The Four Seasons property is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious inside. Service is phenomenal from the moment you enter the property. A valet attendant even showed us the way to the spa. The spa is located downstairs from the main lobby, but the entrance is not as open as the hotel's. It is actually very small and crowded with clothing for sale, which does not match the overall feel and decor from the rest of the hotel. Nonetheless, we were checked in promptly, offered drinks upon arrival and were shown to the relaxation room and locker areas. Lunch is available upon request. The spa has a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and cold plunge that you can use while you wait for your service. Cold towels and cucumbers are always available to freshen up. I highly recommend the "Four Seasons Ritual" which offers a body scrub, lavender soak, papaya oil massage and a scam treatment. Well worth the $235!
After my service, the wonderful spa attendant had a lemon water ready for me and suggested some additional activities within the spa. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience and hope to repeat it again soon. The only reason I did not give it 5 starts is because the spa was a bit messy with towels and cups left by other people and were not picked up until hours later.
