If I can give them 0 star, I would. First, they screwed up my booking. I booked my tour on 4/22 but they put it on 4/15. I got up really early to get on the tour but they took me off the bus saying they don't have me on the list. I shew them the ticket I downloaded online but they said their system is showing a different date.
Never experienced such a bad service. Received an email the day before our booked Louvre visit stating that we have to reschedule, we said its not OK for us and want a refund. After long conversation and negotiation we agreed to go at the time which was convinient for THEM and guess what - we went the next day 9 in the morning and we could not enter. They simply forgot to reschedule, had to go again in the afternoon.1 of 3 days in Paris wasted because of their moronic service. What a lovely concept - you can never reschedule but they can do it anytime. Not to mention how hard it is to reach them by phone, email reply time is also useless. Classic tourist trap.
Don't go with their trip. We had booked an evening trip from Disneyland to the Eiffel Tower in the evening. The bus was delayed almost an hour when we waited for the guide. We were at the Eiffel Tower at 22.00. There was waiting time / queue. And we had to be at the bus at 23.00 again. We had about 5 min on the Eiffel Tower before we had to wait to get the lift down again. It is simply not the weather. So please put extra time off. I cannot recommend the pariscity vision.
And now the bus that is going to drive us back to Disneyland is broken down. And there is no guide that tells anything at all. Where is the weak .......
Then the bus runs again. I cross fingers.
At 1.00 we were back to the joint pick-up one of the Disney hotels. There was no transport to the Disney hotels. So families with their young children had to wake them up and even make sure to come home to their hotel.
Don't forget your passports if you're traveling to another country!
Stay away... This company does nothing more than upsell tours or experiences you can organise yourself. The markup on what they offer and what you can sort for yourself with a little bit of homework, is not worth it. Tour company's are a dime a dozen in Paris, and this one is definitely one to steer clear from.

The people are rude and very angry for absolutely no reason they live in a beautiful city and still are miserable. They don't do their job, awful customer service if you're searching for angry unhelpful incompetent staff this is the place to go.

Booked a Normandy tour but were unable to go due to a medical emergency. We had hospital documentation, but the company was unwilling and uncooperative in giving a refund. Would not suggest booking with them in the off chance you actually need customer service from them.

My two daughters and I, we booked a tour in Porto Alegre, Brazil, through a travel agency.
At the scheduled time and date, Paris CityVision picked us up at the Hotel and took us to the Palace of Versailles and then to the Monet Gardens in Giverny.
There were excellent tours! Everything that was treated was fulfilled! Small group, 02 Australians, 02 North Americans and 03 Brazilians (us).
Our guide, was Mr. Eugenio Majela, a Brazilian gentle, educated and competent. He was talkative and sympathetic; he took pleasure in killing us historic buildings during the journey and reporting relevant facts there.

Did the Normandy tour today through this company, what a great tour and the lady tour guides were great too, full of information. Unfortunately there is a pay off as you have limited time at some places but you get to go to lots of different places tho. I loved it and highly recommend.

Very professional company, l would highly recommend booking tours with them. We have booked 3 tours, Moulin Rouge, Versailles, Louvre and all went extremely well. Busses very comfortable and drivers very experienced maneuvering the bus throughout city traffic. The staff are very friendly and language was no barrier , they managed to get the group through the massive crowds at a speedy pace without delays.

I applied for an individual tour for 8 hours with a guide. Even though I paid for my credit card, it didn't appear even when the time came.
After an hour, I contacted the customer center.

I joined my local tour offered by this travel agency to visit the Chateaus in the Rhone River area. I must say I made a very good choice.
French tour guides are professional, and they are a storyteller. His Mandarin is not bad (much better than me), there is a collection of homework materials, and I have a deep understanding of the various attractions. When I explain the details, I would like to ask questions at any time. The atmosphere is harmonious and I also give plenty of time to take pictures. This is very important). The French tour guide spoke better mandarin than myself (my mandarin will "blow you away") is very professional. He is a good storyteller and shared stories inside different rooms of each castle, providing me and my fellow travelers so much more information about the He also invites questions and created a very nice atmosphere everyone enjoys. He also declined enough times to take pictures in the tour, which I think is very important.
We are sincerely recommending to travelers who want to infiltrate a little bit of humanistic history in the journey of freedom in France. If you have the opportunity, I will try another trip of this travel agency.

Nefarious experience We hired the day trip at Disneyland Paris and the return bus left before the scheduled time at the reservation. He left us lying at the stop. We called and they did not give us any solution. We returned on the train to Paris and this is the best option, with the purchase of tickets on the official website of Disney.fr or Disney.it, id trying because they come cheaper than in Spanish. Do not hire ParisCityVision.
We'll run your to the Fontainbleu and Vaux de la Compte castles outside Paris. Much history is covered in the large numbers of rooms in both estates. The Fontainbleu includes separate areas, such as Napoleon's suite. Highly recommended for those who would like to see how "royalty" and very prominent people lived.

If you want a more personal tour/cruise of Paris, this option is not the one for you. However, it allows for A LOT of flexibility, which is wonderful. My friend and I went to the Eiffel Tower around 11 am and then took the cruise around 8 at night.
Our tour guide was very nice as she walked us to the Eiffel tower. We went to the very summit. It's very flexible as mentioned above. Having tickets ahead of time SAVED a lot of time.
The cruise, however, only allows you to hear info if you set downstairs and wear headphones. GET THERE EARLY. The top deck has the best views but gets crowded very fast. If you want to hear about the city, this may not be the best option. If you want to cruise around enjoying the sites, this works perfectly!

The roof of the buses was open at the top in winter. And there were viewing restrictions on the lower floor.
Does not deliver the promised. Bought 3 course menu with wine from home. Everything was paid for.
Was taken by bus to the boat where dinner was to be taken on a 2 hour boat trip. The guide told us we got 4 small starters and 4 small desserts. So we could choose freely between 3 main courses. We chose the steak.
We got wine which was nothing to please. We both got a cool steak so it was definitely not the food that was in the main. The boat trip was nice but only lasted 1 hour 15 min !! Before reaching the country we received a bill of 14 euros. No fortune but it was the cool steak which obviously cost 7 euros extra. We complained, but of course paid. We will never come! Again. Sad experience. Finally, we had been promised to return to the pick up site, but the bus stopped somewhere else and we got off.
We would recommend everyone to choose another company.

You pay to skip the line for museums etc and then you have to stand in an epic line at their office to get your "skip the line" ticket.... you then have to line up at the gallery/museum with everyone else who paid to "skip the line" and THEN when you are done you have to line up AGAIN at the office to hand in your audio guide. Waste of my money and time. I kid you not the service was so inefficient. The line at the museums for people who did not have tickets was shorter than for people with tickets. Would not suggest this company to anyone.
We toured Versailles with the company and truly enjoyed it. Good choice for tours in Paris.

Today we went to Normandy with Nicholas. Great trip. Nicholas was prompt in picking us up at the hotel and was very knowledgeable about WWII and the events around D-Day. Although the Blue tooth headset wasn t working well we could hear and understand what he was telling us from the third row in the van. We stopped along the way, at a petrol station serving coffee and pastries, etc. A delicious lunch was included at a lovely BnB. It was a long day and well worth the trip. Highly recommended.
A disaster! They quote you 30 minutes before to pick up tickets with priority access to the Louvre and when you arrive at the agency there is more than 1 hour in line. When my turn has finally arrived, they can tell me that I have to the side because they have to give priority to a guided tour
All right. We had a reservation. We arrive on time. They kept us waiting saying that it was early. We waited at the venue until the time they indicated and we were the last to ascend to the bus.

We visited Paris at the end of June and used this company for three different days. On the first day (6/24), Pascal met us at the airport and drove us to our hotel. On the way, he provided a mini-tour of the sights we passed, sometimes going just a little bit out of the way to point out a sight or two. It was a great start to our trip.
The very next day, we had a day tour of Paris. It was Pascal again that drove for us. While he had a list of sites ready to show us, we were also ready with some things we wanted to see. Pascal was very knowledgeable and was as excited to tell us about Paris (and France overall) as we were to be there and see/enjoy it. He was polite, and very much the French gentleman. We learned he had been doing this for many years, and it was obvious he took pleasure in telling us all we wanted to know about this historic city. My family all agree our tour of Paris with Pascal was one of the highlights of our trip to France.
Two days later, we toured Reims. The bus was comfortable and the tour guide knowledgeable as well. She was always happy to share information and was ready for any question the group asked. The tour didn't feel rushed, and time was allotted at each stop so we could do the typical touristy things.
This is the worst tour company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely unhelpful. Their helpline is always busy. There is absolutely no presonal touch. Customers are definitely not their biggest priority. Their tours always start 10-15 minutes late but they wont wait for a single minute when coming back. We had booked many tours iwth this company but we had our worst experience with the Disneyland one. The bus dropped us at the bus stand which was quite far from disneyland and a seperate bus was supposed to pick us up in the evening. We were not even given proper information about what the bus would be like. They said it will either be yellow or green or red. How unprofessional is that? Then in the evening when we were coming back we were about 3 minutes late because we lost our way as the entry and exit to disneyland is different and when we had asked a policeman the way he sent us to a different bus stop. Their bus did not even have the decency to wait for 3 minutes! When we reached it had already left! And after that we were unable to get through to their helpline. They did not even have the decency to call us before leaving to enquire if there was a problem etc. Specially considering we were tourists who were stranded some 42 kms away from Paris after dark. We were literally worried for our safety because that bus stop was in such a deserted sort od location. And when we complained in their office the next day they acted like it was no big deal. They kept saying we were late so we questioned why their bus had left 15 minutes late in the morning then? They said it must have been waiting for some passengers. If their tour could wait 15 minutes for a few passengers in the morning why couldnt they wait for us in the evening when we were only 3 minutes late? Anyway, this is not the only reason that i call it the worst tour company. They have no regard for their passengers and don't even address them politely. I dont know whether they behaved like this with us only because we were Indians but it was the wprst experience of my life. I have travelled to several countries and so I am well aware about how tour companies work but this was by far the worst experience I had. I would never recommend ParisCity Vision to anybody. I suggest that you spend your money on some other tour company. None can be worse that Paris City Vision!

BEWARE! Be absolutely certain where you are to meet your tour. If you are incorrect, there is no chance that you will receive a refund. We received incorrect directions from a representative as to where to change our receipt for tickets and meet a Giverny tour bus at the Louvre. Never received a map or diagram. Just oral instructions from a person whose English was imprecise. We arrived an hour early where we thought we were supposed to be. We missed the bus which turned out to be nowhere near us. We got nothing when we asked for a refund. Out over $200.
Were 5 mins early and was told to wait outside in the wind and rain by someone who hardly spoke English. Used an app on his phone to translate. My unit stopped after 15 mins and when I took it back to them they said it worked and suggested I didn't know what I was doing. Disgusting company, unsure how they stay in business. Avoid them

Bought an all day tour to Versailles, Eiffel Tower, cruise on the Seine. The package also included lunch in a French brasserie. The tour guides were polite, knowledgeable, fluent in at least 4 languages. The buses were clean and comfortable. It was a long day but covered a majority of the tourist attractions. Highly recommend.
We did a boat tour during the night and got to see the sparkling eiffel tower. We recieved a pleasant service from the waiters. However, the food was not worth the price paid of 180 euros for the experience for two people. It was cold and slightly tasteless. There was a photographer on board who took a few pictures which was 15 euro for a pic and 55 euro for a total of 6-7 pics. I would recommend the boat trip but not for the food experience.
Person at the desk was rude and gave us incorrect instructions. When we checked in, she told us to wait for the bus for our tour. It would be arriving soon. Half an hour later we inquired about how much longer our bus was going to be, she said it had already left. Then when we questioned her as to why she didnt tell us that bus had arrived she said she didnt remember even talking to us in the first place. Wouldn't recommend this tour service to anyone. Rude! Dishonest!
