After driving all day all we wanted was our bags and stuff. Valet lost our bags, it has been 1:15 hours since we checked in. Very hungry, need our dogs food, need our things and its still not here. We expected great service but afyer rushing to get here we would be more comfortable at a HoJo since our belongings, toiletries, food, per food, medication, water, cloths, shoes, everything.... gone. 1:30 hours still no bags. Finally bags came and manager was very nice explaining what happened

Edit: management has made it better and the rest of the stay was perfect.
