Spent Valentine's day with my husband here. Food was great, service outstanding!
We went for the breakfast buffet. It was not as advertised. Service was great, but they didn't have a lot of the advertised items on the buffet.
Incredible staff - incredible rooms - incredible food!! 5 Star Room accommodations! Love this place !
The nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Great views, casino, centrally located to everything downtown.
My mother decided to gift me an experience at the four seasons. When I arrive I had several complications. Trying to actually check into my room. Guest services made me feel as if I had stollen someones card in order to get a room for my birthday? I don't think so. Yes I must say because I am African American. I felt as if I had to jump through hoops in order to get some quality help. After a while I just said forget it. I was absolutely disgusted. And I will never ever go to the four seasons ever again. Birthday ruined....And I recommend that my friends, my family long with my African American community, and non racists community to never go there as well. Go we're your money will be appreciated. And of course where you would be treated equally.
The hotel are great it makes me want to say there forever
Nice and beautiful area. It's huge and definitely fancy.
Rooms were nice. Bathrooms were clean. Right next to the casino. The casino was a bit smokey, Ozzie's bar and grill took good care of us.
Very upscale hotel. Excellent service. Love the new cinder house restaurant. Great bartenders.
The Hotel was very nice. I had a friend staying there, so I went to visit him. They had left out mints in his room for his arrival, and the staff were always ready to help
I was completely at a loss for words. I can't describe feelings for this beautiful place!!!
Safest place to stay during covid... And beautiful view, great location
The drinks and atmosphere were really good at the Cinder House but the service could have been better.
I have attended the Four Seasons hotel for a handful of galas, and it is one of my favorite venues in the city! The patio is a nice touch for guests - many of us moved outside after the gala ended.
Liked the room. If you want Italian food, make the drive to Giovanni's on The hill. Cielo's at the hotel looks a bit overpriced to me.
Great hotel, great location. Very good front desk staff. Stefan, our limo driver, was superb!
The service was so amazing. Everyone was wonderful. The only complaint I have is when we ate dinner at the hotel. The service was bad and my chicken was dry, while my sister's food had way too much pepper. Other than that, having breakfast both mornings was a good experience, and sitting by the pool.
It was a beautiful place. nice views, awesome service. Rooms were elegant must see
I was there for a summer luau the first summer solstice celebration on the top floor and if this is a reflection of their staff and the procedures they follow then this is a very good place to bring the family
We just LOVE this hotel! From the amazing views to the superb service, it's unbeatable! We enjoy a "stay-cation" every year. We eat at the restaurant occasionally and enjoy the outdoor bar and patio several times a year. Best hotel in St. Louis!
Great place. The hotel surprised our kids with chocolate decorations. Bummed with no indoor pool. Suburb is more happening.
Delicious brunch, endless memosa, great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
Went to the sixth floor banquet hall. It was very large and luxurious with a great view of the arch and surrounding area.
Amazing view on the outside patio. Also amazing food. Great place to enjoy a nice meal. They also were smoking a pig on the rooftop.
Great pool and super comfortable room. Dinner at the restaurant was great. Wouldn't change a thing. Looking forward to my next visit.
I stay here once a year for work and it is always a pleasure. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. The restaurant is convenient and the food is excellent! Located near the river and the arch. Wish they had a shuttle from the airport, but otherwise staying here is wonderful!
It was a really enjoyable experience. The staff was really pleasant and helpful.
This hotel is lovely and the ambiance is beautiful!
My wife and I enjoyed the services at the spa during our last visit, and we loved every minute of it. The extra added touches really make the Four Seasons stand out. I especially enjoyed the warm towels used during my massage and sitting in the steam room after.
Ate at restaurant and service was quite slow. Food was well prepared and tasty however.
This place is pretty great, but why would they skimp on the TP? They aren't skimping on the batteries in the TV remote. There're using Duracell ProCells. It just doesn't make any sense.
The spa is very relaxing. Staff is courteous & Joni is magnificent.
The spa is where I was while here.
Relaxation to the maximum, we had a couples' massage and lounged around for several hours. It was excellent, only regret was forgetting to bring trunks to enjoy the community pool
Incredibly nice staff and good valets. Very professional
The room is comfortable with amazing service. Top notch amenities.
The event space looked great. The bartenders we're very nice. It was a little crowded, but the outdoor patio was awesome.
The hotel is very nice and sweet and kind I love the Bold I love to gamble that's the reason I go on now to have fun to escape life to enjoy just live it to the fullest I would recommend my friends and family everybody that I come in contact to go to this place to relax and just to let it take your mind you just Drift Away this is the place to be
I was at the hotel for a wedding, and everything was great. Catered food was tasty, and the view of the arch from the roof was great for photos.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a supposedly 5 star hotel!
Waited 3 times an average of 25 minutes each on hold. And each time someone apologized but then screwed up again. Then a LEADERSHIP (lol) person called. He sounded like he was 12 and commenced to do exactly the same thing.
Overpriced, understaffed, and not accommodating!
Stay anywhere but here!
Weren't too a charity event ajc. The staff was fantastic and the food was excellent
Rooms were nice, only problem was the ac in two rooms didn't work
The food was outstanding. The service was the best ask for Erin this guy Rock's. The view could not be better. I will be back Quality matters. Service was quality unknown in 2018.
Had lunch at the restaurant here and was blown away by the good service and excellent food. Great place for entertaining.
Went to Cinder House restaurant on the roof, decor was beautiful, food was amazing aside from an underdone steak (which is probably the better side to err on and was seasoned and high quality enough that no one minded) and the service was immpeccable. Very much looking forward to going back and experiencing the rooftop seating. Only real complaint was that for a south American focused restaurant the wine list was very generic. Lots of big name wines to impress your companions with and few if any great finds from South America. (I would also have settled for Spanish wines)
I came here for this time had a great time. The attendance for very professional and the amenities were outstanding. I left feeling very refreshed and relaxed
Stayed at the hotel over the weekend. Subpar experience!
We have stayed at different Four Seasons. Compared to other Four Seasons, our stay was just meh. Bad from the start, shall I say?
Don't get me wrong! The hard product is superb. Can I say that the room is spacious and has the best view in town? Can't be more satisfied with the arch view we get. The room is spacious. However, the bathroom smelled like someone smoked in the room before.
Parking 3/5
Let me back off and start over with arrival. We drove ourselves on a road trip and ended up in the parking garage of the casino next door. It was a darn zoo - free though so okay, I'll take it.
Location - 3/5
I am torn with this. As I mentioned, the room view was fantastic but connected to a chaotic casino is a big no no. I wonder what does Four Seasons management think when the associate themselves with this casino. The clientele does not match with what FS positions themselves to be.
Check-ins 2/5
We booked our room with FHR with noon guaranteed check in. We arrived at 3 pm and was informed that we got upgraded to higher floor. What sounds great turns out to be a long waiting game. We were told the room was not ready for our use and the receptionist sent us to the 8th floor for cocktail. Mind you, no apology and cocktail/ snack was offered - very different from our experience with other FS. We just waited and waited. Also was told we will received a text when the room is ready. One hour go by and I came down to check, the lady told me that I can't check in until 4pm?! I informed her about my early check in privilege. 5 minutes later, I got the key to the room. If I didn't check, will I be left waiting for another hour?
Food and Bev experience 2/5
This 2 star is not for the quality of the food. The food is AMAZING - french toast, salmon bagel - lovely! But the 2 stars are for poor quality and speed. While waiting for the room, we came to grab a cocktail and a snack. It took 45 MINUTES to make ONE empenadas for $8. How is that even possible? Did they roll the flour from scratch? Just crazy. Breakfast the next morning is fine.
Spa 5/5
The spa is saving grace. While it was hard to be connected to the spa front desk, the actual service was wonderful. From the techniques, the service that masseuses provided us in a couple suite was impeccable.
Pet-friendly 5/5
Your furry friend will love it here. Our dog received so much love - from the doorman to hotel staffs. If you come to St Louis with your pups, you can perhaps check this out.
Overall, it was meh. Would I stay here again? If I have to come to St Louis for work, yeah. But I wouldn't spend $400 to be here with this kind of service - though the spa is worth it.
Great view of the Arch and incredibly comfortable beds
We went and stayed at 4 seasons for a marriage conference with our church. The staff are amazing. Rooms are beyond beautiful.
very welcoming, beautiful, clean however could have made it easier to find the event.
Went with the family for lunch, it was a very pleasant experience. Nice ambiance, good service, nice view of the river and the gateway arch. I don't know how dinnertime is, but for lunch it was not crowded, we were seated immediately. I was a little unimpressed by the salmon, it was cooked well but nothing special in terms of flavor, and it was the same size as the kids menu plate of salmon but for almost double the price. The rest of the family enjoyed their food.
Great place to stay Nice view the Employees treat you like family.
