My husband and son have been treated here (inpatient) and their care was wonderful. The nurses are very kind and caring. The doctors were excellent. The emergency room check- in staff can be a little nicer, but overall an excellent facility.

Central dupage hospital and doctor Nadeem Hussein.

I used to think this doctor was helpful. Now he has shown he is just another that takes advantage of those who are vulnerable.

Made an appointment on August 4th for a visit to him. His office never responded to me that he wouldn't see me. Come Sept 16th, visit time. Get to office, normal paperwork and vitals taken, hippa forms signed and wait for doctor to see me. Brings me into his office to tell me he won't see me because of his "clinical judgement". So now I've taken the day off, driven 45 minutes to see him and left my pregnant wife at home for this guy to tell me he can't see me and he and his staff didn't
have the professionalism or courtesy to call me and let me know this before coming all the way to the hospital. I left after letting him know as a fellow health professional how embarrassingly unprofessional he was and tried to get in touch with the hospital.

Central dupage hospital. They do not have an office to make any complaints. They have a "patient relations" number you can call and leave a message with your concerns. How perfect of a system for lack of accountability.
That's fine. I have already contacted the Illinois department of public health and the Illinois department of professional regulation.
Now , being Illinois, I don't expect much accountability but this doctor and facility are shameful.

Update. 9/20/2021. The response is great. I've already called this non existent "patient relations" number. It's a scam. No one calls back. They have no physical office in the hospital to speak to a supervisor. Be wary of this place with loved ones .

The response by "MEG" is comical. Complaints already been filed. We'll see how this plays out. Shameful Northwestern.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. 3 hours of waiting in the ER and being told at least 5 more hours to then get told I can t wait with my GF who is on the verge of passing out from a fever and pain. They don t care that she could barely keep her head up and said they would watch her when they haven t been this far. If they had been we would have been taken to a room so she could get treated. They are complete garbage with absolutely no care of the people they say they care about. When I brought up that she was about to pass out the response was I guess you re in the right place then .

Hoping to find out what the hospital is like if they ever answer the phone. Been on hold for 20 minutes trying to schedule a routine mammogram. Any reason in this day & age why I can't just schedule it myself online if they can't bother to answer the phone themselves.....?

OK, I disdain going here. I'm not going to mislead anybody. It's consistently for a medical procedure or ER visit for a relative (typically my old mother), and these are upsetting occasions. I'd prefer be elsewhere. Nonetheless, having had encounters at different medical clinics, I'm generally appreciative for this one. The office is perfect, refreshed, and extensive. The staff is astounding. They are inconceivably kind, mindful, mindful, and supportive. I've just had a couple of terrible experiences in the in a real sense many occasions I've been here. Each time I'm here, I'm appreciative that there is a decent medical clinic accessible for us to utilize. Likewise, on the off chance that you get your mammogram in October (Breast Cancer Awareness Month), they give you chocolate!

Okay, I hate going here. I'm not going to lie. It's always for a surgery or ER visit for a family member (usually my elderly mother), and these are stressful times. I'd rather be almost anywhere else. However, having had experiences at other hospitals, I'm always grateful for this one. The facility is clean, updated, and spacious. The staff is amazing. They are incredibly kind, caring, attentive, and helpful. I've only had one or two bad encounters in the literally dozens of times I've been here. Every time I'm here, I'm grateful that there is such a good hospital available for us to use. Also, if you get your mammogram in October (Breast Cancer Awareness Month), they give you chocolate!

Upon arrival at the emergency room, I was greeted by a very rude receptionist. She had an attitude and was just being nasty to everyone. Very condescending way to speak to people who are just seeking medical help and are already having not the best of days ..she was just looking & talking to me like I was stupid.

the ONLY reason this review is getting 2 stars is because the doctor and his nurse were very sweet and caring. They helped me and made me feel very welcomed and talked to me with respect.
If it weren t for that doctor, I would have had the worst experience ever!

I don t have much of a positive feedback on this facility in Wheaton. I had a nurse tell me & my family twice plus to my father if he doesn t calm down she going to ask us to leave I have never had a nurse treat my family so disrespectful. Some nurses are wonderful, but if a nurse can t handle a patient they are not very sympathetic to your loved ones.

Keep your rabid front door greeters on a shorter leash. I believe she was there just to check temperatures. Security at the ER entrance didn t mind that I was there to comfort my grandmother who just a week ago had a stroke and was returning to CDH for possible medication issues. While I was talking to my grandmother, this greeter came up to me already aggravated and told me to leave with a harsh tone. When I said I would finish my conversation with my grandmother to calm her down and then leave, the greeter got belligerent. There was nobody else around, my grandmother was in a corner alone, so there was no inherent infection control concern. This was just today (9/18)at approximately 1:20p.
