My name is Shanice Bell and was accused of providing fraudulent information because my business bank statements did not say my name. They only said the business name. So Amanda of Adora went and used my 2020 income of an amended tax form and used that to reject me though I made $300K in profit this year or more but didn t care to get my 2021 income. I need someone very important and higher up to contact me because this is wrong on so many levels. I called and called and couldn t get Amanda to speak with me and I hired a moving company because that Friday she told me over the phone she s short staffed but everything looks good to go. She promised to follow up Monday. Monday gets here and I m being ignored all day. I understand if you re busy but you can at least call me to verify your everything is still good. She also accused me of being aggressive once I got more assertive to get a reply. She s keeping my deposit on the inconclusive accusation that I was fraud in my application yet she sent me a welcome packet. I need to speak to someone ASAP.
