Wonderful accommodations! The room was clean and comfortable. Bed and bedding was very cozy. The staff was very friendly and polite, always there to help, especially at the pool. Jeff was the pool host and provided great hospitality! The frozen pops were a nice poolside treat. Dining was superb! Definitely going to be a regular here. If you need some covid pampering, this is it! Thank you 4 Seasons!

Checked in and had my bags brought to my room. I remembered that I had another bag in my car that I had forgotten and they said it was no problem to go and get it. Great service and frankly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Went to Cielo for dinner with some friends. Service was great. View of city from patio was outstanding. Only down side was the portions for dinner. Pasta was on average $20 a plate and serving sizes were fairly small. We enjoyed our time but left slightly hungry.

Ate at Cielo. Weird hotel carpet. Nice art. Good wine. Had the tour of Italy Groupon deal. Linguini, streak, and seafood soup we're very nice. The carciofo was confused. The ravioli was literally flavorless. Service was great Lighting was top notch. Overall positive experience. Will not visit again.

We had Easter brunch at the restaurant. The food was very good and there were plenty of choices for even picky eaters. We would have given it five stars but we had to wave the waiter over to refill our drinks. The surprised us, he didn't seem very attentive.

Very over priced for the level of service given in the hotel and the bar. Staff/security in the 8th floor are more worried about shooing people out of the aisle of the tiny crowded lounge that was poorly designed. I watched them ask people to move so they could stuff a family with 2 car seats into a booth in this weird mixture of a restaurant/bar lounge atmosphere.

I really loved this hotel a one point of time i even had plans on having my wedding there but it seems that the experience of staying at the hotel is not the same as i remember i been staying there the last 4 years lately they have been dropping the ball on how the hotel should be represented as a high in hotel my last to visits have not been the best and recently i had problems and i brought it to the attention of the hotel manager so they offered to up grade my room to a suit on my next visit but i rather not go i will enjoy my time elsewhere with my family

Love the Four Seasons Hotel St Louis. I usually have a hard time sleeping the first night in a hotel but not here, the bed is extremely comfortable. Bathroom is large and well appointed. If you are on the fence about staying here do yourself a favor and splurge a little.

Great St Louis Experience. I had the opportunity to stay at the Four Seasons. It was a great experience. After work, I had time to enjoy the outdoor pool, the fitness center, and the spa. After the spa, I enjoyed dinner at Cielo overlooking the STL arch. It was a fine end to a long day of work.

Excellent from the moment you walk in the door. Friendly, helpful staff from the front desk to the concierge, to the bellmen, to the room service deliverer. Very spacious and clean rooms. Huge soaking tubs and rain showers. Huge flat screens and TV's in the bathroom mirror. Great view of the Arch and very close to downtown activity. Would stay again and recommend to others.

My husband and I went here for Sunday brunch. The service was not what I would expect from a Four Seasons Hotel. We were rarely checked up on and had to wait a long time for our drinks. Our silverware was taken away with our plates and not replaced. The food was just okay. The raw oysters were not cleaned well. I bit onto a small pearl and pieces of shell. The tiles on the patio, where we ate, were lose and I almost tripped on one that slipped out of place. Despite all of this, the French toast was amazing! Best I have ever had. This is the reason why I didn't give them just one star.

We had an amazing suite with a perfect view of the arch! We have also stayed at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills and St.Louis was very comparable! Beautiful hotel with a very nice pool area and great pool staff! Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay!

What a great place in downtown St Louis. Right by Lacledes Landing and the waterfront. Didn't come for an event, but will next time. Connected to the casino and there is an underground link that takes you right to the stadium. Awesome
