My experience with Fowles when choosing new carpet for my home was faultless. My initial contact was with Ingrid, who was extremely accommodating. Her knowledge and service was great. On occasion, I dealt with other members of the carpet team, who were also great to deal with. Pricing was reasonable compared to other companies. Overall a wonderful experience and am so happy with my choice and end result. I would definitely recommend Fowles to family and friends.
