Best hotel ever! Still in Maui and can't wait to go back. Excellent service, prestine rooms and totally worth your buck. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Absolutely going back! Thank you, Four Seasons!

The service was wonderful there, oir host brought us extra chairs to our table when we all came to eat with friends. The drinks were delicious with very exotic looks! I'm definitely going back when I come back to Hawaii.

Superb service (we felt like royalty staying here), excellent food, one of the most spectacular and private beaches we've ever seen, and large standard rooms. Kids for All Seasons was included in the price which made this resort that much more competitive than other local offerings. The only down side is that the restaurants seemed extraordinarily pricey. The resort would have earned more from us had it had more reasonably price food; we would have eaten at the resort more often had that been the case. Overall though, a very special stay.

Visited the Lobby Lounge for drinks, appetizers and enjoyed great live music. The service from Tyler was very attentive as he patiently answered any questions I had about the menu, the food was delicious and the drink was very well made! Will certainly visit again.

Amazing experience!! The tennis lessons made the experience even better. Look for Darin, he's the best tennis teacher on Maui. he has a different method and he certainly loves what he does. great with kids and adults alike. I recommend it and for sure I will be back to take classes with him !!

Went to the spa at the Four Seasons and loved every minute of it. The staff made us feel like we were at home and the view from the hotel was incredible. It also had direct access to Wailea Beach, which was a big plus!

So my wife and I enjoyed the Four Seasons in general (although it is a bit of an older crowd), but it was our last experience that soured me on our stay.

During our stay at the Four Seasons, my wife and I used the spa on three separate occasions. The first day my wife received a facial, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The second day my wife and I received a couples oceanside massage, which we loved so much that we booked another couples oceanside massage for our last day.

Unfortunately, the massage we received our last day was completely unrelaxing, stressful, and, frankly, not worth the money. Our massage was performed in a oceanside hut that has an entire row of general seating lounge chairs next to it. As a result, instead of hearing the ocean waves and seagulls, we had to listen to a loud lady for the first thirty minutes.

It was only after I asked the therapists if they were going to do anything that one of them went outside and asked the lady to lower her voice. Then, after that lady left, another couple and their baby apparently sat in the same seats. So then we had to listen to a crying baby for the final 15 minutes of the massage.

It is absolutely astonishing that the Four Seasons (of all resorts) places oceanside massage huts next to a general seating area. People don't pay luxury prices so that they can listen to loud tourists and screaming babies while on vacation.

The entire area next to the oceanside massage hut should be roped off or at least not have any seating options within earshot of it. So if you get an oceanside massage, whatever you do, make sure your massage is not in the one by the general seating area.

The end result is that instead of having wonderful memories of my stay at the Four Seasons, my lasting impression is of a stressful massage with a loud mouthed tourist and a screaming baby.

I have been fortunate enough to stay at some of the finest hotels around the world. Hands-down this was the best service experience that I have ever had. Aside from the hotel being immaculate and beautiful, the staff really stood out and made our family stay outstanding. I was traveling with 14 people. Adults, children, and a baby. The attention and details that were provided for each individual was amazing. The food, pool, and the amenities were all top-notch. It would be difficult for me to point out just one person that made our stay special. They were all just that good. I could not recommend this property more.i will be back!!!

Great view with great food. Appetizer portion sizes are quite big. Something I would recommend for not only this restaurant but all the restaurants is to ask if anyone has any kind of allergy, as I had an allergic reaction during my meal. In no way am I saying it is their fault as I also forgot to mention my allergy to the waiter, but most restaurants I have been to the waiters ask if anyone has an allergy.

Nice

What can I say, four seasons is hands down a great resort experience. Everyone is very personable and eager to put you into vacation mode. My only complaint is we were disappointed to be put in a room that overlooked construction and the entrance at the back of the resort. Wasn't quite what I expected on our honey/babymoon but oh well. To close on my review, this is an awesome place to stay for one or two nights, any more and you need to be a lawyer, doctor, or business owner because the prices will burn you alive. Mohalo

Beautiful property and outstanding service. Unfortunately, we had a room that did not overlook the ocean, and the problem with that was the noise from delivery trucks with back-up beepers which start arriving as early as 4am. The Pueo Punch in the Serenity Pool is phenomenal. The Spa is wonderful (hot stone massage). The whales in the bay are incredible to watch. Overall, in spite of the delivery trucks, it was an incredible week.

I'm not even sure where to start, but this was by far one of the most memorable and spectacular hotel stays I've ever had anywhere in the world. We started our trip to Maui by booking and staying at a hotel down the street from the Four Seasons in Wailea. We weren't very happy with that hotel right away - especially for the price we were paying for it - and visited the Four Seasons that first night for dinner. Upon arriving at the FS, I was beside myself at how much nicer the Four Seasons was over our hotel. We had dinner at Ferraro's and I went straight to the front desk that night to tell them we would be checking in tomorrow if they had availability. They did, and the following morning we packed our bags, told the other hotel we were leaving, and headed over to the Four Seasons. The following three days of our stay at Four Seasons were incredible and the level of services and hospitality there was through the roof. My only regret was that we didn't spend more time at the hotel while in Maui, but we will definitely be back in the near future and will spend as much time there as humanly possible. The hotel is not cheap by any means, but nothing on Maui is and I can honestly say the stay was worth every penny for what we got in return for our money. Thank you so much for making our trip fantastic!

Crowded hotel that's fairly dated. I was expecting to be staying at a special and relaxing resort since I was paying $1500 a night for a lowest category room. The hotel is nice and feels open with high ceilings but the v design is rather dated. The whole weekend I was there, everywhere was fairly crowded, not what I would call luxurious. There was a wait to get into to buffet breakfast. All the lounge chairs were used by the adult pool at different times during the day. While many of the staff were very nice and polite, quite a number I interacted with were less than what you would expect. I was hoping I would at least get good nights of sleep. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was also very nice but there were lawn mowers that started blowing around 8am and kept waking me up 2 of the 3 mornings I was there. There were noises from the room above around the same time also, something kept dropping into the floor or something like that that kept me awake the other morning. The bathroom was very comfortable with nice shower and bathtub, but the marble tiles are of the kind they would use 30 years ago. The spa and the gym were good. The Italian restaurant by the beach had great food and an amazing view. Most of the rooms, like 80%, in the hotel are not ocean view rooms and they are indicated accordingly by the hotel. Overall, it is by no means a bad hotel, but definitely not what you would pay that room rate for.

The restaurants were excellent at accommodating my dietary restrictions. They have complimentary car service to the local shops. At the resort, they also have several pools, including one that is adults only.

First time in HI, stopped at Oahu for a few days (partied like it was 1999) before heading to a friend s wedding (groom was with us at Oahu). We were whisked away from the moment we landed at Maui International and straight to his 4 Seasons s suite (gorgeous suite facing the ocean with a balcony and overlooking the pool at the right hand side). The service was five star and the food... delish! I still reminisce the bar by the pool and the beach (a min. walk from the pool to the beach). Ahh... the life!

Out of all of the hotels we have stayed at on Maui, we loved the four seasons the most. The only downside is that their entry level rooms are just guest rooms and not suites but their suites are worth the upgrade (especially for families). The service is exceptional from the pool staff, hotel staff and servers. We found that everyone loved their job and was happy to be there. I appreciated all of the small touches from the welcoming drink and local pineapple bite to the complementary sunglass cleaning at the pool. Pool staff would always address you by name and would come around frequently with cold water and tasty snacks such as mini muffins. The free cabanas are beautiful and there are plenty of them (with exception of the adult pool). The housekeeping staff are wonderful as well, they personalized our room with sponges spelling out our sons name and even stocked our room with diapers, wipes and swim diapers. Additionally there was wonderful baby products to use during our stay. The toiletries were also very wonderful. A tip is to go to the lobby before 6am to get some complementary muffins, banana bread and chocolate chip cookies in addition to coffee.

Our stay at this resort was amazing! The facilities are luxurious and tasteful. Delightful pools with waterfalls and jacuzzis. One of the pools has an infinity edge and is for adults only. The hotel beach is very hot. Depending on the time, the beach and pools are well filled and there are almost no seats available. Towels and sunscreen at ease. The rooms are very large and super clean! All staff very available and polite. The coffee had variety, but I believe it does not accompany the rest. Little diversity of fruits, among others. The view is beautiful and has one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever experienced! Like the resort and upscale ... Food, service and the like at high cost.
Be sure to take a walk in the late afternoon on the track leading from one resort to another. The scenery is awesome!
