This was our first experience in purchasing carpet and my family and l could not be happier with the service we received from Simon McPhail at Fowles in Clayton. Simons colleague John first met us and explained every nuances of the carpets we were interested in which was very informative.
Simon then went out of his way to meet me offsite and confirm the best product for our young family. The carpet has now been laid and looks amazing.
