The service staff was super friendly and quickly exchanged the paris pass two-day ticket.

The worst place to hire tours. We were left in Bruges with 5 older women being a group of 8 for having arrived at the meeting point on return 5 minutes late. We are still waiting for a refund of the cost or at least the cost of train tickets Bruges-Paris will cover us.

We booked the 1/2 day at Versailles, and the evening river cruise with dinner and generally was enjoyable. The 1/2 day at Versailles was not enough time to get the most out of it as we only had about 20 minutes to explore the gardens before the bus was going to leave after the tour. The guide lacked enthusiasm so the tour dragged at times.
The cruise was an enjoyable experience, but the portions of food were too small. Plus there was an additional 7 charge each for having beef, on top of the 110 we had already paid for the meal

Excellent service and process is clear and easy. Good staff.

Do not believe the announcement of Skip the Line in the different visits to the monuments ... queues and queues and more Queues.
I am not disappointed "queues or lines of people for everything"; I am disappointed that passes are promoted "To pass with priority and without queuing", for those passes you have to queue too, Paris is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world !! It is impossible not to queue !!
Do not spend money on those passes, better get up early to enter the museums, that is the only solution.

I bought a tour and they failed me
Bad investment

I booked a June 2020 Fontainebleau tour for my family, but cancelled in April 2020 due to Covid travel restrictions. I ve contacted Paris City Vision many times and they promised to issue a refund. NO REFUND received and it is now January 2021. No response to latest email, other than an auto-reply. Their website and tours continue to offer free cancellation. Don t believe them. Waste of time and money dealing with them. Several hundred US dollars gone.

January 18, 2021 update: after 9 months, Paris City Vision finally issued me a full refund. I still would not recommend them.

Went on the Vaux le Vicamote and Fontainbleu tour two weeks ago. This was the second tour I had gone on with PCV. First was to Giverny. At Giverny, the guide was difficult to understand due to thick accent. We were rushed through and barely got to see the house. Because of crowds we were steered to the gardens instead and encouraged to wander around there. They were good, but wanted to spend time in house also.
THE REALLY AWFUL EXPERIENCE was the second tour I took with PCV. The air conditioning on the bus stopped working. It was 96 DEGREES OUTSIDE THAT DAY!!. We asked the driver and helper if it would be fixed by the time we were out of Fontainbleu (3 hour tour inside), so there was plenty of time to call for a back up bus. We were assured it would be fixed. Guess what? IT WASN'T! We had to drive back to Paris in this UNCOMFORTABLY HOT VEHICLE. Windows wouldn't even open on the bus! Asked the driver where the train station was, but he did not respond to our requests. We were captive on the sweltering bus! I do not speak French, but another passenger on the bus said that the driver and helper were laughing! I cannot verify this, but there was a lot of laughter between the two. When we arrived at the main office, we were told by Daniel A. that we would receive a full refund. I received an e-mail instead stating that they would refund 20% BECAUSE WE HAD A WONDERFUL DAY TOURING THE CASTLES! Lie #2. I will NEVER book anything with this company again! They are dishonest (comfortable, air conditioned coaches) with what they advertise and their promises mean nothing!

Tour quite scarce. They put us in a hurry and there were monuments that we didn't see.

Departing at 9:30 am, it was nice that there weren't many people in the outlet. Longchamp comes in different colors for each time zone, so I think you can buy it well. Bags and wallets have a good price.
Toz and Rebecca There is no size for the color I like, but the price is good. Mako and Kochi are also good prices. If you have time to look around, I recommend going to the fashion town next door.

Slow check in and check out in Paris. Plenty of staff but many did not seem to be focused on customers. We stood in line in the office 20+ minutes to get the audio guides and 15 to turn in the guides and get our deposit returned. Guides were short tours covering a small fraction of the Louvre. Content of what we listened to was good.

I had booked Guided Tour Loire Valley CLM on 6/1/2020, The driver that was assigned to our tour on that day was extremely unprofessional. He left us at each destination without giving us a great deal of information. On the way back, due to heavy traffic returning to Paris, he was irritable and obnoxious. His cursing, was so bad that one of the guests on the bus had to tell him to relax. We didn t feel safe driving with him in the car. The restaurant where we had lunch was terrible. My husband was ill after it because his food was not prepared well. This experience left a very bad impression on us. I m extremely disappointed with this tour and it was definitely not worth E498!!
I would not recommend PARISCityVISION tours.

This was a great way to see the city, and much cheaper than booking through my travel agent.

Long lines and extremely unorganized. They asked us to arrive 30 minutes early and we arrived 45 minutes early and our tour almost leaves and we are still standing in line. The lines are out the door.

We used PARISCityVISION to take a bus trip to Mont St. Michel. It was a great day trip, and good value!

Terrible service, booked a small group tour to Giverny for a pick up / drop off at the hotel. The guy dropped me at the Paris city vision office and had to wait for hours. Huge mess up, service staff not helpful nor try to fix the situation. Such a scam

If you can avoid it, do not come closer, the visits are running, they leave you lying down, the guides give you four explanations and they are going to be a disaster, the worst I have seen so far in citytour

Excellent! We took a audio guided tour to Mount Saint Michel. Office is easy to find from metro station. staffs are super friendly, attentive and fluent in English. Round trips is about 8 hours from Paris . Double decker Bus is new, clean with comfortable chair so making the trip very relaxing. I highly recommended this company and will take other trips when I come to Paris . Thank you so much!

Buses are easy to find but would be more comfortable if there were bus stop signs.

Professional, educated tour guides. We booked a day trip from Paris to The Loire Valley. Comfy coach with heat/airconditioner and express entry to chateaux.

Tuor 1h30ph around Paris, but not convenient to take pictures because it is only allowed to sit in the car and the car is not a two-tiered open bus!

Of several excursions with them, it would only improve (extend) the free time in the gardens of Versailles ... in any case the guides and the quality of the attention are very good.

The Agency we hired for the city tour Eiffel and Seine. Expert guide and very simple as kind. Highly recommended and one hundred percent reliable service

We booked a dinner cruise down the Seine River. The young lady booked it for the wrong day and we did not notice it on the ticket. When we arrived ready and excited to enter the boat, I noticed the date was wrong. The staff at the boat allowed us to join the dinner cruise, BUT the attendant said the captain of the boat is charging us an extra 15 per guest to join the dinner. They had enough space but we had to pay an extra 30 euro. We were dressed up and excited but did not realize it had a wrong date. My husband and I did not make the mistake, but the agency made the mistake. I don t understand why we had to pay extra. I will complain to the agency. My husband was so sweet and wanted me to have a good time so he paid the extra 30 euro. Check your dates on the ticket and make sure it s correct so this does not happen to you.

Superb a great team a very very good guide a very nice bus driver. Very nice, I really recommend paris city vision. For me it was a first with them but really to repeat dinner cruise then the lido. For the cruise a very professional team. Good dinner. Sonia, waitress on the barge, a most pleasant welcome and service. Very cheerful and efficient. I recommend their services.

Very attentive, explanation in all languages and also a special one for children. We bought it online on their website and it came out very well priced. The children did not pay. We did the city route and we loved it. Closed and air-conditioned double-decker bus. We had bought the 10 o'clock tour and we were late because of the metro, they very kindly moved us to the next one. If we return we will repeat with them.

We had a horrible experience on the late night dinner cruise yesterday.
We got our table and the tables were placed so that we couldn't even sit facing each other. Then we got the food and it was so obvious that everything had been cooled down, because all of the pastries were mushy. The entree were a porridge (think it was supposed to be a risotto), and the dessert was just as horrible.
To call this a flavor cruise is a complete joke! The food was to compare with the food you get on airplanes..
Besides that the waiters ignored us 3 times, when we wanted to get a glass of white wine, and not once did they come ask if we needed anything.
When we had almost finished dessert they started playing REALLY loud music (Bieber, Nicki Minaj etc) and we had to yell to hear each other... how can this be the romantic experience we were promised on your webpage?!?!?
We are truly disappointed and recommend you to not go on the cruise If you want a romantic, gourmet experience in Paris

Purchased the tickets for our tours through this company, I'm happy with all of my reservations, guides and tours! Went horseback riding in a forest, Monet/Versailles, and VIP FRONT OF THE LINE Ticket for my favorite, the Catacombs!!

On the route of the Eiffel Tower with a trip along the Seine and tourist bus, the guide is missing because it leaves you at the Eiffel tower and explains how to enter and leaves, with which you pay a guide that you do not carry

I missed part of the city tour, but the agency helped me find the group. Very good.

Everything is great on the website and promised a lot.
For our booking (Louvre with audio guide) we waited a smooth 45 minutes, even though we had already reserved and paid for it. This is a no-go!
There were far too few employees and it was poorly organized.
We would have been in the Louvre right now.

Appalling. Irresponsible They sold me 2 tickets for a tour of the Opera Garnier and the Royal Palace of Paris. When they arrive at the starting point they inform me that the tour is not done, that they will not return the amount, and that the office does not have customer service. An absolute scam, $ 90 stolen. Initiate actions when returning to my country.

Not at all worth it.....bathrooms in the bus are not good....it started leaking while returning...so the air conditioning was sqitched off and we suffocated.
There are other tours which u definately can opt for.
We particularly went for mont saint tour.
But never going with them again.

Lots of tour options. Very busy office, allow yourself time to wait in queue here. Friendly helpful staff. They reworked my tickets when we missed our tour.

We booked a trip a long the river and eiffel tower and they didnt pick us at the hotel.. The worst service I ever had DONT BOOK WITH THIS SUPPLIER.

I booked a tour in November last to travel in July. I applied for a refund in March and was told it would take 30 days to get the refund. I have been promised the refund 5 times and sent travel vouchers which I cannot use, as I am in Australia. Finally after waiting 3 months, I was advised they would refund my money in "approximately 6 months" It was a completely refundable tour and this is atrocious customer service. I would not recommend using them to ANYONE!

Good way to travel x Paris knowing your tourist points and more !!!

We reserved "Fontainebleau & Vaux le Vicomte Day Trip from Paris" weeks ahead of time. We had a great day with Dominique as our tour guide and Maxine as our driver. The entire day went smoothly and there was exactly enough time to see everything and stay on schedule. First we went to Vaux le Vicomte, which had many beautifully decorated rooms, the servant's quarters, and a unique audio guide with dramatization of events in the owner's life. We had lunch there, which was a simple and good buffet style, then the afternoon was spent at Fontainebleau. We got the basic tour which had a bit of explanation during the ride, in both English and Spanish. Others paid for extra narration and they were provided with earphones and a tour around the grounds too, I think. Would most definitely recommend this tour to see in comfort and convenience, the dozens of lavishly decorated rooms of the chateaus of the royalty in France!

The staff were very good and helpful when we asked questions their English was good no issues at all.

Scammers, we took a boat tour on the River Seine, the ticket was a priority, the guide left us lying without telling us that for that ticket to work, we had to go 15, he took off and we had to queue for 3 hours, by the way , we took it with Civitatis, and this company was the one that responded to the service, I absolutely do not recommend it

Thieves, purely and simply, who explain to us that it is impossible to postpone a reservation within three days for Saturday ... except that I boke it the Thursday before and that I call on Friday. Especially since the conditions of use stiuplent that one can ask for the cancellation or the refund under certain conditions without limit of date.

THIEVES, LIARS !!! The shame of this city is people like you, Parisian faith!

The staff were very rude and would not listen to us. We had purchased tickets to prevent long lines. Instead, we had to wait 2 hours in line until we were helped. Everything is poorly indicated and the audio tour was unclear and very poorly explained.

Tour guides in the bus and driver not very accommodating

I would rather leave ZERO STARS for Paris City Vision. This company has been an absolute horror to deal with. We were turned away on the day of our tour while checking in, also the last day of our trip! They over booked and we are STILL awaiting a refund. We have spent countless hours trying to get this mess sorted out. We would NOT recommend.

Pathetic and waste of time hiring their services. Can cover much more on our own. The guides are absent minded and in one case quite arragont too. The skip the line ticket does not make sense as a lot of time goes into collecting tickets etc. Can Definitely avoid them , especially for the louvre museum.

The employees are very attentive and helpful.

They do a very good job of hosting tours. Their earplugs and gadget for guided tour is very tech savvy. They are punctual and hospitable. The buses are neat and the guides are knowledgeable.

Good tours. Took a tour of Normandy. The bus was very comfortable and the guides were very nice. Their English was great and easy to understand. I just think that the overall experience was a bit rushed as our itinerary was too much for one day.

If I could give zero or a negative star I would, but I can't. So I booked this activity for my anniversary and on the way to the venue, my spouse fell down the stairs and hurt herself. We were also tourist, so we didn't know which way to go. It was about 9:10 when we made it down stairs, with my injured spouse. And the boat started moving slowly. I asked the people at the booth if they could stop it, but they said no. I didn't want a refund, I wouldve liked to attend. With the same special note if I could, but didn't get a response until after the trip was over. So I asked for a refund and they denied my request again, stating the departure time is 30 minutes before the time listed. Which wasn't listed on the voucher.

This was suppose to be a sightseeing tour and a river cruise but the Seine River was flooded and that art was cancelled. But our guide showed us all the major attractions

Return transfer from Disneyland was delayed.
Bus was scheduled at 6.45pm.
It only came after 7pm.
Not enough seat for all.
We with the rest of the group waited till 7.30pm for the second bus.
The weather was freezing cold.
Standing there for almost 1 hrs for a freaking transport... Its ridiculous!

Numerous shops very elegant and very well decorated. It is underground and has direct access to the Louvre museum.

Did a day trip to Loire valley. A nice day out, interesting castles. Two guides in the bus were excellent, very friendly. Pen Audio system sorry to say , was useless. (They need to update that with a phone app maybe) The long trip back to Paris, 3 hours, needs to be broken up somehow.

The line at city vision is longer than the line at the Louvre. The audio tour also offers little

I'd prefer to give them ZERO stars, because that's what they deserve. Most disappointing tour company I've ever encountered. I paid for a Seine cruise, a city tour, and lunch in the Eiffel tower, months in advance of my trip to Paris. When we arrived they said 'sorry, we couldn't get your lunch reservation and we forgot to call you'. So we were without any plans for the day. Highly unreliable!! They were unable to give us our refund at that time. I would never trust them again.

Tourist agency to recommend very professional from the reception to the guide through the bus driver

Visiting Versailles is a very good idea, but not with Paris City Vision. Professionals leave much to be desired, irresponsibility is reflected. I will only mention that at the end of our visit the bus left back without controlling that I was leaving SIX PEOPLE at the destination. Bad customer service, the deal is very cold.

From 26 to 28 August 2017 I made the tour of Normandy, Brittany and Castles of the Loire.
Competent and good guides.
Hotel and dinners to be improved.
Positive experience.

Update: To be clear I blame ParisCityVision for the bad experience. I told the rep that sold us the tickets that my boyfriend would only have steak and does not eat fish and she didn t say anything about the upcharge for steak or the appetizer sample which was half seafood. And the rep said we had to pay for alcoholic drink and did not mention paying for non-alcoholic drinks. The cruise was an awful experience not just because of what happened but also because of bad customer service that had us buy the tickets in the first place. If we knew everything we found out on the cruise we would not have bought tickets for the cruise. The owner saying that they will transfer my comments makes me angrier because there is no offer to make reparations for the misleading information that a ParisCityVision worker gave me. ParisCityVision sold me the cruise not La Marina de Paris. ParisCityVision messed up. La Marina de Paris just provided the service that was misrepresented.

I wish I could give this zero stars. The dinner cruise is a rip off. Horrible food. BS up charge for the steak dish and to sit at a window (each person!) when most of the boat is window seats and 6 euro for a coke! Sodas should be included in the price of the cruise. Awful music, window views are terrible and only reflect light from inside of the boat. Almost 200 euros for bad views, gross food, loud and unappealing music, and cramped seating with a long wait at the dock. You re better off sitting at a cafe by the river.
