I was apartment hunting and applied at one of their properties. I PAID my application but somehow I was sent to collections for whatever reason. I have been trying now for over a month to get more information on WHY I was sent collections, retrieve a copy of my application and their criteria and no one at the apartment nor the corporate office will help me. I have called the corporate office about 6 times in the last week and left message after message and no one returns my calls or can even provide me with a copy of my application or their criteria. I am a Property Manager myself and this is absolutely ridiculous. BBB, here I come.

Edit: I just called the complex again and asked for the manager who "isn't available" as usual. When I politely told her I would hold, she refused and said "they could not hold the line for me" because other people will be calling. Nice customer service there. This is Mountain Run Apartments in Albuquerque NM.
