Thank you to all at Fowles for my new carpet & matting which I am extremely pleased with.

The service from Fowles from my first phone call with Ingrid through to the completion of the laying of the carpet all went to plan.

Everyone arrived punctually from the quote to the furniture movers to the installers and nothing was ever too much trouble even though the floor was not completely flat and some of the furniture was extremely tricky to move to say the least.

Their advice re carpet selection and the intricacies of the actual laying of the carpet and what preparation to the floor would be required and to top it off a follow up email the next day with care instructions .....
Exceptional and professional service.

I am very, very impressed and to have this done on a Saturday it made my life a lot easier!
