Have used these guys a few times for carpet and vinyl flooring, and they'll be the first ones we head to the next time we need flooring. Friendly sales staff, excellent service and communication throughout the whole process and installation was quick and professional.

Looking for a bargain, keep an eye on the weekly special videos from fowles every Tuesday. Purchased a 100% wool carpet for 15/LM. Retail shops are selling the same item over 85/LM. If you visit here, ask for Liam. He knows precisely about the stock available and overall he is a nice bloke who treats all with respect. They do charge an extra on top of listed price, so don't get a shock when you are making payment. Do your homework before purchasing stuff from fowles.

Bought a carpet and it's layers were excellent.
Customer service is very ordinary though. Some sale persons are not even friendly.
I hope they can work it out a bit.

Ordinary customer service, actually it's horrible. Pricing of product and product range is great. You can buy or purchase via auction. Don't get caught up in the auction hype, make an offer.

Purchased carpet through the Auctions for my home , the staff were so friendly and made my purchase so easy and enjoyable. They even organised our installation and had Jeff come to lay our new carpet ...BEST carpet layer

Tony and the team have been great to deal with, we use them for all our projects, for the price the quality can't be beat. The very cheap carpet is reasonable in quality, and the mid range carpet is excellent for the price. Their laying teams are also quite good.

Good place to look for bargains on carpets and even furniture!!

Great prices and service, been coming here for a while I wish they had maybe 1 or 2 more people out the back to make loading up and getting your things a little faster but it's my one stop shop for all housing.

We enjoyed dealing with Fowles from our first visit to the showroom through to the installation through to after sales and follow up.

I would happily recommend them for choice, price (we shopped around alot) and service.

I highly recommend using Fowles for carpets. Ingrid in sales and Mark the carpet layer provided a high level of customer service. This is the second time i have used them for carpets and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
