White sandy beach, hidden jewel and perfect honeymoon retreat! Food and service was exceptional but suite had some sanitary challenges. Great place to let your hair down!

The Four Seasons Resort is absolutely spectacular. I went there for a wedding dinner at the Italian Restaurant, Ferraro's. The dinner and view was breathtaking, the service was amazing, and we even received small desserts to celebrate our elopement which we were not expecting.

Beautiful resort on the ocean. A bit expensive but you can always crash for dinner or drinks! Many restaurants to choose from.

The highest quality possible service ever. This is heaven. No question about it.

Not exactly to the standards of a 5* hotel. Don't get tricked on the ocean view as even the delux rooms are far from the ocean so when you arrive they'll try to sell you on their ocean front suites which are more than double the price and "enjoying" all the noise from the 24/7 pool.

Dinner at Spago is incredible. Attentive wait staff, delicious food. The wine list varies daily, and they might run out before day's end - have a back up pick. Who knows, you might see someone famous while there!

Outstanding experience! From arrival (Mark/Doorman), Almira at the Front Desk, to Dawn ( Concierge) assisting with dinner reservations upon check in just smooth transition. Spacious room with Anniversary amenity pleasant surprise. Poolside service knocked it out of the park! Kevin, Vince, Marc, and their Manager Kishin made getting what we wanted to keep us relaxed absolutely seamless. Brian at Serenity pool is the guy you gotta see, true asset to this property

My experiences at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea has continuously been so wonderful! The staff is so attentive and accommodating to meet our needs and just make us feel special. It is one of the most beautiful resort properties on Maui, however I believe it's the staff that make it stand out from all the others. Love it there!!!

An incredible place to stay, wonderful food and views.

Stayed here a few nights. Rooms are impeccable! We really enjoyed the views from the infinity pool. Also, the Mai Thais, while expensive, are great!

Wonderful resort. Great for families and kids. The adult's only pool is a real treat. I do find the place to be a little too busy for my liking. Worth a quick stay over.

We have stayed here many times. My husband won't stay anywhere else. It is paradise. Ferraro's Restaurant on the beach is perfect. It is just the right size hotel with fabulous shops.

Great hotel. Quite expensive but you get the service you expect for the price. Modern rooms, good food at all the restaurants and great view and access to the beach!

AMAZING resort and people! We were on our babymoon and had to cut our trip short due to work obligations, but the Four Seasons Wailea made up for it in so many ways! Not only did we receive a very unexpected upgrade (!!), but they sent us sparking cider/rose/20% gift certificate to their unbelievable spa, and an amazing body pillow (for those mothers out there, you know how wonderful these are to sleep with). Everyone on the resort grounds were friendly, pleasant and all around wonderful. We will certainly be back ASAP!

My fiance and I were invited as guests and before we were even finished our first drink we were asked to "leave for the safety of our guests" very embarrassing moment. As I've traveled the world, this was by far a very low point for my fiance and I.

Nice resort, staff is almost too friendly. Well sitting in my room for a day, the staff has rung our doorbell about 50 times and called multiple times. It's to the point where it just get's annoying.

This a world class resort but would not be my first choice. Service and accommodations were good but not great. It lacks the warmth of some of the other places I visited on this trip and seems too disconnected from the natural beauty that surrounds it .

Great customer service and this resort is the best in keeping Maui beaches clean....just wish more tourists cared and picked up their plastic drink glasses and not use plastic straws.... ( Really hurtful to the Marine life!) I work with Hwildlife Fund. I'm so impressed at the interior decor with all the beautiful orchids in the Breezeway it is so relaxing and tropical. I actually felt like just sitting around in the lobby area just to relax and take in the Maui breezes! It was an amazing tranquil feeling! Also the Holiday decor here is a must see! I could not take enough pictures of so many exotic orchids.

Such a beautiful hotel!! Came here for dinner and everything was just outstanding. The service, food, ambiance - nothing could have been better. Bottles of wine were all 50% off after 8pm. A lovely surprise, though seemed a bit tacky for a high end property like this. Would love to come back for lunch to enjoy what I assume is a beautiful ocean view. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable! Fabulous service. Gorgeous property. Lots of amenities at no extra charge. Staff seem to genuinely care and are empowered to make your stay special for you. Restaurants were great (DUO & Spago). Nice location and beautiful beach. A great place to splurge for a night (or more).

I booked for $ 2180 for 2 nights, but my room was directly on the ocean but when I went to the hotel I was shocked by the room, it was not overlooking the sea but overlooking the street and the sea so far I could hardly see it and after negotiations with the hotel I was given a room I could almost see the ocean In the street there is a garden i fell bad I put my time in the discussion and put my money in the room was not expected

Obscenely high priced resort and hotel. Service and food is what one would expect. But, non-guests are chased off the beach in front of their resort. This is illegal on Maui, but they do it anyway. If you are there take a dump in their bushes. It'll help restore some karmic balance to the island.

Our 10th visit to Four Seasons Maui Wailea couldn't have been more spectacular. The service is the embodiment of the spirit of aloha and the property is a jewel. I highly recommend the club level rooms. We enjoyed delightful breakfasts and evening while soaking up the amazing ocean and mountain views from the lounge's top floor balconies. The lounge staff were wonderful hosts, always ready with a glass of champagne for my wife, or a snack for our three year old daughter. The pools and attendants are terrific and there is a great amount of intimate space, so you can find a relaxing spot and not feel crowded like so many outdoor pools. Lastly, take a dive with the great team at the onsite dive shop, from introduction to scuba to advanced scooter cave dives, this property is a remarkable jumping off point for underwater adventure.

They have a great breakfast buffet! I would highly recommend even if you aren't staying here to give it a shot

I ate at the restaurant for my birthday, received exceptional service. Lobster bisque was perfect!

Booked a garden deluxe view. Was given a mountain parking lot view and told I had the correct room when we asked for verification. Found out on our last day that we were not in the correct room and received a credit. Staff who placed us in the room deliberately tried to avoid fixing the issue. Grounds are beautiful, but focused on privacy, not fun. The adult pool is the best feature, but hard to get seats, which are first come, first served. For the money, this was not the experience we expected. The Grand Wailea was by far superior.

The staff at Four Seasons was exceptional except for one pool attendant named Philip. He was extremely rude to me. I asked him to make up a chair for me and he stated "That area is for our overflow, don't you want to sit at the pool or on the beach", I replied, "No, I want to sit near the fountain", He then stated, "I will be there". Philip took 10 minutes to return to the area to make up the chair. I was very uncomfortable sitting in that area for the duration of my stay because of his behavior. I am very upset with your employee and he ruined my vacation---THE NERVE OF HIM TO TELL ME WHERE TO SIT!!!! I would have rated the Four Seasons with five stars but Philip left me with a very negative impression of Four Seasons. I think a cultural diversity class might help him.

Everything was Great about this place and my stay, would Highly
recommend this place to anyone
