Service is unbelievable the people at the four seasons think of absolutely everything down to the smallest details. The hotel is breathtaking and the views are absolutely amazing highly recommend this hotel

I live on Kauai, and I love coming over to Four Seasons Maui for a few days every year.

The lounge is amazing. Fantastic music. Incredible views. Great service. Compelling art everywhere. Beautiful architecture. Expensive, but easy to enjoy just in the lounge for the price of a drink or appetizer. One of our favorite places to visit.

The ultimate Maui experience! Four Seasons delivers consistently and with high-quality.

Impeccable service and facilities. Staff will eagerly arrange a chair and umbrella on the beach for you, or a chair or cabana at the pool, for no charge. Food and drinks are pretty pricey, but that is to be expected at a resort of this caliber. The view from the Serenity Pool is to die for!

Just came back 2 days ago from my honeymoon and this was the BEST thing to happen to us. Right from arriving and our day of departure (i shed a tear) the service was immaculate.The room service was beyond exceptional as they thought of things for us like folding clothes and putting a laundry basket and providing us beach bags in the room. We stayed in the presidential suite where the views of sunrise were beyond perfect. Our concierge gave us best advice and made us feel truly kings and queens. I wish I could go back and re-live my honeymoon once more. I can't wait to go back again!

By 7:30 a.m. in the morning all of the seats by the pool are taken because the hotel does not provide adequate seating for its guests at the pool and ocean. There are no seats available on the ocean other than those you pay for so you might as well stay at one of the cheaper Resorts where they have copious chairs.

When ever we have clients come into town we always recommend this Hotel to stay and eat. The layout is very comfortable and relaxing and the beach is one of the best locations on Maui. Service and hospitality is simply the best you can get.

It is a resort hotel with a great location.
If you want to taste the resort, it is a hotel I want you to stay by all means.

Amazing resort!! Stayed here for our honeymoon and returned for our babymoon. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. They are very accommodating for all of our requests, and also provided us with surprises in our room to celebrate on each occasion.

Maui is a beautiful island. Four Seasons was a splendid resort.

The true definition of LUXURY! The service was great, each staff member was on point. This location embodies what I enjoy and expect of a luxury resort. I can't wait to get back!

Club level makes the stay even better. Also, Darin Zerbe is a great tennis coach. Highly recommend the daily clinic on the 6th floor of south tower.

What a wonderful lobby. The smell of flowers was amazing, and the drinks and ice cream were delicious.

We spent a week in this hotel, the food is fantastic (everything, all restaurants, all choices in this hotel), the rooms could've been better (more luxurious, renovated, as anyone would expect from a four seasons) , great service and entertainment. On the expensive side but if money is no object then great location to spend it on. Destination for many celebrities. A car is offered to bring you to the shopping mall near the hotel. Overall it was great!

Every piece of this experience was awesome - expensive, but awesome.

We debated between the Grand Wailea and the Four Seasons since we were bringing our young son. We are so glad we chose the Grand Wailea. He loved the kids club, we played in the pool, on the beach, with the paddle boards etc. There was more than enough to do to keep him busy and happy and it didn t feel like a zoo to us adults. It was a relaxing and fun vacation for all three of us. Perfect easy vacation!!

Extremely nice hotel. One of the most beautiful properties on the planet. Everything is quite literally perfection; the food, staff, grounds, ambiance, even the Gekko s are brighter and friendlier.

I had drinks at the bar by pool. The service was above and beyond. We also had dinner at spago. The view was perfection and so was our meal. The staff was on point. Thank you for a perfect evening!

My husband and I stayed here while we were on vacation staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. On top of everything. Beautiful views that overlooked the ocean. A nice restaurant where you can sit outside and watch the waves. The food is very good as well. If I ever come to Hawaii again I would definitely stay here in a heartbeat!! There spa is amazing as well my husband and I renewed our vows on the beach and I went to the spa to have my hair and makeup done she did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, the grounds were immaculate, the pools and cabanas were perfect and relaxing, and and everyone we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. After a bad experience at the neighboring Fairmont, we checked in on a whim. After hearing about our story, the staff went out of their way to provide their best room, offered to give us a late check out, and went above and beyond to make our children feel welcome and at home (even though they had nothing to do with our prior bad experience at the other property). Kindness doesn t cost anything, but it makes all the difference. We will definitely return!

Landlocked cruise ship experience. If you like that sort of thing you will love the Four Seasons Maui.

Not like years ago when visited .Restaurants supper expense , $31 for just pasta and tomato sauce with bacon flavor AND NOT ENOUGH TO FILL A CAVITY ....Took shuttle to the Shoppes ,Tommy Bahama ,Longhi on first level NOT like with that of Longhi in Laihna.

So pleasant, so tasty, so nice to return every year or so...ambience is fantastic and peaceful

Four Seasons provided the most incredible customer service experience I have ever had! The level of luxury and personalization was almost unfathomable - I had no way to imagine that such phenomenal treatment existed.

I stayed here in February with my fiance. He actually proposed to me at their restaurant, DUO. While he was setting up the reservation, he let it slip and they became excited - word actually spread around. When he came to check in, everyone he talked to asked if he had proposed yet - they were all so enthusiastic. We've had other major milestones that we've celebrated at fine establishments (graduations, anniversaries, etc...) but no company has ever gotten this involved. It was as if the entire staff were our best friends.

My fiance checked in without me and was blown away from the moment he drove up to the entrance. The staff materialized around him and whisked him away, handling everything for him. He was offered a drink from one staff member and another one magically appeared with it moments later. His luggage came out of thin air right as he finished up at the check in desk. Every step of the way, an employee was there to guide and make it even easier than humanly possible. They even gave us a free upgrade, which was a wonderful extra treat.

We went straight to the restaurant when I arrived. I'll leave the details of my phenomenal experience at DUO for a review on their personal page, but I'll tell you some of the great bits:

I ran very late but the restaurant still seated us after they were closed. They treated us no differently than if we had shown up at 7 like we intended. When my fiance got on his knee, the manager took some pictures on her phone for us as they knew my fiance was unable to hire a photographer to capture the moment. They gave us some celebratory champagne and complimentary, personalized dessert congratulating us on our engagement (I've attached a picture for you to see). Then they had the photos delivered to our room and waiting for us in the morning with a sweet note. Also, not a single staff member let on that my fiance was going to propose. We also got the breakfast buffet the next morning and that was by far the tastiest, most diverse breakfast I've ever had.

We stayed in a suite and the furnishings were lavish. There was a bottle of champagne waiting for us on the table, surrounded by rose petals. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on and the bathroom was huge, and well stocked with amenities I've never seen provided. I'm also very picky about the products I use on my body (I only use natural hair products and body soap) and I had absolutely no issues using their offerings. They also gladly approved a late check out for us.

We were meeting up with my family later in the day and moving to a different hotel with them but had about 6 hours to kill. The hotel had no problems keeping our car and belongings in the parking garage while we enjoyed the beach. And oh my goodness did we enjoy the beach! They had covered and uncovered chaises that they personally set up for you. They provide complimentary sun screen in multiple SPFs. They come around with a special treat about every 15 minutes, each time something new. They have food service with quite the extensive menu. They offer free canoe rentals and also have boogie boards, paddle boards, and other play things available. And, of course, the sand was soft and the water was clear.

We hated to leave and were surprisingly disappointed when we arrived at the next hotel. The new one had 4 diamonds from AAA instead of the 5 that Four Seasons has and the differences were glaringly obvious. If you want the best experience possible, Four Seasons is undoubtedly where you want to stay. Everything was stunningly gorgeous and meticulously well thought out, guaranteeing an exceptional visit.

One more thing I want to add - the experience here was worth every penny. We left with the wonderful feeling that each cent was more than well spent.

No company does a better job at training their employees in customer service than Four Seasons. It s what keeps us coming back. This time it was Deanna in the Duo Restaurant. We will be talking about her service during our stay for a very long time. It s yet another reason why we come back here every year. No hotel on Maui does it like Four Seasons.

The most accommodating and friendly hotel I ve ever stayed in. Our server accidentally spilled a drink on my book by the pool and the next day she surprised us with a NEW COPY of the book, as well as SEVERAL NEW BOOKS she thought we d enjoy. It s so relaxing and kind and you feel like you re staying with family. We were so happy to spend our honeymoon here!

Best hotel experience on Maui - Felt relaxed even before arrival. Staffs here genuinely try to give you the most memorable and relaxed experiences. They took care of many details for us!

Before arrival : Concierges helped me arrange multiple items (e.g. restaurant bookings | toys by bath tub for kids | activity booking ... )

1st night: Room was upgraded to ocean view! Linda ( front desk online support ) helped my wireless connection problem. She was so patience, friendly, and helpful - That was 4am in the morning ! ( I couldn't sleep due to jetlag )

Volt, Paul, Michael, Ronell .... from Duo make our daily breakfast a joy!

Blaze from the on-site dive shop is so fun to do my first scuba diving experience! Great instructor and he made you feel safe all the way!

Amazing services at the restaurants | pools | spa | beach | ... everywhere!

Key tips I find is to relax, enjoy the moment, interact with on-site staff and share what you need friendly. They all take pride in providing the best experiences to you!

Extraordinary beautiful tropical setting + sincere earnest attention

The Four Seaons Resort Maui is absolutely breathtaking place. The service was A++++++. The Four Seasons offers a lot of accommodations. My wife and I enjoyed a massage by the ocean -- which was a definite highlight. The pool cabanas are very nice and relaxing. The pool side service is also great. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Resort Maui.

I won't bore you with the usual praise on Four Seasons quality of service. This hotel is no exception. What I want to point out is the complimentary Outrigger canoe program. They take you about on a fiber-glass replica Hawaiian style outrigger canoe. You learn about the ancient Hawaiian canoeing call signs, team work on moving the canoe forward and got to see plenty of marine life. This is a special program!

Beautiful property with lovely finishing touches. The garden/pool area overlooking the ocean is just stellar. Dining options are expensive, but decent for on resort offerings. Definitely worth a stay if you can find a good rate on the rooms!

Resort is amazing. Extremely overpriced. Horrible experience at Ferraro restaurant. Stellar price for less-than-average food quality. Have a better dinner at Andaz for half the price!!

I would have given it a 5th star but the pricing for breakfast at Duos is absolutely absurd. Service is great, food is great, property is great.

If you are going to Maui and want to stay in the best hotel this is it! Exceptional service, beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms, all you can ask for and more. Great snorkeling right infront of the hotel. All the food we had here including room service was fantastic! If you are considering the Fairmont or Grand Wailea pay the difference stay at the Four Seasons it will not disappoint! The extra star makes a difference!

Beautiful! Helpful, friendly staff. Gorgeous rooms with lots of thoughtful details including a lei welcome, refreshing fruit juice and cold towel upon arrival. The gentleman who showed me to my room did a thorough tour. Loved the option of music pumping through the room and my huge patio! Lots of free activities including sunrise yoga.

We made reservations for Duo's for a nice birthday dinner. We wanted to go on raw bar night. Called several times to make sure it was on Monday. They assured us it was on Monday and Tuesday. So we all got dressed up for dinner but when we got there the waiter told us there is no raw bar that night. It was clearly posted on their menu "raw bar Monday and Tuesday". The waiter didn't really have an answer for it. He said that the kitchen would come up with something for us. But we didnt want half ass. So we left. The hosts said they weren't doing it on Mondays. Even though it was clearly advertised. This was a huge mistake on their part. We will definitely not be going back there. And will spread the word

The most beautiful and exquisite property in Maui. Service beyond compare. Features personalized to your needs. I've come back 9 times and the feeling is like the first.

Perfect place ... jaw-dropping in any aspect you can think of. Located in front of a beautiful deserted beach with calm waters, with a super comfortable, typical and cozy structure, living up to the stars it carries in its title. Full of beautiful pools, impeccable cleanliness and service that makes you feel at home!

Fancy bathrooms, beautiful pools, warming environment

I was there for a meeting so was only in the lobby and meeting room area but it was a terrific experience. It was peaceful with lovely live music & flowing water & all of the area was arranged in tiers so as to have a lovely view of he beach.

The meeting room held an even & comfortable temperature which was nice since most meeting rooms are cold and the bathroom attendants serviced the lady's room repeatedly throughout the evening.

I've been there before and enjoyed the food and had great service in that same lobby where we were meeting at that time. I can't think of anything that wasn't just right ... But then it IS a 4 Seasons!

Do not walk in the room with bare feet. The construction quality is poor. My mother s foot got injured by some Sharp objects/nails hiding inside the carpet.

The hotel is really nice! Ferraro's was really nice and the servers know what they are doing. The hotel is open-air which was good.

Great ambiance and evening entertainment in the lounge

Went to breakfast and the spa for a beachside couples massage. Both were excellent and the service was unparalleled complete with complimentary champagne to celebrate our recent wedding. The spa's manager even waived the bill for both massages due to some barely noticeable construction noises. They seem more than capable of satisfying the high end clientele.

So beautiful, the staff was amazing, everything was so close to perfect. Can't wait to go back.
