$940 Unauthorized charges. No Management have any answers. Extremely disappointed.

Best hotel stay I've ever had. Steam room, whirlpool, extremely professional service and the bed was just short of a firm cloud.

Decent Hotel. Carpet And Curtains A Little Outdated.

The casino was fun. Though I do wish they had more poker tables open on the floor and in the poker room

Room was beautiful, staff were all friendly and accomodating.

Didn't see much of the hotel, other than some of the lobby and the rooftop room and deck for an art auction. They were beautiful.

The hotel is obviously fantastic, but it was the staff that will make staying here the reason you come back. It felt like everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and safe.

The hotel is beautiful they have a signature scent which you can smell throughout the whole hotel. The staff was very nice and took our luggage up to our room for us. The room was very clean and they had a mini bar if you would like anything out of it. The bed was very comfortable and had lots of pillows which I loved.

It was such a great experience and the staff was great. The only issue that I had was the person I brought with me

Four Seasons delivering excellent service as expected! 3 note-worthy instances (see photos) 1) when they cleaned my room after the 1st night, they organized my phone charger cords (2) the same time, they saw my computer mouse on the counter so they put a mousepad under it and most importantly, (3) as a former employee of the hotel, I had always known they go above and beyond for their guests - I wanted to take home some BBQ ribs so had them delivered to the hotel and requested them to freeze it for me until I checked out - of course they were glad and willing to help me with this unique request and even put a little four seasons touch on it! 2 relatively minor improvements to note - but these are significantly overshined by the positives previously mentioned (1) my room had a half full water bottle (2) the mini fridge I requested weren t really four seasons quality as it was a bit beat up... still served its purpose, though. Overall, very happy with my stay and service.

Good hotel. UNSAFE AREA! The hotel itself is beautiful, has good security features, nice staff, clean rooms. But BEWARE if you leave the hotel= DO NOT WALK anywhere and don't carry much cash. Female travelers should be aware of their surroundings. You will get robbed if you don't be careful.

Horribly disappointed! I was put on a smoking floor. I complained and was told they were too full to move me. I went to sleep and woke up uncomfortable with a sore throat. I went to events.with smoke smell on my clothes. I wanted a four seasons experience and I have had much better service and comfort at many inferior hotels!

Great room and service for celebrating our anniversary

Great views from the patio off the bar. Attended for a wedding. Wedding went very smoothly and beautiful. Food was a breakfast theme. Great choices! Way too much food! Didn't even make it to the Omelette bar because I was stuff from the prime rib eggs bacon and sausage and all the wonderful pastries. My only complaint was that the bartender was a little too serious about his job. To the point that it was an off-putting experience. But the service from the rest of the employees and the food and the Ambiance was great! Right down to the valet parking running for the car.

Went for valentines dinner. Service and food were amazing...didnt quite expect the bill to be what it was though

Excellent room. Accommodated our kitty cat. Conveniently located with gorgeous city or arch views. Concierge was very helpful in getting some flowers sent to our room for my wife. Recommended.

When their first convention for my wife the Ambiance was great they had a very nice presentation if you have the opportunity have fun

Hotel room was old, needed update. For 500$ per night you would think the thermometer worked on the air system and I wouldn t have found random hairs in my sheets. Nope!

I was at the Four Seasons Hotel for a professional event. The staff were helpful, courteous, and professional in all of their interactions. The space used for the event was clean and well maintained.

Service started off very poorly then as we complained of course it got better, but I guess our expectations were set much higher than we expected......

We met for breakfast at Cielo. The rooftop restaurant is lovely, and the outside portion is simply magnificent. The view is downtown is amazing. The service was impeccable, and the coffee and food was very good. Complementary valet for restaurant guests. I will definitely be back.

Just stopped in to use the bath room. ..it was nice

I truly recommend staying here, exceptional service and the rooftop restaurant Cinder House is amazing food, service and outstanding view of the Arch the historic Mississippi river. Did I mention the service by the staff , lol top notch and very professional, they never over promise and never under deliver You are treated like Kings and Queens. They truly make you feel appreciated

Spacious, clean rooms with big bathrooms. Free water bottles are a nice touch too. Casino is easy to get to on the second floor.

Beautiful hotel with floor to ceiling windows and an awesome view of the Mississippi River. There's even a TV built into the bathroom mirror so you can get the latest weather and traffic while you are getting ready to go out.

Last night was terribly disappointing. There was a gala that went on until after midnight. We could not sleep or relax until the gala ended. The event was on the 6th floor and we were on the 12th. We could not only hear, but feel the music until 12:15AM. Before you book a room, I would suggest confirming with management if there are any events scheduled with DJ/loud music. It was miserable. We came to rest and relax for my birthday. We left exhausted this morning.
Management tried to make it right by taking some of the price off of the room. We were also told to order complimentary breakfast. After we had already checked out and left, Annie from the front desk called my sister to ask how to charge the breakfast. We hadn t been gone 15 minutes and had explained what the night manager did to try and salvage our stay while we were checking out. We left exhausted and the call about breakfast after the fact was even more frustrating. It s as if Annie didn t listen to a word we said.

This hotel is modern, clean, and has incredible views of the river and the Arch. The Four Seasons is well-maintained as well, and has a wonderful restaurant that has an exciting menu.

They have some really nice rooms and their hotel setup is amazing also

Should be cheaper. Not much is in downtown St. Louis these days. So you might as well stay 10 minutes away and drive in.

Only one ice machine?! Everything else was incredible.

Wonderful accommodations! The room was clean and comfortable. Bed and bedding was very cozy. The staff was very friendly and polite, always there to help, especially at the pool. Jeff was the pool host and provided great hospitality! The frozen pops were a nice poolside treat. Dining was superb! Definitely going to be a regular here. If you need some covid pampering, this is it! Thank you 4 Seasons!

Hands down, best service in St. Louis. The views from Cielo mixed with the resort like feel of the outside terrace make going out for a night of dinner and drinks feel like your on a far off vacation somewhere else. The food was incredible and the spectacular views of the city inspired us to go for a walk through downtown to check out the newly updated archgrounds. Thanks for making us love our city again!

The detours made it hard to get to the hotel however the hotel itself was Christmas beautiful.

Beautiful rooms, great bar on 8th floor and excellent conference room

Love my time there. Had a blast. Can't wait to go back
