I only dropped by to pick up a gift card to the Four Seasons Spa. Getting in and out of the hotel via the garage was a breeze. The staff at the spa was very courteous and friendly. The place was very modern and posh looking.
Great weekend here! Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with great views of the city and the arch. Loved the oversized soaker tub! Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and certainly the best in St. Louis. The service is impeccable, the food is excellent, and the rooftop pool is unmatched. Prices are high, but understandable for the quality.
All I have to say is if you can afford it, definitely go here. Great experience great staff
Top notch high end hotel in a perfect location by the arch and the casino. Wonderful outside space, great bar, ok restaurant. The best spot to stay. Lovely decoration, clean, comfy, spacious. Superb service. Just super comfy and pampering.

TOP NOTCH HOTEL! We stayed here for the first time on a one-night getaway in St. Louis. I can say, without a doubt, this is my favorite hotel I ve had the pleasure of visiting! The hotel was stunningly appointed with only the best finishes and fixtures. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds, and the super warm outdoor pool. We will be returning to this hotel on our next St. Louis trip!

Make sure to get a none smoking room and a view to the south side. Floors 11th and higher are the best.
I attended a fundraising gala. The food was EXCELLENT. I appreciated vegetarian options. The view of the Mississippi river was soothing. The Four Seasons is definitely a "5 star" destination.

Great facility, and wonderful, attentive staff. The rooftop infinity hot tub and swimming pool on the 8th floor is conveniently located near the restaurant and bar, too!

This is a 5 star hotel, but I've stayed in hundreds. Problem with check in, no ashtray in smoking room, over billed. 4 stars. Great staff!!!
Went to ride the trolley tours available at the all good things gift shop. The tour was a lot of fun and a great way to see the city.

Obviously, the best hotel option in the Saint Louis area. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff are exceptional. You can access the casino from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location! Beautiful view of the arch from the patio, very friendly staff! Perfect blend of classy and laid back. And 2nd floor offers access to the casino right next door which also has various restaurants and shops.
We attended an event for the ASA Awards Boots and Being Gala. We were greeted by the valets and given direction of where our event was taking place. The catering and staff were very accommodating and professional. The event area in the hotel is very luxoruius and the view from the balcony was amazing. I would love to attend any event at the Four Seasons.
Room service and room service staff were excellent. Front desk staff were nice but not the best. Views from the suite we're nice, got a lot of good light in the morning.

Beautiful hotel. We were there for a wedding and stayed at the hotel. Although we had our reservations for many months prior our room reservations were messed up and not what we expected. Disappointed!

The hotel is beautiful but the service is very sub par. We were there for a wedding and they just didn't seem very accommodating....Our rooms weren't available until 4pm and not a minute early which was so late especially since we had a wedding to get ready for. I was not impressed

My husband and I went here for a staycation for our birthdays and anniversary. The hotel texted me the day before and offered us an upgrade to a suite, and when I mentioned why we were visiting, there were chocolate covered strawberries in the room when we arrived. Our room was a corner suite-- beautiful room with a beautiful view. We had dinner at Cielo and the concierge recommended a great meal. We had a wonderful time and will definitely go again.
We have celebrated the 4th of July here over 5 time. Can't wait for the air show today!

The tranquility whirlpool overlooking the city is really nice. Great facilities and staff. As a former therapist I can say Rachel gave a wonderful, relaxing massage. She listened to my needs and when I asked her to adjust her pressure, she did so immediately and didn't take it personally. Excellent spa experience.
Nice hotel but 4 stars for being connected to the trashy casino. The top floor suites are amazing and valet perfect. Haven t tried the new restaurant but the old one was nice and love the fire pit on the patio.
