay way more for a service and end up having an experience completely different than it was sold. To sum up, you don't feel special after paying 65 euros for a skip-the-line, small group, special tour. You feel dumb for having paid so much for nothing much at all.
We booked the Skip-the-Line Ticket at the Eiffel Tower, Seine River Cruise, and Dinner for 3 March last week for 3 March at a cost of 450 euros for 2 people. Was really looking forward to it. However due to virus outbreak in Paris, we decided to leave Paris early on 3 March. I tried to change the booking to 2 March but was informed there was a change fee of 50%!!!!! It's really daylight robbery - I did'nt even want to cancel the booking - just wanted to change the day. Kudos to the Crazy Horse show that allowed me to change the date without any charges. Shame on Paris City Vision for wanting to make 225 euros for doing nothing - I would have understood a 50 euros charge. It was a good lesson for me - don't make hasty decisions. Good luck to you in the coming months
A large part of our tours were completed by this agency, they have very good attention, they are very reliable and they handle very good prices in addition to countless options for tourists
Great well put together tour! Two suggestions: Would be nice to have restrooms at the meeting point or let visitors know there isn't one and also since Moulin Rouge is a dressy event perhaps let the visitors know there is quite a bit of walking and stair climbing.
We bought tickets for the batobus online Of course we paid them However we had to collect our tickets at the City agency which is not near the batobus It was not listed on our reservation except in English But according to City it is normal because 80% of their customers are foreign So what is the point of taking our tickets online just buy them at the different kiosks at the bus stops Very bad experience City agency to advise against very little commercial
Disappointingly, the guides did not speak Spanish despite the fact that the whole group were Spanish, all the time running and wishing to finish to the point that the guides themselves crossed red traffic lights leaving the group behind, a group that carried children and older people. Unfriendly but not able and very unprofessional since the explanations were from Google and read them on mobile. Honestly it seemed like a tease.
Visited Mont Saint Michel on a day tour (we took the self-guided option) in the winter. Our host was great - very helpful and gives clear instructions about departure times and meeting points. The bus ride was a long 5 hours each (out and inbound), but it was a smooth and comfortable ride. They will have a toilet and coffee break half-way in each of the journeys, so you don't have to worry about it. There is a lavatory in the bus, too. Just note that when you book your tickets, it will take 24 hours for them to process your booking and they will send you an exchange voucher by email, which you must present at the agency 30 mins before the trip. They will give you a print ticket and a coloured sticker (depending on your tour option) for identification purposes.
Very bad service We took the day trip to London from Paris with Eurostar. The person who attended us at the reception did not give us the migration forms and the companion aboard the bus did not give it much importance. Fortunately, the other members of the group let us know and we had time to complete them before going through the controls at the Nord Station. The group was Spanish-speaking but the guide who was waiting for us in St Pancras didn't speak Spanish, so those of us who knew English had to interpret for the rest, which took a long time. Also, this guide should accompany us to board the Thames cruise, but as soon as he managed to sell some tickets to attractions not included he left us without saying a word. The hop-on hop-off in London was very bad since three lines superimposed its route; It was delayed a lot at each stop or arrived outside the published schedule and the explanations about the points of interest were out of date with respect to them. The Thames cruise was half an hour short. We also enjoyed the beautiful city of London, but we could have done it independently and at a lower cost. I would not recommend this Tour at all!
Awesome place to do business with. We used to bus to go to Mont St Michel. Excellent buses that were well maintained and the bus driver was awesome and very professional. It was a truly phenomenal experience being with these guys.
Hello people, Warning !!!!! booked the Dinner Eiffel Tower, Seine Cruise, Moulin Rouge Show for two persons for 504.- for January 14, 2015 in January 2015. Unfortunately the food was not in the Eiffel Tower but in a boat Visavis from the Eiffel Tower. I was very disappointed that it was my birthday. When asked why the food was taken on a boat came the answer there are problems without an apology. The ride on the Seine was ok. Moulin Rouge we were housed at eight on a table. Experience has shown that it is cheaper and more beautiful. NEVER MORE PARISCityVISION Booking number 140071
Poor communication and customer service. They omitted to pick us up for a tour, didn't answer the phone and then lied to us when we taxied there. We missed our tour and would not reimburse. Have to apply via email. Rubbish.
It's a total scam. It is absolutely necessary to go live by the official sites. Eiffel Tower, museum and other places. Here we pay a lot for having no service. To flee...
Okay service: we took a morning shuttle to Disney Paris. They asked us to show up half an hour before the departure time. We arrived there at 7:15 and attempted to register at 7:30. They still did not have our tickets. Departure did not occur till after 8:15. Fortunately Disney did not open until 10 a.m. So we got to the park and waited for one hour for the park to open. They asked us to ensure that we came back to a particular location for pick up - "T52". When we arrived for pick up there was no marker as to which bus we were supposed to use to return to Paris. We literally had to ask every bus driver before we found the right one.
Paris city vision agency are very bad, we booked a ticket to louvre skip the line with audioguide and they refused to provide the audioguide or assist to skip the line. The manager in the agency is very rude and refused to give her name or lodge a complaint.
We had also booking to Versailles palace skip the line. We have waited 1 hour to enter the palace.
Booked a tour for my dad. He went to Mont Saint Michel and he was lucky enough to get Caroline as his guide. Caroline was wonderful, knowledable and made the long trip a short one.
I have a service (sightseeing Paris) not confirmed and not provided. The service was still charged by Paypal. The provider has confirmed that as well. I contacted 2 x Pariscityvision to get a refund. The first time I was comforted because a repayment to Paypal is currently not technically possible. In the second request was again said that it is currently not technically possible. It was requested that I give my credit card number with expiration date. Very dubious .. And it would be due to the dubious request for my credit card data certainly also appropriate to consider the provider. Repayment via Paypal Dispute resolution requested and approved. Maybe it was an isolated incident and I was unlucky ...
The package they offered us included a boat trip on the Seine River, a city tour and the entrance to the Eiffel Tower. However, due to weather conditions it was not possible to do the boat ride. Also the tour was simply the tour of their office to the Eiffel Tower and upon arrival they simply left us there and delivered the entrance tickets.
I traveled with my husband and son to get to know Mont Saint Michel. We liked the bus and the professionals, but on the way back we took a storm and all the members of the bus came back drenched and had no action on behalf of the company. In addition to stopping at a snack place that was super packed with people.
Wrost ever, we have our Paris trip last month, and ordered the tickets to Versailles for our family of four, got the remind message but when we show up at the meeting point, they said they don t have any space. And ask me can you do that tomorrow and act like that is not their problem. We argue with them for refund. They said you have to call the number that on your email. Avoid this tours company
Did the skip the line Eiffel Tower and 1 hr. Seine river cruise. The tour guides were good though they moved quite fast, so address mobility issues upfront or get rushed along. Only thing I took issue with was it took us a while to actually get in the tower because we were waiting for someone who was late. The tour guide just gave us a bunch of extra history to occupy the time though.
You can buy any tickets you want to travel to Paris directly here Chinese-speaking staff Kind and clear

Over priced. I left feeling like we've been processed and over charged for the service received. Versailles is beautiful, but I wish there was a better way to see it without feeling scammed. Would probably not do this tour again
The bus was nice, and I wasn't overly concerned about the dire warnings that we would be left behind if we didn't get to the bus on time. We made good time from Paris to Mont Saint Michel, and everything was fine until it was time to purchase our preordered meal. They told us they were trying some new vendor, but they apparently didn't verify the arrangement with said vendor. When a number of us showed up to ask for our preordered meal, the staff was confused and we wasted too much of our limited time. We left empty handed, unsure if we could be able to find food. We did, but no thanks to the tour operator. I would have given them a higher rating, but there is never a good excuse for misleading customers.
A shame. Nice scam. No other word. My husband paid 106 for up to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower with an audio guide. We joined our supposedly guide to the agencies. We were made to download an application. Without explanation elsewhere. The guide led us to the entrance of the Eiffel Tower. Once past security checks, it was cowardly abandoned us, wishing us a good visit. So no audio guide ??? Download an app (can be audio guide?). If no smartphone or headset, it is useless! The guide drops you right in the early visit. No no explanation. And the more unacceptable is the price of 106 for two to climb to the second floor (rate 20 Tour Eiffel 40). While for half the price you have access to the top. And do not tell me that we get a guide. And an audio guide. I think it'll be the largest foutage G ..... that I have ever heard. Huge scam. We seem to have been more than rolled in flour. RUN AWAY
Granted we were in Paris just days before the Bataclan attack, but we called ahead the day before to verify our planned dinner at the Eiffel Tower was still on and were told it was. Then when we arrived that evening we were told it was canceled and they tried to rebook us onto a dinner cruise instead. The cancelation and refund weren't a problem, but an 'uncertain' reply the day before would have been preferable.
Yesterday Vincent from Paris City Vision collected us from the door & drove us to Versailles. He pointed out places along the way, and was most interesting. Unfortunately I had an accident last week and ended up in a boot with crutches. Vincent arranged a wheelchair and pushed me through Versailles so that my sons could appreciate what they were seeing. Vincent dropped us back at our accommodation at the end. The tour did cost(in my opinion) quite a bit of money, however I am so glad that I had booked it. Thank you Vincent for your most interesting facts and care with my injury. I would highly recommend :)
The bus arrived late and could not make the Night Tour of Paris. Excellent activity in The Moulin Rouge !!! Then they were very kind and left us in our residence.
If you want a more personal tour/cruise of Paris, this option is not the one for you. However, it allows for A LOT of flexibility, which is wonderful. My friend and I went to the Eiffel Tower around 11 am and then took the cruise around 8 at night.
Our tour guide was very nice as she walked us to the Eiffel tower. We went to the very summit. It's very flexible as mentioned above. Having tickets ahead of time SAVED a lot of time.
The cruise, however, only allows you to hear info if you set downstairs and wear headphones. GET THERE EARLY. The top deck has the best views but gets crowded very fast. If you want to hear about the city, this may not be the best option. If you want to cruise around enjoying the sites, this works perfectly!
Bought a lunch and sightseeing cruise for New Year's Day to celebrate the 10 year anniversary for my partner and I. When we got to the meeting point we had a tough time finding the boat so I called the company. Turns out the tour and lunch were cancelled and we were not informed at all before arriving. Our New Year's Day and anniversary plans are ruined!
Tour agency in Paris very organized, punctual, well located, with several options for group tours inside and outside Paris. Highlight for the package for the entrance to the Louvre with a guide speaking in Portuguese, which helps a lot, and also avoids the huge queues to enter the Museum. Tip: book in the morning, as the Museum is huge, almost impossible to get to know in a single day and the guide only accompanies for 2 hours, after that time is free inside the museum.
We had an amazing time in Paris. We had purchased tickets to have lunch in the Eiffel Tower and somehow had our dates wrong. As such, we showed up a day late. We were devastated. However, the attendant at the ticket booth, Jules, was so More
We used ParisCityVision for two day trips while in Paris. One to Mont St. Michel and one to Brugge, Belgium. We really enjoyed both trips. Nice buses and very helpful guides.
Scam! Pick a different tour! We went to the meeting spot and noone ever showed. We asked around and noone knew anything about the tour. We found 3 other families that booked the same tour and we all waited together and we also called the company 6 times where noone answered. After an hour and a half we realized noone was coming so we left very disappointed. We considered buying a ticket but at that point the line was backed up across the whole floor and knew we wouldn't have time. Anyways we went down to the office across town and explained how noone came and 4 families waited and left and how we asked everyone and we all looked everywhere and noone showed and the company paris city vision said NO REFUNDS! and that if we didnt see a tour guide that was our own fault. We paid nearly $600, spent a whole day trying to sort it out and ended up filing fraud.
Varied excursions The very majestic guides. They give what they offer. They're serious . Too crowded on some occasions, although it is true that we went in high season
The boy who attended us, fantastic, spoke 5/6 languages and tried very hard to make you understand everything well. The worst, the excursions. To Versailles, very expensive for what you see and the weather there is, but the worst is the tour .... we choose panoramic + Eiffel tower 3 * floor and bateaux mouches ... 90 ... per person..fatal, I do not recommend it. For the Eiffel Tower we were given 1 h. And even if you take the tickets you have to queue to catch the elevators, up and down. If you go to the 3 * floor you have to stop at the 2 * up some stairs to take another elevator .... in an hour, it gave us time to get on, take 2 photos and run down .... then the bus took a while march.a quarter.de.hora ... the ship, filled to the flag, we could not be on deck ... some explanations for some telephones, depending on the language. It did not work well and the application of the mobile worse, every moment blocked. And the tour the worst closed bus and headset explanation of laughter, no details of monuments, or characters ..... a girl who talked with her dog.
I expected more from this experience. Since we paid more because it was night to enjoy "Paris of lights" and it was something romantic .. However, the boat and the day bus have been made around 6, 7, 8, which seems to be going on a city bus, with an audio guide with headphones. . . They have taken away the total romanticism ..... full of people and during the day There are other tours that have sailed at night. They don't know how to speak Spanish at the office. I do not recommend it if you are looking for something romantic
The only good thing to highlight are the guides. Since the company would have to improve, they cancel excursions without warning and demand to be punctual when finishing an excursion, but then the start time of an excursion does not respect it
one more star too much !!!! We had three days in Paris - fully planned and booked the Louvre for 15.00 clock. After about half an hour's wait we should get our tickets - which were then issued at 17.00 o'clock - earlier not possible! We could not visit the Louvre then, which was very annoying - refund so far negative! If you have a tight program: DO NOT BUY HERE !!!!
Great tour. We has Rose-anne as a guide and she did a terrific job. The food at the Eiffel tower restaurant was great. Information provided was also well detailed. It was also very powerful to see the love that Roseanne had for the city. Notre Dame tragedy happened on the Monday before the tour. Although there was no reimbursement for not going into Notre Dame (for obvious safety reasons) the service provided by Roseanne was great.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We got there only to find out or reservation was cancelled without any reason on our honeymoon/Valentine s Day. They made it seem like they overbooked the group. Offered some 2 day passes with a cheap audio stick that didn t work very well. We paid for the guided/skip the line tour and did not get that. Save yourself time, frustration and money. 20 euros for same thing at the Louvre.
Style almost unchanged from 30 years ago. Even if it is the first time in Paris, is not this a city tourism good? I will grasp the rough position relation and atmosphere in the city. Cost is also reasonable for city sightseeing.
We waited over an hour for our guide to show up before being informed that he was sick and our tour was cancelled. The company informed us we would have to contact the booking company ourselves for a refund. They did not offer us any other possible tour options for the day we could try instead. I am extremely disappointed by the customer service and the fact that everyone just told us to keep waiting for our guide when there was nobody coming.
