Disappointed. Sitting at the Four seasons currently for a work function..... our companions we came with got their room.... was told we may be waiting about an hour....2 hrs later and STILL waiting for a room. Was told 30 min ago we would have our room in 20 minutes. So far not a good start or very impressed.

Everything about this place was luxurious with unbeatable service. Do you know how sometimes you go to a nice place and you can just feel that the service is gratuity driven/they re trying to get you to rack up a bill...This was the OPPOSITE of that, where it really felt like all of the staff just really wanted to take care of us as guests. Top-notch facilities. SHOUT OUT TO DUSTIN AND MICHAEL AT THE SERENITY POOL
The staff was incredible, helpful, kind, attentive and made our trip so fantastic! We love the kind women at the pool passing out the snacks, the bar staff at the 21+ pool and especially the concierge and Tina!
The property is beautiful on an amazing spot of land with awesome pools and restaurants
Don't miss the breakfast buffet!!
This is the level of luxury you deserve on every vacation!
My youngest daughter s favorite hotel in the whole wide world, and, if you stay just once, you ll understand why. The relaxation and aloha spirit suffuse your being almost instantly and the unwavering focus of the staff on perfect service permeates the entire experience. From the landscaping to the check in to the rooms to the poolside and bar side and restaurant and beach staff, you will not be disappointed. And she s not even 10! But this hotel definitely takes it to eleven.
Amazing service from start to finish. The perfect, relaxing, stress-free getaway! The room was well appointed with a dresser and plenty of counter space in the bathroom/dressing area.
Overlooking Wailea beach, this luxury hotel on Maui island has 3 swimming pools and 3 on-site restaurants. This hotel offers spacious rooms with ocean / garden views. Kahului Airport is 27.2 km from the property.
Wi-Fi is free in every spacious room at Maui Four Seasons Resort at Wailea. Rooms are available with 2 bottles of water daily and come with a chilled private bar and coffee maker.
Maui Four Seasons Resort has 3 restaurants serving a variety of dishes. Chef Wolfgang Puck's Spago restaurant offers a mix of Hawaii and California with ocean views. Ferraro's Bar e Ristorante serves rustic Italian dishes with Hawaiian flavors. Seafood & steak restaurant DUO serves poolside dining. Great place to have breakfast, followed by beach time with family, lunch and then even more beach time! The beach is quite clean as well and service is pretty good!
I just bought some refreshments from here after using the beach. Prices were high for water and snacks but this is Maui so that should not be surprising. Very beautiful resort and would be a place I consider staying if I choose this side of the island again.
Immaculate resort. Everything is not only beautiful but also so carefully designed to cover every detail. We have stayed at Four Seasons Maui twice now and have loved it more every time. Room is spacious and comfortable. Facilities are amazing.
The hotel is beautiful and services are great. Great pool and location. There are a couple things that prevents me from giving five start though. To get chairs in one of the pools you need to get into a waiting list. With starting prices around $500 per day, I think this is absurd. Also they charge $7 for room service. Once again, for $500, this is ridiculous.
Clean beach. They even offer you tents, beach chairs for rent and the hotel provides sunscreen at the front. Expensive hotel but great location with great beach front amenities.
I went there on my honeymoon. It was the most satisfying accommodation in all of Hawaii. When I checked out, the staff told me to come again next week... When will I be able to go back?
Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Definitely an upscale experience. Hotel has the ability to basically customize anything - pillows, bedding, food, etc. You get what you pay for.
Great honeymoon resort in Maui! We splurged a few days at the Four Seasons and had an incredible experience! Check-in was easy and the room was very clean. We enjoyed visiting the beach and serenity (adult only) pool every day. The staff will help you with chairs/towels at both locations. There is a great walking path along the beach we walked in the mornings to grab coffee/breakfast (the Shops at Waliea - you can also grab beer/booze here!). We also enjoyed a couples massage and dinner at Duo for steaks. Drinks/food was pricey, but everything was over the top.
Most comfortable hotel on Maui, I love the layout. We recommend our clients to this hotel when ever they ask for recommendations and the staff never disappoint, super friendly and professional.
Ferraro's at the four seasons an all-round great atmosphere. The service personnel had understanding when we wanted to switch tables and we're very accommodating. My pizza was outstanding. It wasn't too crowded at around 3pm.
Amazing, family friendly, luxury resort. Service is incredible and the facilities and rooms are top notch. The staff is super friendly and willing to do whatever they can to make your stay worth while. The food is great (although very expensive) and the beach is beautiful. Can be a bit crowded during the day, but no more than you should expect.
the most beautiful and most important people in the world make their way to this hotel. the pool scene can be a mess, far too few lounge chairs that people fight for.
Spent the best week of my life there! The architecture is so so beautiful, gorgeous pieces of art are everywhere, the pools are amazing, the nature is out of this world, the beautiful beach is one second away from the hotel and the gorgeous views are are everywhere!I just wanted to photograph everything! You can never get bored here, there are so many things to do,I especially loved the Hawaiian cultural activities! The last evening there was a lady dancing hula so beautifully in the lobby,it was a shame not everyone was paying attention. But the best and the most memorable thing about this hotel was it s staff:They were the loveliest and the most hospitable staff ever! They were very helpful, always smiling,,loved to chat a bit, very warm and cheerful etc. They truly made me feel special here!I especially want to thank Mercy, one young man whose name i don t know but he helped us get some extra Maui cakes by the pool for the baby, and the man who was teaching us how to make some sculptures of fish out of palm leaves.A big thanks to all of the hardworking staff, from the gardeners who were working at peak heat hours to the cleaning staff having to clean all of our rooms. They truly make this hotel stand out and I look forward to coming back!
I was lucky enough to spend some time with visting friends here!! The staff all amazing in pool bar. Great scene at night for drinks at beach. I would highly recommend. So peaceful and relaxing. I call this my office in Maui.
Gorgeous views and an amazing beach , family friendlu hotel that still has a great adult only area . If you are looking for a good splurge location you cannot beat the four seasons!
I lost my camera at hotel. Security team manager found and kept the camera safely. And business team manager sent it to my house in Korea. Thank you for making great honeymoon.
I'll never forget great experience at fourseasons.
Must be the nicest hotel on Maui. Staff is great. Rooms are beautiful. It is the extra touches that really sell it. They bring you water, cold towels, popsicles, and fruit while you are at the pool. Love it here.
A true five star hotel: immaculate facilities, incredible service, exquisite food. The only thing holding it back from a five stars was the view from the room. For rooms without an ocean view it can actually be quite poor. We were in room 650 and not only is there no ocean or mountain view, but rather the parking structure. On top of that, you can't keep the window open at night because all you hear is the hum from the air conditioner units just outside. My suggestion to all, if you can't get an ocean view then go to another awesome resort and stay away from units 65X.
Heaven on earth. Phenomenal service from everyone. Excellent drinks and food. The comfiest bed I ve ever slept in. Perfect beach and location. Spa is wonderful - complimentary steam rooms and lockers
Zero complaints. Second time here last week and it was absolutely perfect. Stay here, you won t regret it.
The resort is luxurious, beautiful and clean. It is what you would expect from an upscale hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The view from the serenity pool (adult only pool) is gorgeous since it overlooks the Wailea ocean. I would definitely return to the Four Seasons on my next trip to Maui.
My wife and I spent 5 fantastic nights here. The rooms and bedding were very lush, peaceful and relaxing. The level of detail the staff applies to the tiniest things made for an amazing experience (ex: they brought out iced water chillers and glasses on a table by our beach chairs for the day). The food was generally good: Our favourites were the poke sampler and tempura roll at the Serenity Pool, the truffled risotto at Ferraro's and the shaved ice with vanilla ice cream at the Beach Cafe. Probably the biggest miss at the resort was the presence of a great coffee bar. There wasn't a good coffee/latte anywhere in or near the resort (and we tried a lot of them). Overall a fantastic stay!
Gorgeous place, great views, amazing service, great restaurants. Best was eating at Feraros bar, felt more fun than a stuffy table, bar tenders were great. The rooms are second to none, just done perfectly right. The 'partial ocean' view is a bit of a joke but we didn't care. Highly recommend it.
Incredible facility and a super nice and big room. The pool area and the beach a dream. On the beach there are free beach chairs and umbrellas, these are placed. You also get water and it is poured. Breakfast buffet very nice but very expensive $ 90 for two people. We stayed 4 nights and were very satisfied.
My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons this last week. We want to thank Deanna in particular as she went above and beyond a couple of times to help us. It's so nice to come across a person that takes such pride in the work that they do. Thank you!
The four seasons Maui is an eclectic mix of styles. The grounds are lush and opulent with numerous points of interest. The food tasted good and was well presented, but it wasn't standout. Service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing.
