Booked a spa day yesterday for a friend and myself. The service was amazing! Desiree went out of her way to make sure she got all my problem spots taken care of. Stayed a little before closing time so we were rushing to get out so we wouldn t keep the spa attendant any longer. In the midst of everything I took off my wedding ring and left it on the counter. We left and it was until I got home that I noticed I left my ring there. Called the Four Seasons freaking out and explained to them what happened. They quickly transferred me over to John who works in security and explained to him how I left my ring at the spa. He placed me on a brief hold and come to find out the spa attendant was there turning in my ring. So grateful for the spa attendant, John and the Four Seasons. Very happy to know they hire trustworthy/honest people.
