The Parc in Vacaville is a great place to live! I have been here about a year and a half and so far this is one of the only apartment communities I've lived at where both the maintenance and the office are on top of it! Usually you only get one or the other. Joy in the office responds quickly to emails and calls and she is extremely helpful even if I can be needy at times.

Melvin and Johnny have the best attitude and go above and beyond when it comes to fixing anything in the apartment. I've had issues in the past where maintenance takes forever to repair even the most minor thing, but even after hours Melvin the supervisor make you feel like a top priority! Not only that but he actually knows what he is doing and always get it done fast.

The community itself is always kept super clean which was what I was first drawn to when touring the property. It is definitely somewhere I'm proud to call home and I plan on living here for years.
