Our second time dealing with Fowles for flooring and on both occasions we dealt with James Gordon. James made sure that he understood what we wanted in a carpet and then advised us on the choices that would suit our purposes and gave us samples to take away. There was no pressure only good old fashioned customer service. We have been very happy with the price and quality of the carpets, hence our return to James and Fowles for carpeting our extension.
