Four Seasons for Coastline Limousine has always taken car of all our clients with the highest class of service of any resort by far and is keeping it's ground in the industry with breathtaking views at the WAILEA Four Seasons Resort

This is a very nice property with amazing staff. My kids aged 2 and 5 had the trip of a lifetime and our photos together here are proof of how happy this place made us. While it s not perfect, there were small things here and there that could have been better - I still would say that this is one of the best hotels I ve ever stayed. Highlights would be the complimentary kids club, amazing sunsets, adult pool, and the size and comfort of the rooms. The apples in the fitness center are some of the best I ve ever had as well. Oh - and the Tuesday night cold seafood buffet is the best value for quality I think I have ever had! Would stay again 100%.

We came for a sunset dinner at Spago. Amazing food and service. Will definitely come back next time we are in Maui!

Staff is phenomenal, food is excellent, and plenty to do. Service is exactly what you would expect from a resort of this caliber. View from the room wasn't amazing (right over a parking garage), and from what I can make of the layout of the place, that's not uncommon for standard rooms. If the serenity pool interests you, get there real early if you want seating of any sort, although if you hang around long enough, they'll get you seating as it opens up. Only on my second day here of a week, but I'm loving it so far!

Only place I recommend to friends and family when vacationing on Maui. Super friendly staff and a beautiful location. Ocean front views with an amazing restaurant!! Aloha!!!

Beautiful resort with great staff and service. We came for brunch and had a great experience. As one can expect from a Four Seasons property, the buffet spread was delicious and pretty extensive. A made to order omelette/waffle/pancake station is included with the buffet. As an example of the attention to detail, there are 3 types of hot syrup available for waffles and pancakes. Both the coconut syrup and the Tahitian vanilla are worth trying. There are local tropical fruits available as well. Pineapple, papaya, watermelon, cantaloupe, and strawberries were on the menu today, but oftentimes, mango, rambutan, etc. can be found. Definitely worth visiting this property.

The service is so fantastic! I loved being spoiled. I can't wait to go back!

Beware or the "Mountain View" Room these should be called "No View" room .

I can't say enough wonderful things about this resort! I've seen many beautiful 5-star resorts in my life, and I was still blown away by this property. The most beautiful views from our room - we were upgraded to a suite with a huge balcony! Gorgeous property with private cabanas for all guests. An infinity pool (Serenity Pool) that might be the most beautiful view I've ever seen - my pictures look like they could be post cards! The service was top-notch - they went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. We got couples massages, and were impressed by the spa. There are three restaurants within the resort, but our favorite was Spago. SPAGO!!!! We were so happy at this resort that we almost canceled the rest of our trip to the Big Island to stay at the Four Seasons! I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone traveling to Maui. It's also in a great location! We give this resort the highest recommendation!

Incredible views, grounds, and drinks at the lounge.

Outstanding experience at a beautiful resort on the ocean. Our 9th return visit. Staff beyond helpful and friendly. Restaurants are all first rate as well. Have no reservations recommending most highly.

This is the second time I'm coming to Maui, but it's the first time at the Four Seasons Resort. I'm here on a corporate incentive trip, staying 4 nights. Due to several flight delays I had to check in around 1.30 am, but that was no problem at all, there were 3 reception staff, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, nice room and the bathroom is very spacious with double sink, bath and separate shower. The bathroom is almost the same size as the room, and has radio with a couple of different genre stations to pick from. The terrace is nice sized as well. I had dinner at one of the restaurants at the hotel, Spago, and it was truly delicious, and the waiting staff very knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel has a nice pool, and beach below. For joggers or just for people who like to walk around and have nice views, there is a boardwalk trail that passes the hotel, so you can go a little bit north until you get to another beach, or you can go south, which goes further I think, a bit higher up cliffs. I really like the resort so far, definitely recommend it.

Location in Maui doesn't live up to the Four Seasons name. Got a terrible massage at the SPA, spoke to Kody manager, did nothing for us. Horrible. Will never go back.

A slice of paradise. I've stayed at the Marriott resort down the way previously, and the four seasons is certainly nicer. The most significant factor being the better access to the beach with complimentary beach loungers and umbrellas. Also, all the tents and little cabanas around the pool are no extra charge. We've had staff come around with muffins and popsicles and the service is what truly makes the difference here. The little things really doset this place apart.

Beautiful....but crazy expensive. Maui has so much to see and do ....save your time and $$$ for activities other than a room imo

If there were six stars I would give it to this. It is truly a luxurious experience. The service here is over the top and there are a bunch of cabanas by the pool and ocean so most people get one for no additional cost. They also will give you snorkel gear and other items at no additional cost to enjoy your stay. The rooms are over the top nice with great views. The kids club is also free and the kids loved it. This is a very, very relaxing place to visit. The only downside was the entitled guests that smoke on their balconies and just think they deserve everything.

Excellent service and food. Highly recommend the seafood cob salad from Duo.

I have stayed here with my wife and family for vacation and a another time was for a weeding. also I have treated My wife and i Stayed here for our anniversary too. AMAZING resort From the moment You arrived. The lobby and public areas are spectacular. The rooms are fabulous. The food is yummy. The beach area was our favorite spot. We were greeted with a bottle of ice cold water when we returned from our bicycle trip. We love the Four Seasons. Four Seasons Wailea made up for it in so many ways! Not only did we receive a very unexpected upgrade (!!), Everyone on the resort grounds were friendly, pleasant and all around wonderful. We Love the Superb service (we felt like royalty staying here), excellent food, one of the most spectacular and private beaches we've ever seen, and large standard rooms. Overall though, a very special stay. The hotel even keeps the kids busy while the adults have there time to themselves.the kids can enjoy the arcade with plenty of games and they have an Xbox. This hotel has an awesome open lobby, private cars, several pools and world class service. Things, like the gym and made us feel very comfortable. The bathrooms had a function where you can play Hawaiian music. My personal favorite was the free ginger-mint lemonade every afternoon in the lobby. It was just wonderful and I loved my time here.

The Four Seasons Wailea is hands down the most impressive resort on Maui, in my opinion, after living here for over 8 years, 5 of which were in Kihei while working every day in Wailea. Don't get me wrong, there are MANY fantastic resorts on Maui, but the Four Seasons is on a whole different level. If I could, I'd give more stars. It is that amazing in every way.

I had booked through Amex site and was also celebrating a milestone anniversary. My room was upgraded to a suite with garden/ocean view and I have to admit that this was the best room I have ever stayed in. Hotel just went through a complete renovation, so everything was just perfectly crisp and new. The service here is exceptional. My one negative was not about the resort itself, but I found the other guests to be quite full of themselves and unfriendly - this could have been the timing or the group meetings that were there, but something to keep in mind. It was ultimately not important to me, as I was there to relax and disconnect from the real world for a while and accepted the fact that I was in a much lower paygrade then the majority of people there (as evidenced by a trip to Costco to stock up on drinks to have in the room). Also, I would suggest getting to the lounge chairs early (even before 7am) if you want a good beach view - pickings were slim by 7am. I suspect there were some squatters before 630am!

The beach is utterly amazing. Friendly staff, even though I wasn't a guest I was treated with the same respect. Definitely the place to go if you have the cash, the view can't be beat and the surf is huge

Excellent hotel - best choice on Maui. Gorgeous ocean front room, plenty of cabanas to enjoy, great dining options. And - the best hotel staff you can find... Incredible attitude, even for a 5 star place. Will definitely come back.

Amazing property. Wonderful staff. The only drawback might be the kids crying in the lobby bar at happy hour. Otherwise, a terrific experience.

A somewhat quiet, austere seeming place with access to the main Wailea beaches. Staff were friendly but the place felt faceless.

This is a great hotel. It's a beautiful location right on the beach. It has wonderful amenities and the staff really caters to you. My family loved our stay there.

We have stayed here for a week and I dare to say that this is the hotel with the best view in Maui! Very nice grounds, perfect service, great and spacious rooms and amazing food! you really can t go wrong with it!

Kind of odd to post but our toilet flapper valve broke and they had it fixed in 10 minutes. Critical with two young kids. Excellent, attentive staff.

All the toilets are kept very clean and it feels good. I don't know when I'm cleaning it, but it was pretty good compared to a nearby hotel anyway.

Great hotel resort with beautiful sandy beach frontage to the sea. Restaurant food was very consistent. Consistency is the value proposition for the Four Seasons customer service, it was great for the five days I stayed. From Lobby bartender (Chris is the best) and other staff, beach and pool staff, hotel car drivers and valet, all made my family vacation stay a delight. My room was very spacious, resort view had a wonderful garden. Decor and style luxurious and impeccable. Even after a few days of vacation rain, my stay was great. Recommend over Marriott across the way because of the beach access.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Unbelievable service and beautiful grounds. The views out into the ocean are asking the most picturesque I've ever seen. Rooms are also huge.

My favorite Hotel on the island. I have stayed at The Andaz, Grand Wailea, Hyatt, Westin, and The Fairmont. Four Seasons beats them all.

Attended a conference at this hotel. The food was good and the staff was very attentive. The location is perfect.

Live the interior of the lobbies but... the decor is pretty gaudy

Beautiful location and hotel. We stopped by for a birthday dinner at Spagos. Food was good. Not amazing. But presentation of food was nice and so was the ambiance of having the ocean so close. Unfortunately, I'm not keen to paying $100+ for a meal like this when I know I can get amazing omakase locally in San Diego. But since it was the birthday boy's request, we ate there. Would have liked to try out the other restaurant at the four seasons. We stopped for predinner drinks and the other guests were having delicious pasta dishes.
