We bought tickets for the batobus online

We bought tickets for the batobus online
Of course we paid them
However we had to collect our tickets at the City agency which is not near the batobus
It was not listed on our reservation except in English
But according to City it is normal because 80% of their customers are foreign
So what is the point of taking our tickets online just buy them at the different kiosks at the bus stops
Very bad experience
City agency to advise against very little commercial
