I had my carpet installed by Fowles yesterday and I just want to say what an amazing job they have done!! Especially impressed with the stairs, the previous carpet was laid waterfall but they installed it correctly - coming in under the bullnose. They were polite and kept us informed all the way along and even removed carpet that was under the stairs which was not apart of the initial job. Outstanding service from the minute we walked into the Fowles shop up until installation. Highly recommend and will recommend to everyone I know needing new carpet. Thanks again.

Worst customer service seen in Melbourne. Beware!!! Of this place. They will sell with a big smile on their face but if you go back for exchange or refund they will refuse it rudely although they don't have any documentation showing "no refund/exchange" policy.

I had been looking around at a few places for carpet and when I got to Fowels I had the pleasure of dealing with Levi Hird, not only did he have great knowledge of the product but nothing was to much trouble for him and also any follow-up questions I may have had he was always happy to oblige. I have known Liam and Tony G for many years!! I have purchased my flooring from them on several ocasions. I have also reffered friends and family. Fowles is a great place to find the best bargains with quality products and items and friendly customer service always willing to help. After visiting many other flooring retailers in the area my wife and I were to be honest, getting quite confused by what would be best for our home. Then we met James! James made the whole selection and installation process unbelievably enjoyable with his professional, courteous and friendly manner. My experience with Fowles when choosing new carpet for my home was faultless. My initial contact was with Ingrid, who was extremely accommodating. Her knowledge and service was great. On occasion, I dealt with other members of the carpet team, who were also great to deal with. Pricing was reasonable compared to other companies. Overall a wonderful experience and am so happy with my choice and end result. I would definitely recommend Fowles to family and friends.

I had my large penthouse apartment re-carpeted by Fowles, and am truly delighted with the results. My whole experience from beginning to end was excellent and I felt that each and every member of the team offered prompt, friendly and professional service, from the first request for information on products, through the quoting and booking procedure, to the uplifting of the old carpet, and installation of the new by a master craftsman. I really felt that the aim was my complete satisfaction and this was amply achieved.

Fowles had to come back & relay parts of the carpet which was not laid correctly. Not sure if it is a problem but threads of carpet regularly are found on the carpet

The service from Fowles from my first phone call with Ingrid through to the completion of the laying of the carpet all went to plan.

Everyone arrived punctually from the quote to the furniture movers to the installers and nothing was ever too much trouble even though the floor was not completely flat and some of the furniture was extremely tricky to move to say the least.

Their advice re carpet selection and the intricacies of the actual laying of the carpet and what preparation to the floor would be required and to top it off a follow up email the next day with care instructions .....

Lots of option for carpets and bath fittings, vanities etc. Also some selection for furniture table and chairs etc.

Have just had the best shopping experience at Fowles. I had brilliant service from James who was interested in what we wanted and showed up the exact product as asked. By far the best service of any of the flooring retailers we visited. Do yourself a favour and go to Fowles when looking for flooring and ask for James.

We've used the services of Fowles a few times over the years installing carpet and flooring in our home and investment properties. The range of carpets and various types of flooring is extensive and the sales service is fantastic, (I just brought the room measurements with me and some rough ideas of what i'd like) followed up by expert installation. As for price, I don't think you could do better!

Having never bought at auction before I was a little apprehensive of the process but all of the staff at Fowles just could not be nicer and have given us more of their time and help. I was obviously impressed with the price of items but it was the quality that surprised me the most. We went back to Fowles recently to purchase a kitchen, which is not something I thought we'd be able to afford to do within our current renovation budget. They also assisted us with a fabulous installer. My Mum has also just had all new carpet put into her house from Fowles and again the price and process was just brilliant. Thank you Fowles!!

Our second time dealing with Fowles for flooring and on both occasions we dealt with James Gordon. James made sure that he understood what we wanted in a carpet and then advised us on the choices that would suit our purposes and gave us samples to take away. There was no pressure only good old fashioned customer service. We have been very happy with the price and quality of the carpets, hence our return to James and Fowles for carpeting our extension.

After years of my wife nagging me to update our 70's lino the time had come. Spending a couple of weekends of driving from retailer to retailer listening to sales pitch after sales pitch I never thought it was going to end. Fowles supplied and installed new carpet for our property while we were interstate. A long distance transaction could have been tricky but we had great communication, great product knowledge, and best price by far. Installers were on time and professional. Super smooth all round, and we love new carpet.

I have been buying product at fowels for a while now, all through James the salesman. Could not fault them in any way. All phonecalls are returned straight away if they are not answered. product is normaly always in within a week. These guys are happy to share there knowledge and help out in any way they can. Service was good, until I found a gentleman maybe the manager showed me some auction carpet, it was excellent.
I was able to get a roll with 10% more than I need but at a fraction of what was. It's half my budget but twice as good. Great buy!
