Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis Review

Brunch was amazing. Service was fantastic! I will say it is a pricey experience but worth it.

Great all around hotel. Service like you expect from a Four Seasons. Spa is the best in St. Louis. Banquets and Audio Visual services are outstanding!

The hotel is very nice. I stayed in a regular room and it had a very nice bathroom, bed, and tv. The floor to ceiling windows are great, and have a nice view. The scent in the hotel is very nice. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel isn't great. This is a petty thing to mention, but there isn't a mini fridge in the room that you are able to use. I thought that this was standard in modern hotels. I would stay here again, but if given the choice, I would stay in in the Central West End or Delmar Loop.

Luxurious accomendations with a great view of The Arch and the river front. The food variety was good, burger joint, Asian, Buffett and a decent coffee choice downstairs as well a fine dining at Cielo.

Pricey but worth it. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Food was great.

Was there for a dinner. Venue was super nice and clean, staff was great, and food and drink we're tasty!

We didn't stay for the night, but we made a visit to the 4 Seasons for dinner with family from out of state. I absolutely loved the indoor waterfall and the glass elevators. We tried to go to the lower level, but the elevator went up instead. However, this gave us a wonderful view. My husband and I are discussing staying there for our anniversary.

Definitely make time to have dinner at Cielo. Their mixologist has some unique choices on the menu and every dish I've tried so far has been fantastic. Top notch!

Went there for the spa. It. Was. Fabulous! The staff was excellent. Once they knew my name, they remembered it. Super accommodating and polite. The facilities were very clean and the lounge area had a fantastic view of the riverfront. Very relaxing.

I attended an exhibition in the ballroom at the Four Seasons Hotel and was very impressed with the state of the hotel. Everything was new and modern and very clean, ESPECIALLY the bathrooms which were just beautiful! The staff was very accommodating and attentive.

Nice view and great service. Surprisingly pay attention to little details for little baby and childrens. Diaper genie, baby bath items in the room. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was really good as well. Not only the food but the service was two thumbs up. If we pass the area again, we will choose this hotel for sure.

My name is Alice; I had booked a room for tomorrow and pay for my room. I'm trying to get back home with my two infants to Louisiana. This the thing I booked my and pay for my room but lost my debit card and was trying to see if I can still get my room instead of paying a deposit. I really don't know what to do at this moment with everything going on but I need advice. I don't wont to be stuck out with nowhere to go with my boys and just to lose out on money too

It is my favorite hotel and trust me I've stayed in many nice hotels.

Staff always friendly. Super nice rooms. Nice lounge and place to eat on 8th floor. Great view of the arch, river, and down town skyline. Always enjoy our stay here

I had a delightful time at the Cielo Restaurant. The service and veiw was superb as well as my meal. From the beginning of my experience I was greeted by a professional and helpful host i believe Angel. And wonderful service from my server Hope if I'm not mistaking. Definitely will be my recommendation for my business associated and I will be back.

Food was good.

Nice hotel (rooms clean etc) but terrible location. The hotel is on top of a highway and the windows are not sound proof. If you are a light sleeper find somewhere quieter as you will be kept up by traffic passing throughout the night.

The nicest hotel and staff my wife and I have ever experienced. Simply perfect.

The view was amazing, same with the service! The Food at Cider House was delicious but a bit pricey. I'd still go back again for a party or on a date. Just gotta have the $$$$$

We had a wonderful experience here! Stayed overnight celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff was amazing and thoughtful. We had an excellent dinner and the Sunday brunch was outstanding. The spa was one of the best I have experienced anywhere. I cannot wait to go back.

The rooms are very nice, they clean your room frequently, and the pool is very nice.

Duty manager was arrogant and was very condescending.Actually had no idea that their guest are the ones that pay their salary.We actually were booked for 4 nights and left after the 1st day

Left some stuff in the room. Called in 1 hour and they said they can't find it. Talked to manger and they finally found my stuff. Did not offer to send it to me. When I was in the city 2 weeks later they told me that it's lost. In acceptable.

This place is amazing for business events and functions. The staff is attentive and courteous and the space is accommodating and perfect for my organizations needs.the restruant food was good and I will definitely continue to use this venue for business and personal needs.

Staff was wonderful, room was awesome, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.
