I ve lived in the Parc Apartments in Vacaville for going on 3 years now. It s hard to find a good complex you can be comfortable in in this area but I m planning and signing another lease here. The front office staff is friendly and professional and always attentive to any concerns. Joy the property manager is awesome she s newer to the staff but you wouldn t know that by first meeting her. Maintenance staff is prompt and friendly also always there to answer any questions or point you in the right direction for any problems or concerns. Before moving here I was living in Quinn Crossing which advertises to be luxurious apartments which are relatively new only built in like 2015 I think. I had more things fall apart and break in the 6 months I lived there than I have in this apartment for the last 2 years. Oh and not to mention plenty of free parking spaces in this lot too which was a huge issue where I was at before. Nicely renovated, well kept, and homey apartments.
