Joy, the manager at The Parc in Vacaville is so amazing! Easy to work with, super kind and very helpful. Definitely looking forward to living here with such wonderful management! I m definitely recommending this complex to any military members that are looking for an apartment in the area.
I ve lived in the Parc Apartments in Vacaville for going on 3 years now. It s hard to find a good complex you can be comfortable in in this area but I m planning and signing another lease here. The front office staff is friendly and professional and always attentive to any concerns. Joy the property manager is awesome she s newer to the staff but you wouldn t know that by first meeting her. Maintenance staff is prompt and friendly also always there to answer any questions or point you in the right direction for any problems or concerns. Before moving here I was living in Quinn Crossing which advertises to be luxurious apartments which are relatively new only built in like 2015 I think. I had more things fall apart and break in the 6 months I lived there than I have in this apartment for the last 2 years. Oh and not to mention plenty of free parking spaces in this lot too which was a huge issue where I was at before. Nicely renovated, well kept, and homey apartments.
Johnny Melvin & Joy are awesome. The unity the neighbors have for each others is extremely cool.

Gyms are only open 9-5pm Monday through Friday. If you re allowing people to enter the gym, we should be able to enter at anytime like before. Honestly, every gym is open already and they don t close at 9pm or have equipment outside. If you re scared of contracting covid, get vaccinated. If you don t care, then great. We want our gyms open. FPI is doing the most to keep their money and equipment from being used during this pandemic. Please open the gyms again.
My name is Shanice Bell and was accused of providing fraudulent information because my business bank statements did not say my name. They only said the business name. So Amanda of Adora went and used my 2020 income of an amended tax form and used that to reject me though I made $300K in profit this year or more but didn t care to get my 2021 income. I need someone very important and higher up to contact me because this is wrong on so many levels. I called and called and couldn t get Amanda to speak with me and I hired a moving company because that Friday she told me over the phone she s short staffed but everything looks good to go. She promised to follow up Monday. Monday gets here and I m being ignored all day. I understand if you re busy but you can at least call me to verify your everything is still good. She also accused me of being aggressive once I got more assertive to get a reply. She s keeping my deposit on the inconclusive accusation that I was fraud in my application yet she sent me a welcome packet. I need to speak to someone ASAP.
I recently moved my daughter into Aspire Apartments in Tracy and man the entire staff is amazing and the property is beautiful great job staff!
Stonelake in Elk Grove, CA is my very first apartment but they have set my standard very high with their amazing staff, communication, and attention to detail. The new pool furniture is beautiful and so comfy. Thank you Stonelake for being an amazing home this past 2 years
I was apartment hunting and applied at one of their properties. I PAID my application but somehow I was sent to collections for whatever reason. I have been trying now for over a month to get more information on WHY I was sent collections, retrieve a copy of my application and their criteria and no one at the apartment nor the corporate office will help me. I have called the corporate office about 6 times in the last week and left message after message and no one returns my calls or can even provide me with a copy of my application or their criteria. I am a Property Manager myself and this is absolutely ridiculous. BBB, here I come.
Edit: I just called the complex again and asked for the manager who "isn't available" as usual. When I politely told her I would hold, she refused and said "they could not hold the line for me" because other people will be calling. Nice customer service there. The Parc in Vacaville is a great place to live! I have been here about a year and a half and so far this is one of the only apartment communities I've lived at where both the maintenance and the office are on top of it! Usually you only get one or the other. Joy in the office responds quickly to emails and calls and she is extremely helpful even if I can be needy at times.
Melvin and Johnny have the best attitude and go above and beyond when it comes to fixing anything in the apartment. I've had issues in the past where maintenance takes forever to repair even the most minor thing, but even after hours Melvin the supervisor make you feel like a top priority! Not only that but he actually knows what he is doing and always get it done fast.
The community itself is always kept super clean which was what I was first drawn to when touring the property. It is definitely somewhere I'm proud to call home and I plan on living here for years.
We had our water heater fail and water leaked into our apartment at Pearl Creek apartments. Jose, the maintenance supervisor, was incredible. He had a new water heater installed the next day, had a crew in the day after that to replace our flooring and a cleaning crew in the next day to completely clean our apartment. Jose is always amazing but he went above and beyond on this. We could not be happier with Jose.
