Booked online last minute while traveling through the area, initially they were out of the room type we booked (smoke free) & were disappointed but tired enough that any bed was going to be fantastic. When I arrived in the room there was a call saying they found a better room, the gentleman came up & helped move to the new room. The new room turned out to be a lovely suite, had a great meal, & wished I could have stayed longer. Hospitality, view, and experience is on point.

I was only in the hotel for a short time. I proposed to my girlfriend on the roof the the hotel overlooking the Arch and Mississippi River with a gorgeous view. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful even though I didn't even order a room. I will definitely come back here again with my (now) fiance for an overnight stay.

Great hotel.. amazing restaurant...! Very comfortable. The staff members were very pleasant and accommodating, except for the pool staff...they treated us as if we didn't matter or "belong there"....never checked on us and had to ask for towels and cabana covers...but other than that...it was wonderful.

We ve stayed here twice now and the second time was even better than the first. The new roof bar is amazing! Thanks to the (employee/manager) who personally walked us out drinks! Made the stay even better for us. Anytime we come to the city this is the only place will stay. The service is 100 and beyond. Thanks again everyone. All the bartenders and servers are amazing as well. Worth every $

Everything was amazing. The only part that was less than stellar was the fact that the water in the bathroom was a little too sensitive to being turned up. In order to maintain a warm temperature of the water, you have to turn the water on barely above the off setting. Any higher and it eventually becomes scolding.

We arrived very late to the hotel during our travels. We were warmly greeted by the staff and they made sure to take extra care of our needs including helping me with contact solution that I forgot at home. The room and bed we're comfortable as well. No complaints from a guy that is very critical of hotels. Great job!

I always love going to the four seasons in st. Louis. I have stayed a couple of nights and the service and rooms are spot on. It is definitely luxary. I frequent the spa. Every service I have had has been pure relaxation. The amenities are wonderful. The view is extraordinary. The spa and the hotel rooms are extremely expensive, but worth it in my opinion.

This is a long one - but just want to get all the ways that we loved spending out wedding weekend at Four Seasons! While we did overbook and ended up in a suite that could easily fit 6 people (two full bathrooms, dining room, the works, haha) - I would absolutely do it again. Nothing quite like finishing up a year and a half of planning and just being in a beautiful suite and doing absolutely nothing.

On the actual wedding night, we brought a large bus of folks back to the hotel and we all were able to hang out on the lush rooftop patio with excellent service. Some folks stuck around and drank and had apps, some went to the casino, and some went to other bars. It was a great, casual way to wind down our night and give people a place to go without obligating them to stay.

The staff is incredible. The day after the wedding, we didn't want to go anywhere and had all these delicious wedding leftovers but no way to heat them up. We called the desk and they brought up a microwave, dishes, and special mustard so we could lay on the couch in our pajamas eating German and Scottish food watching Star Trek (romance!).

A second huge thing they did for the scatterbrained bride (me) is track down my missing wedding dress. When packing on the morning of our departure I wrapped up my dress very neatly and stored it separately so as to keep it safe. I then left the dress on the table and went back to Chicago. Days later when I realized it was missing the staff was ridiculously kind and went above and beyond to find the dress (was in the lost and found waiting to be catalogued). I felt very silly forgetting the dress and for being worried about it since the wedding was over, but they took it very seriously and got it back to me. Phew!

We loved our stay! Great service!

This hotel is a very nice place to stay. I cannot think of one thing that wasn't perfect during my stay at Four Seasons in St. Louis. I also visited the spa for a massage, and it was so relaxing and great. I can't say enough about this place!

I attended a social function at the Four Seasons Hotel. Valet was prompt and courteous. Coat check suggested I take picture of my claim check in case I misplace it (Great idea). Dinner staff was on point!

EXCELLENT hotel is a great location by the Arch. Can you beat a 4-star Four Seasons with a connected upscale casino? Great restaurant/bar at hotel (Cielo) with patio overlooking the Arch and River. Rooms are great. Ask for an Arch view room! Worth the extra. Near lots of things downtown--but do not walk, take an Uber or car service to get around as the area is under construction and borders a so-so industrial area to the north. Great views and a great set of casino, dining and bar options on this multi-faceted property. Main Lumiere Hotel is dumpy--this review is for the FOUR SEASONS on the property.

An outstanding luxury five-star hotel, the Four Seasons St. Louis s rooms, suites, and public spaces are all lavishly decorated and look very elegant and chic.

Very stylish and spacious, its attractive accommodations all come with breathtaking views out over the city or Gateway Arch. Yet more astounding panoramas can be enjoyed from its gorgeous rooftop pool area. The hotel also has a fantastic on-site restaurant, cocktail bar, and a full-service spa.

Location: The Four Seasons lies right next to Lumiere Place, with lots of the city s main tourist sights just a short walk away.

Alper, the GM, and his team have THE premier luxury 5 star property on downtown St. Louis.

Bar none.

The hotel property is a gift to our City.

Thank you. Hotel is perfect, every turn you make, there is something extra and experiential.

A friend and I checked into a suite early this morning and left around lunch time, with the intent of returning this evening, only to find that the room had been re-rented out to another person. We had paid the full price for the suite and we hadn't checked out but apparently housekeeping or someone decided that we were gone and the staff took it upon themselves to make the decision for us. I've had this happen not once but twice now so I can only assume that it must be hotel policy. It's not a good one. Imagine how frustrating it is to come back ready to relax after a long day only to find that you've been booted out without any warning or reason. I realize it's a busy hotel with many requests for accommodations but this practice seems extremely impersonal and unprofessional for such a prestigious establishment as the Four Seasons. I've never had this happen anywhere else that I've stayed.
Unacceptable!

Very nice upscale hotel. The views are great. Amenities are nice. I wish the pool was deeper. The bath tubs are huge. They easily fit two people. I wish there was more within walking distance. A fridge that patrons can use for their own things, like takeout, would be nice.

This was the worst stay I have ever had. Major remodel that we were not made aware. During the reservation the bar is closed and so is the pool and gym. Plus my tv didn t work and no one here cares in the slightest. I even talked to the Marriott feedback line and they were not sympathetic at all. I am ex platinum and have to say that I will now move to another chain. Do not waste your money at this place!!

Cielo is a great restaurant. My fiance and I had just gotten engaged and they brought out a complementary desert plate that was just beautiful. It meant the world to us and really made it special. Thanks Cielo!
